I am usually very skeptical when ordering items such as sage and crystals, feathers etc. I decided to do a bit of research on Faiza Naturals Distribution and I placed an order. I am glad that I did. Faiza hit the nail on the head and delivered what they promised in pictures. I was thrilled! The cedar smudge is divine! and the albalone shells are amazing. The feathers are perfect. If you want to shop with an authentic distributor then this is the shop for you. Packing is neat, shipping was fast and I hope that my customers love them as much as I do. I am highly dissapointed. I made two orders at the end of July. I didnt get an invoice for any of them though I asked several times.One of my order is still somewhere in California and havent been delivered (its more than two months right now!!!). I am writting emails but no one is responding.Some products from one of the orders I luckily got are very low quality. Also - no responce from the vendor.I dont remeber when I had a such bad experince with online shopping!UPDATE: after posting one star review the Owner contacted me and I got a refund for the products I didnt get and products I consider to be of a very low quality. I am happy I got my money back, still I consider the whole experience far from worth recommending.

The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of how I received my first order. Although it was disappointing, Shay was able to correct the mistakes and was very helpful! I do recommend purchasing from here BUT indicate that youd like your sages shipped in a separate box, otherwise, from mailman to mail man they get crushed under the crystals.

I recently purchased the “Smudge Kit for beginners” which is their best-seller at the moment, and I must say that the product is BANGER!! Quality and design is top notch. The included abalone shell holder is beautiful, and it gives off a calming vibe. You can tell they use high quality California white sage, because it stays well-lit, and it burns at a steady constant rate, while giving off a very subtle scent(I’ve tried other sage sticks that were very strong and overwhelming).
