I had an excellent experience with Falcon Towing! I got a flat tire and they made the whole experience FAR less difficult than it could be. They made sure to fit me in so I could a replacement tire before closing! Thanks to the good people at Falcon Towing I didn’t have to interrupt my work schedule for the week! Thank you all who made that possible!

I needed a tow after debris on the 110 Expressway took out the bottom of my car and leaked all the oil out. The dispatcher at Falcon was great, making sure I got a flatbed tow. Valter arrived earlier than expected, got my car on the flatbed and delivered it to the dealership after hours. He went around the block to find a good place to leave it. Everyone with Falcon was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. In what was a frustrating and difficult circumstance, they made it better. Exceptional service by everyone involved.

This people are the worst when it comes to customer service. Be careful taking your vehicle to them. They will not tell you any hidden fee until you get there with your car towed. They are rude and all they want is your money. How can you not tell your customer that the estimate just to look at your car is $185.00. All they did is look under for an hour. That’s the hidden fee I’m talking about. They are AAA certified which AAA are very courteous and professional. For them representing AAA is bad image to the company. Never again

Guy from falcon towing did not care about damaging the car. The front bumper was not broken and he broke it taking the car off the tow truck. Had to tell him to use wood so he wouldn’t damage the car even more.

I called AAA for tow for my motorcycle. They sent Falcon Towing from Gardena. The guy that came dropped my bike while loading it onto the flatbed. He caused over $4000 in damage to the bike! Then when I called in to complain, I was told I have to speak to Jerry who is the General manager. However, Jerry is never there. Jerry is either out on a call or unavailable. How is the general manager out on a call? They have been giving me the runaround for two weeks And Jerry refuses to return my calls, even though I’ve left him seven messages. So now, I’m going to sue them.DON’T use these people! They will mess up your car and your bike! They are maliciously negligent! They don’t care when they screw up and they ignore you when you want to make a claim then they force you to sue them to recover hoping you’ll go away. I’m not going away. I’m suing them.

I took my car to Falcon towing to have my battery charged, a couple of Mondays ago. The battery was dead and I needed a jump that Saturday. They charged my battery and advised me of some problems with the car which I have since had corrected. Oscar was the tow driver and Bob was my contact at the facility. Kudos to both.

Falcon Tow has a wonderful team. Marvin and Bob are great!!I dont like dealing with repair shops. It is very frustrating and lengthy. I dont like the waiting time at all. But, at Falcon Tow I found it very relaxing and welcomed. Their are very friendly and companionate. No manipulating or no non-sense. A wonderful place for auto repair and diagnosing.

Initially, my plans were to give a review and leave a one star based off of the service that we initially received. Coworker was waiting for a tow truck. We explained to Dispatch what type of tow truck we need it because the car was going underground. We waited for about a good hour 30 minutes for a flatbed to arrive, which was not what we requested, I don’t remember that driver name but he wasn’t very helpful pretty much acting like he didn’t care which made the situation even more frustrating and just told us you have to wait another 45 minutes and he left. The next driver that showed up, I made sure to remember his name because this is why I’m giving this location five stars Isaac!!! Excellent customer service we explain to him how frustrate And upset we were at the situation and you want to know what he did. He did everything in his power to turn our frown into smiles before the car was even hooked up to the tow truck. He had us laughing, which made us forget initially how long we were waiting for tow truck. Overall a good experience with him. They need more people like him working for their company. If I can recommend a raise I would also do that as well. Truly want to thank Isaac and I hope that the owner of the company are upper manager sees this message and understand that they Have a excellent employee working for their company…. Isaac you turned around a negative experience and this is why I’m giving five stars.

I had a giant nail in my tire and was afraid my tire would be flat by end of my shift at the hospital. I had patients so I couldn’t leave work. He called to say he arrived, I ran out the door, showed him my car, and ran back inside. He was very nice and efficient. I am so grateful.

My nephew needed a jump from a battery he paid $220 from AAA and gave them the info they asked for and they still did not help. Sergio look like he cant even perform his duty in his line of work. Company leadership is highly incompetent. Nuff said. I believe Falcon Towing in Gardena, requires their employees to misrepresent Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), they secure the low profit AAA service call and then they put the customer in the back burner while they take care of the more profitable non-club service calls. I assume that service is not based on who called first or if its an emergency, but rather which one is more convenient and most profitable. I guess business is business, your customers Falcon Towing, dont mind you making a dollar, as long as its an honest dollar. Falcon Towing serves Torrance, Compton and other cities in the South Bay, maybe their resources are not enough to cover such a large area. Their employees are awesome honest people who are just trying to make a living just like everyone else, its a shame that they are required to lie to their customers in order to keep their jobs. This was my customer experience with them, not only did they have me waiting for an unreasonable time but they also damaged my other parked vehicle when they delivered the disabled one, and to add insult to injury, it has taken approx. 3 months for them to take responsibility. Remember folks, to them, business is business. Keep an close eye on them.If you are a AAA member you have options.Did you know AAA offers reimbursement.If you need a tow in Gardena, Compton, Torrance, Lomita, Harbor City or anywhere in the South Bay, there is no point waiting so long for Falcon Towing when you can contact any towing service working near you just a call away!This is from the auto clubs website, If AAA Roadside Assistance is not available and you obtain service from a non-AAA facility, you are entitled to reimbursement up to the amount it would have cost us to provide the service under similar circumstances.Please check with your auto club and have a credit card before you exercise this option.Falcon Towing employees deserve 5 stars or more for their hard work and effort.Falcon Towings leadership needs to be held accountable.

Today my daughter locked the keys inside of the trunk and I had to call AAA and they sent over Falcon Towing and when I say the technician Fidel who came to assist me went above and beyond his job is an understatement. Unfortunately the car I was driving did not have a latch to pull down the backseat for us to gain access to the trunk and the alarm going off disable the push button to open it I was almost forced to call a locksmith that was going to charge me a ton of money. Thanks to Fidel patience and kindness he figured out how to open the trunk from the backseat and we were able to get the keys out. Thank you Fidel and Falcon Towing as he turned a bad dad into a good one please give this guy a raise he definitely deserves it as his customer service exceeded my expectations.

My story is a bit different & long, but this is what I needed yesterday in the same household. A car with dead battery, second car with dead battery, flat tire and second tire not only flat but it blew up. Cars both in garage, in very tight space. Well I have nothing but compliments for ALL of the people that assisted me yesterday in service, total of five and 3 town truck over several hours. First, I waited a very short time from my first call to AAA before the first technician came. His aim was to make sure first battery could not be salvaged, could not so battery was replaced with new one. He aimed to jump start the second car which is a Diesel but it would not. He put enough air in the tire called for assistance, to push the car out of garage to be able to change battery, as location of the car in garage gave him no space to do that. Charged the battery but car would not start, he felt something else might be wrong as replacing the battery may not fix that. Option was do nothing and we can find a mechanic to evaluate and so on, or if we wanted, we could have them take it to their shop and see probably Monday what might be the problem. We were fine with that, and we would have to take it somewhere to have it checked regardless. Jermaine called for a flat bed tow truck, with my permission. It came in a very short time. Tech Ryan came, tried again and could not get car to start, unable to push it out of garage alone, first tech left, so he called for another to assist, took 10 minutes for another technician to come. He swapped the blown out tire with spare in trunk, took car to their shop. When he got there, he tried again and the car started. He called me and said he could bring the car back, and new battery can be installed. He was back in seemed like 10 minutes. On the way, he called for another technician as it was late in day and he had no battery to put in. His original call was only to pick up the car with a flat bed. New technician came in 20 minutes and changed the battery in second car and all done. I can not tell you how grateful I am to each & every one of them. They were all amazing in their service, professionalism, attitude, not only to us the clients but to each other. It was a long day, could have been extremely stressful, but it wasnt. I felt confident they would do all they could, and they did. Keep in mind that I knew from get go I would need at least 2 new batteries, so that was no surprise. That is ALL I paid for, 2 new batteries, nothing else. This was my first experience with Falcon Towing and I am delighted to say it was a great one. Five Stars+ to Jermaine, Ryan, Manuel, Eric and Gustavo. We sincerely appreciate all you did. We are very grateful to each and every one of you, for all your help. My husband left the car running and couldn’t get into his car. Called AAA and they send us Falcon towing. The dispatcher told me it would take 45 mins or more but after explaining our situation she was going to do everything possible to get the driver to us quick. We waited about 40 mins and not an Hr as they had mentioned so that was a great thing. The driver arrived and opened the car right away. Thank you falcon towing for saving the day

I have used Falcon for towing and auto repair and I love them. They were initially recommended by AAA. I have had batteries replaced on two different cars and general maintenance for both cars. I usually deal with Marvin who provides exceptional customer service. They diagnose the issue and make recommendations and provide upfront pricing. I highly recommend this place.

I thought my battery was dead in my car, but Damon the roadside service man confirmed it wasn’t. He thought it might be an electrical issue. He offered to get my car towed, but since my house was on the next street over I declined. I said my son would push me to my house. We told Damon we didn’t need his help, but he insisted on helping us. They pushed it a little under a 1/4mi. He went over and beyond his job description and I appreciated it. Exceptional service. Falcon Towing is by far the best towing company I have ever used. Recently we have had to use them quite a bit due to some unfortunate events with our work truck. Every single driver who has shown up for service has been a pleasure to work with. They are professional, prompt, patient so helpful. I cant say enough good things about Falcon. I called AAA at 3:47 they gave me an eta of 4:30pm. It was not until i called AAA using a different membership that Falcon towing gave me a call personally because there was 2 order with the same address. When i spoke to the driver who arrived at 6:55, he said he was not dispatched by falcon towing until 6:40pm. That is unacceptable and they give AAA a bad reputation. I encourage anyone who uses AAA and Falcon Towing was there contractor to call AAA and file a complaint. They should not be working with them. If you need help filing a complaint reach out to me.

Amazing Tow truck service for 2 different calls on 2 diffraction days. The tow trucks did take a long time to arrive. But I understand that this has more to do with AAA and where I fall in line with the calls rather than Falcon Towing.The guy on the 1st call (Frank) was incredible. Cleaned my battery for free after seeing that it was in good condition but needed cleaner. Looked like my alternator was bad. This guy did not have a tow truck it was a van.When tow truck arrived (David) he was amazing!! He helped me push the car outside of a parking structure because his tow truck did not fit.He could have just left but helped me push it more than 100 ft! It was hard because it was just the 2 of us. I helped from the drivers side. But I am 5 so he did lots of the work. I cant possibly say just how much he went above and beyond. Super amazing. Im so upset righht now. If I could give it no stars I would.Issue : first call made at 8:04 pm. I had a flat tire. I call Falcon Two truck Company, recommended to me by AAA. They told me it would be and hour. Before someone could come out. I was okay with that. They came in a little less than hour (I appreciate that)but I didnt have a spare. My fault! So the guy says he will call his company to have a second tow truck come and tow me home. But it will be 90 mins. Because I didnt have a spare. I was like okay what can I do. Ill wait. So I waited and gave them and hour before calling to check the status of the tow truck. Roxann answers my call and said she dosnt see anything. But say i will have to wait 90 min from this point. Im like why?. I start asking question do you see my request. She says no...and she asked me what was my drivers name......umm I dont know you dont have a recored? She says no and proceedes to tell me she just came on shift so she dosnt know whats going on but I will just have to wait. Im like wait why do I have to wait. I have already been waiting 90mins since the driver left. Well actually at this point I had been waiting 2 1/2 hrs. So she puts me on hold and says she is going to transfers me to a coworker who had been on shift....... because Im asking why is there no record. I wait on hold another 10mins. No one comes back to the phone. I hang up and call again. And Im placed on hold again. And she comes on and repeates the same information. At this point Im furious! I feel my concerns are valid. 1) Why is there no record of the call the tow driver made.2) Why wasnt this escalated so i didnt have to wait another 90mins which takes me to 4 hours waiting for a towed less than 3 miles to my house. 4) at no time was asked if i was in a safe place because at this point it was 10:45pm and not in the best area of town. So I repeat again.....why is there no record and why will I need to wait and additioal 90 mins. At this point I will be waiting 4hrs for a tow truck. . at this point I felt it was too dangerous for me to be waiting in my car and its almost 11pm night. I tell Roxanne this is unfortunate that I had to have such a bad experince. I will attempt to have a family member come and get me. And I will have to leave my car at the location. I hope my car is there in the morning and not stolen. I only went to this company because it was recommended by AAA. I can say this was one of or if not the worse customer service experices I have ever have. Im thankful I made it home safe. Sorry if I rambled I was so upset when I was typing this.....

Do not use them. I called AAA to request for tow services at 10:40am. They quoted me to have my car picked up at 11:30am. I figured that’s off as they are usually late from past experiences. 30 minutes after the estimated time is moved to 2:23pm from Falcon Towing. Ok not surprised still as this seems like an average wait time and multiple texts were sent out to confirm that they would come. 2:23pm hits and still no sight of the towing. I wait 20 minutes and call them for an update. Customer service tells me an additional 30 minutes. 3pm hits and I call once again for updates. Customer service again tells me it’s going to be 45-50 minute wait. It’s 4pm now and still no sign of the tow truck. Irritated now I call the towing company once again. Customer service tells me that they have in the notes that the dispatch had arrived but nobody was on site. They mentioned that dispatch also called me multiple times but looking at my phone record. I received no calls from them. It was also an unpleasant call as they customer service agent hung up and accused me of calling them a liar. At this point we had to cancel the request as we were trying to take the car to the dealership before it closes.I understand that they are busy but does that warrant a 5/6 hour delay? If they had an accurate estimate time of arrival instead of delaying it by 30 minute intervals each time I would have been fine. Very unpleasant experiences. I would avoid them at all cost.

Rudest customer service. Called to get update about towing status and the operator chewed me out before I could even finish my sentence. Probably thought I was AAA trying to follow up, but I was the actual customer and hadn’t realize that AAA had contacted them already, as I wasn’t receiving any updates and was at that point waiting 5 hours for a tow. Regardless, that was no way to answer the phone.

Today 3/3/23 I requested service through AAA at 7:45 am . Which they assigned falcon towing agency the ETA said 8:50am. At 9:20am I tried calling over and over but I kept getting a voicemail box that is full. I finally googled the agency for a different number and a women answered the phone around 9:45 - 9:50am and was so rude I don’t even know where to start . I asked her for her name and she said “why, I am not giving you my name”. I asked her for her name because she was very rude and I was obviously going to report her to management. She proceeded to say I’m not giving you my name and hung up.I gave AAA a call and they tell me that it says they completed service.Thanks to Joel, he got everything fixed and was very nice. His customer service is unmatched to the other representatives that answered. He reached out to driver and got them to come back to complete the service.On the other hand that women needs to be fired .

Over 6 hours of waiting!! Run, walk, push, hitch hike, call another towing company. It will be faster than Falcon Towing. They seem to be the only one AAA has contracted in this area. Waited 6 hours and ended up driving my overheating car, adding water periodically to get to a mechanic. Still was faster than waiting for a tow truck from here. I ubered home hours later to receive another delay update. No thanks. Pay another towing company, itll be better.

This company was gonna let us sit there for almost 8 hrs waiting today. Lucky we live up the road or we weve been screwed. Dont ever use this company. Ever.Just dont do it. They never show up on time, youll be waiting for HOURS..were talking 4+ hours. Dont bother calling to complain cause the dispatchers act rude, expect you tolerate it then hang up on you. Make rude remarks. No matter the tone. My patient(and polite mom), called and got into their call for about 20 seconds before their dispatchers couldnt control their mouth. Refused to give me his name and i mean refused, the second rude man would not, no matter how many times i asked, put me on with a manager.The woman definitely got upset when i said i wasnt leaving a 5 star review. Dont worry, AAA loves getting complaints on their contracted tow companies. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Youll waste your entire day.

This auto repair shop is very professional and prices are affordable. I was told by Autozone I need a radiator for my car after testing the battery; however when taking my car to Falcon, they advised it was my battery not the radiator which saved me $$$. I will continue using them to repair my car. They are truly honest and trust worthy.

This company was assigned to me through AAA and I have never been more dissatisfied with a company in my life. They tow truck was supposed to arrive at 1pm. They NEVER showed up, I waited hours! When I called AAA the representative stated that she had received multiple complaints about Falcon and that other customers were having the same issue. Don’t waste your time with this company & if you’re assigned to Falcon through AAA do yourself a favor & request someone else.

Falcon service mission = Exceptional Service. They failed that mission.They said they would be at my address in 1.5 hrs. Didn’t come so I called. Because I didn’t answer an area code call I didn’t know, they made my call another 1.5 hr. Why call me when you have the address? And the company is in Gardena, not Ontario. Actually had a bad experience after calling Triple-A for running out of my truck wouldnt start so AAA sent falcon 2 tow the driver admittedly told the vehicle wrong and at least three times the front end locked up being towed from the rear its a four-by-four resulting in fluid leaking from somewhere all over the front end and some of the front end suspension bushings on missing I was aware that some of these bushings were dry but everything was intact and the vehicle ran fine about the manager denied that his driver did anything wrong actually tried to blame the mechanic who replaced fuel pump. Ive decided to pursue action since I just found audio and some video of the driver say he do it was wrong but thought it would work Ive already filed a complaint with AAA will be contacting them tomorrow with a new information

After many hours of waiting and phone calls over a 2 day period my car still hasn’t been towed. They lied and said they came and waiting 15 min and left. Total lie. I called AAA to get a tow truck to move my car from my home to a shop. They dispatched a tow truck from Falcon Towing at 10:40, it is now 3pm and the town truck just took the car. I called a few times to check on the eta and every time they “apologized for the inconvenience” and responded with letting me know they were waiting on a driver and it would be about 40 minutes. Over 4 hours later my car was finally taken to where it needed to go. This company wastes your time by not being honest on the waiting times. Ive been an AAA member for 11 years. Its rare that Ive had to use the roadside service. Unfortunately, today I had a dead battery. Falcon Towing in Gardena was dispatched by AAA. Erik the tow truck driver arrived within 10 mins after placing the call. Not only did he jump my battery. He did diagnostic testing on my starter and alternator just to make sure they werent the cause of my battery being dead. He took the time to explain each step to me. Erik went above and beyond what I expected from him. The company even did a follow-up call to make sure that I wasnt having any issues since I was driving over 100 miles with my granddaughter.I would highly recommend Falcon Towing. My battery died while in my garage. I called AAA and they sent Falcon Towing. Brennan, the tow truck driver was extremely helpful and efficient and polite. He advised me that I needed a new battery because my original one was 5 years old and would not hold a charge. He had brought just the battery I needed and installed it for me. For me, they are not about how much money they can get from you, they are about ensuring when you leave their property your car is in a good SAFE working condition. I detailed my issue for appointment was due to the fact that my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and AC condenser fan was not engaging. I was quoted $195 for AC recharge and to diagnose why the fan was not engaging as well as running a diagnostic for the car. Next day I was informed that the Control panel needed to be replaced as well as the Compressor and the harness. Well the control had just been replaced and I’m pretty sure they had a way to check if the compressor was actually not working. I asked what the cost would be to repair and he said that “ the cost of repair would be over the value of the vehicle the technician didn’t think it was worth repairing” with that said I went down to pick up the car and was informed that “ based on the mileage of the car I probably need a oil change. But had they even bothered to check I just did a oil change & replaced the filter. “ all the hose probably needs to be changed” all the hose was just replaced as well as the gaskets. Furthermore the paper I got did not have any actual #’s to see weather the AC needed the recharge or not. And they forgot the put the cap back on guessing after they did the charge? Don’t know because no actual #’s on the paper to know weather they did or not. Because after the AAA discount I paid around $150 and absolutely not a single thing was changed. Exactly as when I took it in!! So I felt like I just got ripped off! No reason why my fan wasn’t coming on no way to know weather it’s been recharged because still no AC. Is it their job to tell you weather your car is not even worth their time or $ to repair? I thought taking the car in would give me a resolution to my issues and was not even a given a quote to get the resolution because they didn’t even bother to give an honest attempt to diagnose the problem. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. This is just my experience that I am basing the review on.

I was originally quoted 1 hour, after about an hour and a half I called for an update WITH AAA.they were quoted another 2 hours and were sorry for the inconvenience. I bought a house in the Hood and AAA keeps sending these guys out to handle my issues. 1st off I appreciate these guys working in the Hood, they also use local drivers. Its good to see companies hire from within the community. You will see their trucks always lingering around parking lots and streets in the South Central area. Again im glad that they are here.With that being said, dont even bother using their Falcon Towings free service vouchers because they are basically worthless. They will just keep making up an excuse why they cant be honored. The last time I tried to use one the service vouchers, the dispatch guy said that I called too early and they didnt have enought drivers available and to call back later. I thought that calling early was good because I would miss the rush I guess not. Then I just called AAA and the guy was there in 5 min. So much for the voucher, I just should have called AAA in the frst place.So on my last call a gentleman comes out and then we try and start the car and he says that its my starter, not the battery. I told him that when your a Black American, usually these AAA drivers dont want to help you and they give you excuses as to why they cant help you, and then I have to waste my time to try and solve the issue myself, or I have to argue with Driver. So I told the driver, since im paying for a AAA membership humour me and replace the battery. he said is that a AAA battery? I said yes, because you guys just replaced it 3 or 4 month ago. So he replaced the battery and the car started back up immediately and very strong!!! 1 week later the car is still starting strong. The guy was very very friendly and he didnt refuse to change the battery, but I pretty much have little confidence not just in Falcon Towing, but in AAA drivers in general. If youre a Black American, beware of AAA. Now, if I would not have insisted, the driver probably would have left without replacing the AAA Battery.

I experienced Falcon Auto Repair through AAA. This was my first time going to Falcon Auto Repair Shop. My battery died and they were able to jump start my car at a safe location. The only issue was that Sergio told me my old battery was good, but its better to do a full charge at their Auto shop for peace of mind. So I followed his expertise to take my car to the shop. It turned out that the battery cannot be charge at all and it was a dead battery. Ash was the manager who helped me. Their services toward customer are good. I wish Sergio could identify the battery was dead on the spot when I called AAA at first place. This way, he can just change a new battery on the spot instead me driving to the shop and wait for repair. So, thats why I only gave 4 star due to this misjudgment. But overall, I felt that both Sergio and Ash showed their care for their customer, at least to me. Still thank them for replacing a new battery for me. The drop/pick up service is really good that they provided. I really like that. Hope they can provide me some discounts for the first timer or long term AAA member in my next visit.

Had a issues with two of my tired being flat called my AAA company in which they set up the tow, told me eta was 80 minutes cool no problem. 1 hour goes by and I have yet to get a text notification from AAA saying the driver was on the way, so I called AAA back and asked them to find out what was going on. When she contacted the towing company they yelled at the AAA agent and gave her a rude attitude it was so bad that the agent had to get her supervisor involved to do a complaint. I called AAA and was assigned this company for towing at 9:20a on a Monday. They told me my ETA would be 10:20a. I received a call at 9:40a from falcon asking what the issue was. They told me that the ETA would be 10:40a. I called back at 10:45 and they said that they’re 60-90 mins behind original ETAs due to the rain. I’m not sure of other areas but it hasn’t rained in my area since before I needed the tow. I called back at 12:05 and Falcon could not bring up my information; they advised me to call AAA back and see what the issue was. I called AAA back and they said that Falcon had diverted tows to another company due to the high volume of calls. After giving me the information of the current tow company, I am now another 30-45 mins out from my original time. If you are calling this company for a tow or are designated this location for your tow via AAA, you should ask for another company off the bat before you’re waiting countless hours with no legitimate explanation. Just poor excuses of “the weather”.

He installed a new battery but could not get the car to start due to a corroded dealer part (positive battery clamp housing). He did give me informative information on how to repair. Unfortunately, this part is only sold at the Ford dealership and its one of those they gotcha parts that has a hideous replacement price for hundreds of dollars! I was doing laundry and my little cousin locked us. Including my toddler out of the car. On July 29, 2022 I used Falcon Towing through the AAA app. I am happy to post this Google review for Eli who was my tow truck driver (SVO 173781). Eli definitely went way out of his way to assist me. I live in a rear apartment unit behind a long narrow driveway, only accessible for 1 car. The AAA app did not relay all of my details regarding limited access, so Eli quickly and happily improvised. Eli had to push my 2018 VW Beetle backwards down the 50 + driveway with me at the wheel.I was so thankful for Eli, he was extremely nice and caring. I went first to Falcon years ago recommended by a technician at Carson Toyota. He was very clear, Falcon will be cheaper and, honestly, their service will be way better than our own service.When we have a TOYOTA DEALER saying a different company is better than themselves, wow, we trust.For years I trust Falcon, their attendants are always very friendly and professional. Last time I was there was last week taking friends that just moved from Florida and needed brake and suspension service. I forgot the attendants name, a black tall guy, Belizean originally. I couldnt be happier with his politeness and patience to explain every detail of the service and answer all the questions my fiends had. The service had fair price and the result was beyond perfection.He also had a great sense of humor, respectful and balanced, that was a great bonus. That was cute and unexpected and saved the day.Falcon should be proud for having such great staff member.All other employees I interacted were also super professional and pleasant.Im a happy customer and I feel privileged to have such great repair service in LA. Theyre probably the best in California.The only negative thing at Falcon is their coffee in the waiting room. Falcon Towing replaced the alternator in my car. That was the only problem I was having with my car. Before the alternator went out, my car was not having any other problems. After the install, I was told about the damaged ignition coil clips.When they saw the damage clips, I should have been informed before any work was started. Always informed the customer about any prior damaged part that can be made worse as a result of a repair/replacement you will do. Before the job. Now, I cannot drive my car until I replace the clip and coil.Falcon Towing should have at least fixed the clip or replaced #2 so I could drive my car.

The week of June 1. This was a most peculiar service call. I actually had to call AAA to file a complaint and the weird thing is they have no record of this Falcon Tow company being dispatched on my call or any record of them servicing the call. The Falcon Tow technician who came out was first a d foremost completely obssessed with getting my VIN number, not the license plate number. He said AAA required them to get the VIN. I told him that wasnt true but he said would not jump the battery unless he got the VIN. Then, he started... I asking me which store I bought my battery at.. too weird, but very serious and no non-sense like a cop and not like someone who jumps batteries and fixes flats for a living. Very unprofessional and dishonest technician. For the record, AAA does not require VINs and doesnt care where you bought your battery.

I was being lazy and I paid for it ….. I called AAA and this is the contracted company for my area, they showed up to do a simple tire change because I had caught a flat overnight. So even though the service was friendly I could tell the conversation was soon going left due to the driver’s political opinions which I care nothing of, luckily the trainee saved the day and came and steered the conversation elsewhere, so I got a guy they were training, which isn’t a bad thing other then the fact they stripped my studs and lug nuts.The trainee asked if he should use a breaker bar first and the trainer replied no it’s small lugs and don’t need much torque. When they went to tighten them down one wouldn’t tighten (they noted and admitted to one ) but when I got to the shop that fixes my cars it was two studs and two bad lug nuts. I paid for the work to be done and I informed Falcon towing of the issue, I spoke with Joel and he informed me of what I needed to do, I followed his instructions and when I arrived to get a refund for my work I was treated very rudely and even followed out of the place. I didn’t receive my full refund they gave me a mere fraction of what the price was for repairs. Also the entire process was very nerve wrecking but it’s what you would expect in Gardena smh. They didn’t believe me and they kept questioning my mechanics pricing (every shop is different when it comes to price ) so needless to say I’ll be informing AAA about this incident and hopefully I won’t have to use them again if rather wait longer then to use them honestly, the service was definitely piss poor after the fact, what gets me is the driver and trainee admitted to doing wrong and they still don’t want to fix their mistakes

Ripoff. Wanted to charge us 330 for 3 hours of work to remove our alarm system. We said no way. They kept our car for 4 days and did nothing that we asked. Took my vehicle for an ongoing transmission issue, a 40 point inspection was performed and a report on the status of my engine and other pertinent information and suggested repairs was given, they also included supporting JPEGs of engine and air filter. Ive taken my car to Falcon twice and both times received excellent service. The first time I knew what the problem was (the gas pump needed replacing). The guy who towed me was friendly and showed up pretty quickly. I explained the problem and what I thought was wrong and they went from there. I even got a rental car to get me back to work. The second time I had no idea what was wrong, but I described the problem and they checked it out (I had to replace the cooling system). Both times they kept me informed on what was happening and the progress. They found a few other things wrong with the car (its an old car and that was to be expected), but they didnt pressure me into getting anything done that I didnt want done. Ill totally use Falcon again for all my car repairs.

I broke down and called AAA. The tow truck was prompt and the driver (Daniel, I think?) was like a knight in shining armor! After hearing from him about Falcon Autos AAA discount and uber service or tow home, I chose to have my stalled vehicle taken there for inspection and was checked in and sent home in an uber shortly. It was nice to not have to wait around in the waiting room (even tho its comfy) and just get on with my day. It was wonderful to be treated like a valued customer and feel less stressed about my car! If it were not for the tow drivers, I would never respond. The Tow team was my saving grace. Now, once in the office, I dealt with Ash. He gave me a quote of $1586 and no AAA discount.? Amazing how his summation arrived at this amount without listing OEM parts. That wasnt the topper. When Ash walked me over to his mechanic and my vehicle; the mechanic had turned on my radio (I had not turned my radio on for a few days ), to a Rap station whereby my battery was drained, after I had left Falcon Auto Repair and finally had my vehicle towed to my home. I have a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. I was informed by Ash, that I needed the following; Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Filter and a Fuel Pump Relay Module. Oddly enough, I checked the internet and the three (3) items totaled $238 for all New OEM / German Parts and found a reputable auto repair shop in Culver City, that would only charge me @$315 for labor.BTW, I had to pay extra to have my vehicle transported to my home. and immediately checked my battery and it was DEAD!!! Employee Francisco had setup for a driver to jump start me on a Saturday, but the battery could not hold a charge.Bottom line, I will certainly notify AAA for assigning this company to me, and I WILL NEVER USE FALCON AUTO REPAIR AND TOWING, again!

I had my car battery replaced at my place by William. I called AAA for this service and William was at my doorstep in just 15mins, even though AAA agent told me it would take 20-25mins for them to arrive. William was very polite and helpful. Good experience with Falcon and AAA!

Tyrone provided excellent service. After a long day of fishing at Catalina Island, I accidentally locked the keys in my pickup in the driveway after towing a trailer back from the marina. Luckily, my roommate had AAA. AAA stated Falcon Towing would arrive at 3:57 p.m.To be honest, Tyrone had unlocked the car and left our little place at 3:55 p.m. Tyrone was complete with the job even before his estimated arrival time from the AAA automated system. Tyrone does not like Camaros but he does like AAA. Tyrone was on his way to the bank when I placed a call to unlock keys from the pickup.I am overall totally satisfied with my service from Falcon Towing. I would give 5 stars across the board and recommend Tyrone Davis to my girl.Why, you might ask? Well, Tyrone is a tow-truck driver, he is the person your girl calls when she needs to hook-up.

A flat bed was requested. Multiple times. Ashley called and verified a tow for a 4x4 was coming. After waiting over an hour, past the estimated time frame. a regular tow truck showed up. When calling back asking why this occurred, they stated I did not request this. Excuse me, I sure did...A flat bed was requested multiple times, and this lady verified it was a 4x4 truck that needed a tow. This company sucks and is horrible and has zero customer service. Do not tell a customer that they did not request this when it was requested and verified. Do not use this company unless you wanna be waiting far beyond estimated time and will receive the wrong kind of tow truck

TThere are few things more frustrating than having a new car break down. I called Falcon because they have helped me before with AAA and I have to say that I am thankful I did so. Genuinely impressed and it was an uphill climb to overcome the bad mood I was in. These people could have gouged me and didnt, prompt / quick service, and took the time to explain. When I asked what do I owe you besides a thank you? Their answer was a handshake. I am kind of surprised by all the negative reviews, I definitely got the impression from bottom to top this was a company that cared. It was bad luck that introduced me to them but I was lucky that they fixed things, at a fraction of the price of others who were claiming my catastrophic converter wasnt connected to the discomboobulater. Next time something like that happens or even preventative maintenance this company would wo hesitation or pause to reflect would be my go to guys. On a deeper level brought a spark to my life, that not everybody is out to take advantage of you, there are some good honest people out there.
