Martin is a top notch lawyer who sincereley has your best interest and will see to it that your end goal is met. The last three and half months were some of the most difficult months Ive had to endure in trying to reach buyout settlement with my (former) business partner. Days and nights worrying that business mediation/arbitration is unavoidable. Through Martins experience, strategy and diligence we were able to reach a fair buyout agreement without going to mediation/arbitration that would have cost more time and money. Hes probably the hardest working individual Ive ever met. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Just got started as a client of Martin Vu and couldn’t be more impressed. As a small business it can sometimes feel like you have to do it all by yourself. But after meeting with Martin I really feel I have someone on my team who will be able to handle the stuff I’m just not cut out for. Martin has been extremely helpful assisting me and guiding me through the entire process of patenting my idea. But hes even gone above and beyond that helping me (or referring me) with issues related to employment law and business law. Not just knowledgeable but the way he communicates makes it easy to understand given all the legal jargon that is thrown out nowadays. Would highly recommend him.
