The FMZ team is fantastic! Faramarz has an easy to use calendar for us to schedule a video appointment. We met with him on the initial consultation prior to submitting the loan app, and then another meeting to go over details of our loan options after we submitted the app. He was very patient in answering all of our questions, and available almost 7-days a week to customize our pre-approval letter while we made offers on each house.After we got an offer accepted, his team was highly engaged to handhold us through the rest of the journey. We worked with Jay to finish the underwriting and closing process, and Jay was very attentive to each step of this time sensitive procedure. He was available to talk and promptly reply to emails on evenings and weekends, and carefully went through our loan file before submitting for underwriting. The expedited service we received was able to get us final approval and a clear to close one week ahead of schedule.Finally, when it was time to sign the closing documents, the FMZ team coordinated seamlessly with our title company to fund the loan and record the title. Even after the loan was completed, Faramarz followed up with very helpful information on what to expect and the additional things we may receive from the county recording office and title company.The entire loan process which can be quite overwhelming was made easily for our family to complete without much stress and headaches. My husband and I are very delighted with the service and experience we received from the FMZ team.

2023-11-15 20:58:31FM was a pleasure to work with. He had great communication and was accessible whenever we had any questions. Weve worked with several loan officers in past transactions and what made him unique was how transparent he was about all the fees and how the expenses broke down in the loan. He accounted for all aspects of the loan in his estimates so there were no surprises. Most importantly, him and his team worked really quickly to get the loan processed for a very aggressive escrow window. His turnaround time and solid reputation made us a very competitive buyer in our market. He worked very closely with our realtor and escrow team and maintained daily communication on where we were in the process. Now were in a wonderful home and FM was a big part of that. I would highly recommend his services to any new or experienced home buyers.
