Fan was instrumental in my recent purchase of a house in a highly competitive area; it could not have happened without her! Escrow was complicated by a very speedy time-frame, multiple seller stipulations, and I also had to travel internationally during this time. Fan was on top of everything from day 1 to make sure it all goes smoothly and on time. She is very hard-working, very knowledgeable, very communicative and responsive, and she went the extra mile anytime I made a request or asked questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family members or friends and she will definitely be in my contact book for future use if I ever need a real-estate agent again!

Fan is nothing short of incredible! She was so easy to work with. We had a unique situation and Fan rose to the occasion. I was helping sell my late grandfather’s house in which there were 5 owners. I had to work with her remotely and she did all the legwork for me. The house needed to be purged and cleaned up and she really came through for us! She also kept us updated constantly of any happenings with court procedures that was going on with the sale. She was the driving force to get the lawyer to try to speed up the process in court. Fan Tseung is an excellent agent. During my house hunting journey, Fan gave me insight on everything I could possibly need. She was very organized and straightforward during the entire process. She gave me many wonderful home recommendations that fitted exactly what I wanted, and I was constantly given useful information regarding the homes I was interested in. Fan would handle the appointments, scheduling, arrangements and all the other workload. It was a very smooth and stress free process for me, since she took care of essentially everything. When I asked her questions, she would respond quickly and explain everything very clearly to me. Fan’s experience and professionalism was very helpful.

Fan is awesome! I consider myself lucky to have worked with her and am incredibly grateful she got me into my first home. I was referred to Fan through a family member who had had a great experience working with her. As a younger first-time home buyer there was a lot of questions and uncertainty that I had going into the process. However, Fan was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided me with information I didn’t even know to ask. She put my concerns at ease very quickly and made the entire experience, which could be stressful at times, super enjoyable. On my third offer there was stiff competition but Fan’s reputation in the business and solid negotiation skills put my offer on top and closed the deal. I think my favorite quality about Fan is that she genuinely cares about making sure that YOU (the home buyer) feel good and confident about your decision—I never once felt pressured from her; she was always looking out for my best interest. And to top it all off, she wholeheartedly believes that you must be in the right mindset to go house-hunting, so she’s ALWAYS prepared with snacks-no one gets hangry on her watch. I’m hopeful there will be more home purchases in my future because I will absolutely be calling Fan again!

Fan helped me to buy my house in this crazy seller-market (spring 2021), and I will say when it comes to house buying/selling, I will trust Fan! Fan is very professional, friendly, organized, great in communication and project management. She gives great advice about the market and makes me feel that she is really thinking for me as her client. I like Fan is so hands-on every step in this house-shopping-purchasing journey so I feel I am always well-informed and in the loop. She wont miss any deadline in the stressful escrow process which makes me can still sleep well before the closing escrow. My family and I decided to put our house on the market, and we found Fan to help us with the process right away. I first met Fan back in 2018 at an open house she was hosting in Chino Hills. After talking to her, she understood the situation I was currently in, which was that I had to sell my home first before I was able to start shopping around to be able to buy my new home. I had already had a selling agent at the time, but even though that was the case, Fan was very professional and able to provide me with all the information I needed. She even spent an entire day taking me to look at least 10 open houses to get a better idea of the new future home I was interested in purchasing.Fast forward to June 2020, my house has been sold, but I still needed an agent to assist me with my new home search, so I contacted Fan because she took time out of her busy schedule to take me looking at houses even when I was not ready to purchase a home at that time. Even though some time has passed by, Fan still remembered every single detail I was looking for in my new home. This shows to me that she cares for her clients, hence why I decided to have her as my agent because she puts the clients needs first.She listens to every little information you provide her and ensures that you get exactly what you are looking for in your new home. She is very nice, patient, and understanding. The purchasing process is not easy and Fan always made sure to answer or explain any questions in detail.
