I walked in to request assistance with enrolling to an insurance and I was helped right away by a very kind lady her name is Diana she was very helpful.She then walked me to the medical building to request an appt and they were able to get me in the same day. The front desk is very friendly and the provider was exceptional her name is Rossy I forgot her last nameBut thank you all I appreciate you!

Avoid at all costs unless you have SEVERAL HOURS to sit in a waiting room and never have your name called. Ive been here 3 times and its a miserable experience every time. Expect to add a couple of hours to your scheduled appointment time. Im not even sure why they have appointments here because its always a couple of hours later than what they tell you. This time around at least I utilized my time in the waiting room to call my insurance company and got switched to a real doctors office. Id like my copay back for the visit that never happened, but it would probably take several more hours of sitting in that cursed waiting room to get help with that so I wont bother.

Kim from the front desk is the most helpful person that I have ever experienced in the medical field. I went to go get a copy of my daughter immunization records and I was not sure if I was still missing some vaccines for her. Kim went out of her way to find out if the records were correct. It turn out that my daughter was missing her 4 year vaccines when I call to make an appointment they gave me one within 3 weeks out but that was too long because I needed this for the same week. I was able to speak to Kim again and she offer me to call the next day to schedule a walk in and I was able to obtain my daughter vaccines the same day.Thank you Kim :)

Mindy Phan is any patients dream come true. She truly cares and she gets excited that you care about taking care of yourself, then she’s just inspirational. I changed care providers because I felt neglected and I can’t be happier that I did, best doctor ever! I was pretty upset about the long wait times until they added the second floor clinics, now I seem to be the one running late.

I feel so fortunate to have come across a health center so dedicated to providing top notch care to those in need. I have nothing but positive things to say about Families Together! I had an extensive job clearance process that required me to make multiple appointments for a variety of test and lab work etc. and the staff and doctors at Families Together made this process so easy for me. Cindy went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable when she would take my vitals and was very attentive towards my needs. Dr. Hassas is extremely hospitable as well and treated me with empathy and care. The staff at this health center are phenomenal and I am so glad I found this place. Thank you Families Together!

If possible, avoid their dermatologist. She is much help. Doesnt know much of anything. If you cant ask to get sources out elsewhere. I went to get some bumps checked out and she did know what they were, couldnt remove them and didnt show interest in getting answers. She made me feel uncomfortable even asking. Now, I waiting another month to get answers somewhere else. I do not recommend theor in house specialist. No passion and zero care for patients

If possible I would not put any stars. I had an appointment for 4:30 pm and I arrived 10 minutes before. I waited outside as there was a lines and then I filled out papers. I waited for 1 hour, no one called me and the front desk ridicously asked, no one has called you yet? At my time there I realized another man had his appointment at 4:30pm. I wasted my time and went home instead, the front desk ladies are not attentive to the people. I would not recommend this place. This place should not have the word community in it. I was at the clinic in Garden Grove.

Kim was extremely nice. My appointment was at wellness and Uber dropped me off @ medical side and could not walk all the way over there so she took the time to go get me a wheelchair and took me her self.

The dermatologist at the Tustin location of the families together of Orange County was a witch!!! I’m surprised she has a job..She obviously hates it.I left before making my follow up appointment.I wouldn’t go back there If my life depended on it I never want to see her again. I’m surprised my doctor even had me see her.(I thought my doctor liked me)what kind of a doctor asks their patient what to do she’s supposed to be doing a full examination on me and she’s asking me what I want to do with each spot. She was rude, rude rude and I’m really angry with myself. I was nice to her that’s my regret that I was kind, regardless of her poor attitude. The nurse was a sweetheart. I feel sorry for her having to work for Section, witch!

You always wonder when you are assigned the doctor from your insurance company if youll like them or not.... I am completely happy with Doctor Lin.And doctor Reddy. I think I would even pick them if my insurance didnt assign them....
