I was very disappointed in this office. I am in need of homeowners insurance and called them. Alejandro was great at first. Told me he would get some quotes and get back to me. That was on a Friday morning. He contacted me by end of day and I thought this guys is great! Called back when he said he would. Even for a small update. He said he would get back to me on Monday. He totally ghosted me. Haven’t heard from him all week. No calls no emails. Just disappeared. I would give zero stars if I could.

I love Alex and Jesse. They have been very helpful and honest with me about my insurance and making sure I get what I need at a decent price. They make it very easy to understand the ins and outs of my policy. I would highly recommend this team. They are professional but personable at the same time and dont treat you as a number.

My overall experience with Alex has been nothing but smooth and professional. I have been with Farmers for over 5 years now but Alex has been our agent for just over a year now. Since he has came on board my policies and renewal process have been so easy to deal with. Im ALWAYS up to date with the latest and the greatest, why, because he and the staff take pride in their job and make it all possible. They are flexible and very patient, we all have our own personal life going on and they get it!! They understand your time is valuable. If you are looking for a one stop shop for your insurance needs give them a call, ask for Alex or Jesse and they will get your questions answered and any doubts cleared. One phone call can literally save you ALOT of money, its just one call or even a text. Thank you Alex and Jesse for all that you do and continue to do for your customers.

I have been working with Alex for several years now. I wouldn’t take my insurance needs anywhere else. I am an investor that flips quite a few properties a year. I also works with a lot of investors that I provide hard money loans to. I can call, text, or email Alex at anytime of the day, night, or weekend and he replies. In my line of business, when I need my loans to be funded quickly, I also need my insurance needs to be taken care of quickly. Alex and now Jesse as well have never disappointed me. They are professional, quick, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. I recommend many investors to Alex and Jesse because I wouldn’t go anywhere else myself.

Alejandro Ortiz and Jesse Aragon provide excellent customer service. They are both consistently responsive and take the initiative to provide the most cost-effective coverage. Recently, Jesse saved me almost $600 annually after evaluating my homeowners policies to provide me with the best coverage possible while saving some money. There team is designed to help and look for your best interest something you hardly see in most insurance companies. Their very responsive to any question or concerns you have.
