She is the best doctor ever. From the moment I step into her office until the moment I was out everything was great. The staff here are well train and super helpful and nice. Doctor is super efficient, professional. I went to her for treatment on my acne which was on my back, the treatment she suggested was so easy to find and was not expensive at all. Within a few months using the treatment my skin now looks better than ever!Thank you so much Dr. Fakheri!

What a great environment and nice people are working there! Had a session with Dr.Fakheri for my alopecia are and was nervous to get injected for the first time in my face, she did a wonderful job not just very quickly but helped me to feel comfortable and calm as she injected. Highly recommend

I have been patient with Dr Azita since 2010 when my older son was 10 years old and he became her patient after he become an adult. She is very professional since I met her . I will use real facts to share and not sweet words . First, She discovered why I was suffering from heart palpitations and mood swings when she become my specialist . she made thorough blood test and discovered that I have hyperthyroidism disease unlike my previous doctor that kept telling me I had acidic and anxiety . When the blood result came out Dr Azita and her office called me on Saturday urgently to go see her. Even after referring me to a specialist she also kept monitoring my blood test and medication intake . Her professional act did not stop her . Second, recently she was the first professional doctor to call me that I have a positive monogram . She called me before my Gynocologist . My Gynocologist called me two weeks after when Dr Azita already submit MRI request according to the radiologist recommendation . Additionally, she went through all the challenges from the insurance company to have them approve the authorization for the AMRI. Upon truth expertise from real patient I keep recommending this amazing positive, motivated and caring doctor to my friends and will keep doing it to others . So, not hesitate to be her patient.

Scumbag Dermatologist.Extraordinarily rude, horrible dermatologist, does not care about you unless there is actually something life threateningly wrong with you. Disgraceful to put it lightly. Complete waste of time and money. If I were dying of a skin disease I still wouldnt go here. I’m not just bitter and retaliating, the experience was horrible and I was left feeling useless and as if I was a waste of time. I’ve been here one other time, and received the EXACT same treatment then, as I did at my most recent visit. Horrible place to go.

I went in a couple weeks ago for a consultation regarding redness on my cheeks. Was prescribed an ointment and antibiotics and sure enough it is like night and day! The doctor knows what’s she’s talking about and even gave me tips to reduce the redness

I was billed twice and not reimbursed for overpayment despite my calls. Its been months and I never got a call back.I had 5 moles removed with Dr Fakheri. She said that I should pay $600 for the removal of 5 moles right after my appointment which I paid in cash with a receipt. They later also billed my insurance and my insurance paid $270 on top of that. When I called to request the difference $270, they didnt properly look into the issue, kept promising to call back but never did.So the practice ended up collecting $870 in lieu of $600 for the removal of 5 small moles.

All she cares about is making money anywhere she sees it on your skin. I went for mole removals, did an excellent job on 1, the other one was never removed. Went back to remove it, she sliced it but still wasn’t removed after a few days of healing. I paid twice for it and it was all for nothing. I also wanted a treatment for keratosis pilaris and all she said is “put lotion.” Didn’t even tell me what kind of lotion. Overall she helped me with 2/4 problems. So 3 star review is well deserved. (Please don’t harass me after review like in the past. )

Would not recommend if youre looking for a practitioner who actually cares. The whole appointment I had with the doctor was less than 10 minutes. I arrived at the office early to fill out the paperwork and I was in the room by 11:01am. The doctor came in minutes later, asked me maybe 2 questions (but she asked me a total of maybe 6 questions during the whole consultation) before deciding to write a prescription up and I was out of their office by 11:11am. Last time I checked, I was coming in for a consultation. How is asking me only a handful of questions and giving me no clarity considered a consultation? I am currently suffering from a very severe eczema flare up, and I know how steroid creams and immunosuppressants can make my condition worse. Ive had this since I was a child, and Ive used steroid creams before so I know how my body will react to it. I brought up my concern of using some of her recommendations in the prescription and all she said was that if i use it for a week I should be fine. Didnt offer any other solutions, didnt even try to pinpoint what caused my flare up. Didnt even ask me about my daily routine. But I guess she didnt need to know any of that 👍🏻 Ive gotten better consultations for less. What I had with the doctor wasnt a consultation worth $150, that was a brief conversation that was truly a waste of my time. Mind you, they asked me to pay before I even got to see her! She didnt make me feel comfortable at all, she stood across from me and at some point she was towering over me. I saw no compassion, no empathy (which is crazy since I read her reviews and people claims that she cares). I came here to seek help, to find out why this was happening, and what couldve caused it, what i can do to prevent it, and I thought she would be able to do that for me, and I thought she would be a professional that actually cared for your well being. But maybe since I wasnt going through insurance, she wouldnt get a lot of money back, so why bother huh? Seeing her further confirmed my fear that the healthcare system out here wont help you if youre not bringing in a lot of money.Will be calling soon to get a refund, thank you :)

Dr. Fakheri is just terrific! And the front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had recently changed my insurance plan, and unbeknownst to me, I needed an updated referral. Even though my appointment was scheduled for late afternoon, the doctor and Patricia at the front desk (also terrific!), knowing that it takes me about two hours to get there, let me wait while my doctors office faxed over the updated referral, and even though my appointment time had long passed, Dr. Fakheri saw me. The doctors and the physician assistants are so understanding and very helpful they answered every question of my mine and gave me everything I needed. Also the office is super neat and clean the rooms are super clean as well. The ladies taking patients in the front are the best of the best they are super friendly and they payed so much attention to me when I walked in. Also the wait time is not long at all I probably waited less than 10 minutes to be put in the room and for the doctor to walk in and help me out as well. Have gone to Dr Fakheri for 4 visits over a 4 month period. Cannot say enough about the staff and Dr Fakheri. Each visit has been a clone of the others. I always arrive early, they always accommodate me and get me in with little waiting. Pleasant staff and very efficient. I was referred by my primary physician and was skeptical because I had to drive 40 minutes from my home to this office. But glad I did.

I went there to get treated for my skin and she came in the room and numb me five minutes later another nurse comes in and tells me it’s gonna be $450 whenever already paid my co-pay very unprofessional doesn’t mention it before to me that it was even going to cost anything. Lost my dermatologist after 20 years so I went to this place by my house. BIG MISTAKE. I went there for skin cancer to be removed. I asked for an additional body check, which was done by a PA at a glance and did not do a thorough check at all. I did not even feel she was qualified to do the check. Dr. Azita and Dr. Rabi checked me and said a biopsy was needed. Dr. Azita was so rough. She said she was injecting me with numbing medication, and jabbed me twice very hard, not compassionate at all. She then started on the biopsy before I even started to become numb, which hurt and I told her to stop. She stopped for a minute and then started again, but I could still feel it as I did not become numb, which I told her, but she did not stop. She was very rough and I was not sure I wanted to go back. When they called me with the biopsy results they said Dr. Rabi wanted to do the surgery so I said ok and scheduled. When I arrived for surgery, after waiting a half hour, they told me Dr. Rabi was in another surgery and it would be another 15-30 minutes. They called me in after 30 minutes and Dr. Azita came in and proceeded to argue with me, stating I was just there for biopsy results and not surgery. She argued with me and wanted to reschedule me, which was very difficult as I already took off work. She said she didnt know how long Dr. Rabi would be, maybe a half hour, maybe 45 minutes, but I dont want you to yell me at me if its not. It seems like she did not care if I left and went somewhere else. I did end up leaving and did not go back.

Extremely welcoming and honest dermatology office! Highly highly recommend. I struggled with hyperpigmentation and they immediately knew the solution to a problem I’ve been trying to solve for years! I had 6 sublative treatments.. little did I know this would be the answer to all my acne issues. I noticed less appearance of pores, less hyperpigmentation and even less white heads. Today, I continue to use prescription Retinol, per Dr. Fakheri’s recommendation, to ensure clearer skin. If I could have only & only 1 name and phone number for a doctor in my phone it would be Dr. Azita Fakheri. I’ve been suffering from acnes and tried a lot of so called ‘’famous’’ doctors that are in media and Beverly hills and none of them solved my problem, all they did was selling me their cream and products which had no results. Dr. Azita is the only doctor that truly took care of me. She solved the problem by identifying the root cause, having a step by step treatment plan as corrective action and then preventing the problem from happening again. It’s been more than 2 years now that I haven’t had any acnes and now, I’m just maintaining my clear skin which shows a great effectiveness check on her problem solving and preventive actions.

The waiting time isnt that bad however Dr. Fakheri herself is not great at giving medical advice. She does a quick check up with no effort to see what the issue is. She just assumes whats wrong and gives you medication. Ive gone for a few times and shes only spent 5 minutes maximum almost everytime. She didnt even bother to explain my issue and how to resolve it.

They’re always smiling and happy. One would not think that having a good time and the doctor belong in the same sentence but I always leave with a smile. My blood pressure is down and I lost 13 lb’s. Had a nasty little nodule or somethng right in the middle of my forehead. Dr. Fakheri removed it and stitched it up so well that now that the sutures are removed, its all but invisible. Typical of the fine work done by and the caring attitude shown by Dr. Fakheri, who is so good I travel 11 miles for treatment!

All the doctor cares about is the money!I scheduled an appointment, the secretary said that they are doing free consultation, I waited half an hours since the doctor was late, then she didnt even looked at me and just told me, this wont be free, you will need to pay for it. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind paying for a serviceI need, but this is the first and only thing you care about after keeping me waiting for 30 min! Then she looked at what I wanted to check and she didnt even spent 2 seconds and said it will cost you $500. And the crazy part is, after I left there, I went to a real doctor, and I didnt even needed to remove what she wanted to charge me $500 for!! THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!

Dr. Fakheri doesnt know her job. She didnt examine my face by machines, she just looked at it and got confused why Im having acne then she told me to try an antibiotic and after one month maybe it will help maybe not!!!!. Also, they are liars, they written that they have free consultant for acne and acne scars and I took appointment based on that, but when I arrived there they told no there is no free consultation for acne, but when I showed them what its written in the website they start to apologize and telling me that they dont do free consultation for acne. Avoid this place.

The nurses who are responsible for talking with patients on the phone have horrible attitude. They argue with patients on the phone with anxious and angry emotion. They have no knowledge with the policies of their own clinic. Different nurses say different things to the same patient, and what they say are contradictory with each other. They are also lying and deny what they have said before. What a mess place here it is! They are completely lack of training.
