Chris was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and he let me touch and sample all the things I inquired about. Purchased 3 pairs of earrings and I love them all. I was screwed over by this company. I brought in two guitars. One of the guitars they said was broken and was not going to be able to be fixed right away and had to be repaired and can only give me $20 for it which was a $300 guitar. And then they gave me a $60 loan on my Epifoam guitar which is a $250 guitar. I called them to pay them off immediately and they’re already selling the guitar. They bought for $20 knowing that it was worth so much money essentially ripping me off. I was in a bind a pay child support and just trying to pay bills and knees people pray upon the lower class people that don’t make much money. If I were you, I would stay away from them. Better off, throwing your stuff away then letting them using you as a steppingstone.

I don’t normally leave reviews because they tend to forget or I’m not always impressed with vendors. But today I feel compelled to leave a positive review for fancy jewelry and loan. I was looking for a cordless vacuum and I found one posted on Facebook marketplace. I thought I would end up buying this from a home, but I ended up driving to this business which ended up being a pawnshop. I was a little hesitant to enter a pawnshop because I have never entered one. Usually in the movies, the association with pawnshops are a bit scary. But I went inside, and the shop was super clean, well lit, and it felt like a safe, happy place. Renee and his brother were super helpful and nice, and they talked a lot about customer service. They had a lot of cool things there and I was tempted to buy some jewelry but I decided to stick to my budget and buy the cordless vacuum I was there to purchase. I got a great price on a brand new vacuum and I’m super happy. Not sure I’ll be visiting many pawnshops around LA but this one I would certainly return to!

This was the 4th pawnshop that I had been to today. And it was the only business that gave me a fair rate and deal on my guitar. This was also the only place that was friendly and expressed any visible interest in my guitar. Both gentlemen were great and very transparent about the conditions of my pawn.
