We sold our house & moved into manufactured home. The home insurance we needed was different than the home we moved from. It was more complicated & Jeanette Barrs was very helpful & explained everything very well to us. She kept us updated & was very helpful getting us through the process.

Ms. Angelina Hughes helped me find the best lowest insurance rate possible that covered my Auto insurance and more. She was very kind, great customer service skills and patience. She answered any questions or concerns in its entirety and was sure to clarify specific details that I was unsure of. After searching for insurance through many other companies and getting quotes she was able to accommodate my needs and find me the best policy at the lowest price available. I would recommend anyone looking for a new policy to contact her. She definitely won my vote with Farmers after just speaking to her for the first time. Angelina Hughes is the agent who helped me with my policy. She was friendly and pleasant, helpful, thorough, patient, flexible, and a great pleasure to work with!! Best of all, she got me the lowest quote ever!! I even added a renter’s policy (so auto+ renters) for less than other quotes for just auto insurance. Thanks so much!

This company has the best customer service of any company I have spoken with. I wish I could remember the ladys name that I spoke with, but she went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. She was kind, courteous, and very helpful. If they work this hard to help someone who isnt even their customer yet, then I am certain you will be very pleased with any of the services they provide. They completely exceeded any expectations that I had, and I look forward to going to them for all my insurance needs in the future. Angelina Hughes made my communication with farmers insurance so easy. I was having a hard time looking for homeowners insurance for a house I was trying to close, I was lucky it was her that answered the call. She explained everything to me and told me about discounts and promos they have. Her attitude is very nice and pleasant. She was quick to reply to all my questions. Outstanding job! Let me start by saying I was with another company for may years. How ever I had become unhappy with them due to not being able to speak to a live person when contacting Farmers I found Angelina and she reassured me I could alway reach a live person. I was in a tough situation and she made the process easy comfortable and worked very hard to get me the policy that I needed it’s never fun shopping for insurance but she made the process enjoyable she is a pleasure to work with

Ever since my first call to Craig Davis office I was treated promptly and professionally. Angelina took my request and walked me through every possible option to cover my familys needs. We came to an excellent plan and I saved a tremendous amount of money. Feel very confident with this agency because they did not lag or pressure me for anything.
