I used to have my car and home insurance with GEICO, However, they cancelled my home insurance without notifying me despite I provided them with all required documents. So, I was in rush to get my home insured as soon as possible. I get quotes from multiple insurance company, however after speaking with Ellie, without any hesitation, she helped to get me the best rate and coverage with Farmers insurance . She was very professional through the whole process.  She has an excellent knowledge of insurance business and patiently walked me through the insurance policy and answered all of my questions clearly. She is very approachable and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend Ellie.

Ellie was exceptionally good in getting me the best rate for my auto insurance. She was able to convince the underwriter to give me the group discount denied to me this year through the agency I had been working with for the past 11 years. Eli is fast and extremely good in follow up. When I wanted to get insurance, I contacted her through yelp and then she was on top of it. She followed up, non stop. I must asked her to give multiple quotes and she provided it to me without hesitation. Usually people lazy up on these things as its never a priority to get insurance work done, but she convinced me to go with her with regular follow ups. It was less about the quote but more abouther patience and follow up which convinced me to go with her.

Ellie is super helpful in answering questions regarding the insurance plan. She is also patient and explains very clearly. And she responds very quickly for any questions that you might have. Highly recommend.

Ellie is the best. She made my onboarding experience really smooth. I had to urgently get an insurance and it was a weekend. She still worked with me and got me the insurance subscription to the Farmer’s that day.
