Fantastic service overall. Jillian takes the time to explain the policy options, what is covered, and how much coverage you should have. Jillian Justice Farmers Insurance is truly the BEST! Jillian and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate with their clients on every level. Jillian was expert in giving us information regarding our complete home insurance coverage, and always very willing and patient to answer questions and help us with any issues. When our area was threatened by fire last year, Jillian was the first to call and check-in with us. She offered to help in any way, but what we appreciated most, was her empathy and kindness! She is truly an amazing human! We have referred her insurance agency to many friends, family, and others we have met along the way, and will continue to do so in the future! Thank you Jillian!

Jillian is the best! Super responsive, detailed and thorough, there are no dumb questions with her. Right off the bat I knew I wanted to work with Farmers because of their customer service and reputation in Chico/Paradise. I like that Jillian called to talk through every piece of the coverage and what it entailed. She really takes the time to listen and find what coverage is best for your situation. Jillian has made this process super smooth and comfortable - I feel like Im in good hands and taken care of as a client if something should ever happen, which is extremely valuable!

Jillian has always been really great to work with. She helped us after the Camp Fire, even though we had a different insurance company. She is not only an agency, she truly cares about people. When you suffer a loss, that is equally as important to getting paid by the insurance, in my opinion. I recommend Jillian Justice Agency 100% and I will be a client for as long as I need insurance.

After our insurance dropped us I reached out to Jillian. So helpful, understanding and responsive. Since we have moved all of our insurance policies to them and have had them for a few years now. I am very happy and relieved to have found Jillian. My family was affected by the LNU complex fire in 2020 and were greatly under insured with another insurance agency. When we were introduced to Jillian she immediately understood what we needed to prevent our losses in the future and could personally relate to the losses, our sadness, and she helped us navigate after the fire. I wish we would have had our business with her prior to the fire but am relieved to have our business with her now. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and works hard at providing solutions. Our property and businesses are complex and she has been extremely helpful with providing solutions for our businesses and personal needs. She doesn’t let the complications discourage her from trying to provide coverages and asks questions- does not assume. She truly strives to help and protect her clients!

Jillian has been a great help and resource for my clients getting insurance quotes and insurance. Every residential real estate purchaser needs insurance and in the fire areas where I work insurance is 1st on the list to check. Jillian is the one you want on your team should you ever suffer a fire loss. Her expertise and knowledge of loss mitigation cant be substituted which is also paramount when setting up an insurance policy.

I needed insurance very last minute. Although it was the weekend, Jill made all efforts to ensure my vehicle was ready for the road. I also was able to get renters insurance at basically nothing! Now, my vehicle and home are safely protected by Farmers! Coming from an insurance industry background, I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

I dont really like the war my proof of car insurance for 4 different cars all come on one printed page that i then have to cut out and fold. My last insurer sent me a thicker individual card for each car some thing more like a credit card but not as thick. Anyhow, not the end of the world, but the little things matter
