Called for a quote, and Alen’s customer service was exceptional. He was very honest of the inner workings of the insurance industry and gave very good advice even with me not being a customer. No high pressure sales tactic. I do recommend if you are looking for an honest insurance agent.

Alen from Farmers insurance went above and beyond in helping my dad with his auto and home insurance. Many agents have not been honest with him in the past, so looking for a new agent becomes a difficult task. We are very grateful to have found Alen he was very helpful, kind, and caring.
