About a month ago I purchased a beautiful red C8 Corvette from Fairway Ford with the help of Jacob. This dealership was nothing short of professional.. Jacob was extremely respectful of my time, very friendly, and did not try to pull a quick one on me at any moment with hidden mark-ups or weird fees. I was literally in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours... thats INSANE.Please go see JACOB specifically and shop with him for your next ride, he means business and doesnt have any interest in wasting peoples time.

Overall, Fairway is a good place from the quality of people you deal with. However, since buying my car I have multiple transmission issues which they have been great trying to address but continue to exist and I am currently scheduled to repair once again. Also, to note when replacing 4 tires they scratched two of the rims pretty good which at first I thought was leftover residue from the car wash. I didn’t want to bring it up to complain due to the transmission issues I am working through and didn’t take before and after pictures of. You can easily tell they are not from hitting a curb. Last thing to note had an issue with my real defroster and they said they had to replace the glass however in reality they just made a repair soldering new wires. Takeaway is overall good dealer to buy a Ford however service long term is in question unless you have a service plan and extended warranty.

Mark P. Was excellent. His sales manager was also very helpful. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for me. Its a 2015 so I naturally expected some wear and tear and scuffs.I was so surprised to find the vehicle was like new condition. The paint was excellent. The interior had minimal wear the leather and all the trim was in tact and basically like new. Ive been driving the car around for over a week now.I arrived around noon and by 2pm I was in the car driving home. Honestly these guys were very helpful and I appreciated the no nonsense approach. If I ever need another vehicle in the future I wont hesitate to return. The finance managers are also very insightful.

My experience with Fairway Ford was without a doubt the most pain free car buying experience I’ve ever had in 50 years of buying cars. They are completely transparent, no pushy or trick sales techniques. Just honest open conversation. I did almost everything online, we discussed and came to agreement on price and vehicle via email. I did the credit app and contract online. Each took only minutes. When I came to pick up the car there was 5 more minutes of DMV paperwork and I’m done. Highly recommend this family owned & run business.

I arrived at a location that clearly advertised RV parts and services. I provided Zach with the necessary vehicle information for a step van, expecting to purchase the parts I needed. However, Zach informed me that they do not sell parts to the public. He mentioned that the lady behind the cashier might have been occupied with other revenue-generating tasks, which prevented her from assisting me promptly. SHE WAS BEHIND THE CASHER DOING NOTHING JUST STARING AT ME LOL. I was disappointed because I believed this process could have been resolved in just 2 minutes. Zach your explanation didnt make much sense to me.

I had an issue with my first purchase and wasnt happy, and they managed to address my needs enough to where I went back for my 2nd purchase. The difference I found with Fairway is service adviser Lidia. Other dealers’ service departments seemed to not take me seriously and gave me little confidence in their troubleshooting ability as well as an extended wait of weeks to even diagnose a problem I had already diagnosed for them down to the part needed. Lidia actually listened to my explanation of the issue and got my car in, communicated very well, and handled the warranty repair very quickly. There was only a little light upselling when I picked up the car (no thanks!) and I really appreciated the whole experience. I will almost always use a trusted independent for most repairs but when a dealer is absolutely necessary, I’ll drive a little farther for Fairway.

Madison responded to my internet query and made appt to see a sales person. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Suresh Anthony. He quickly learned what I wanted and took me for a test drive in a Maverick on the lot. That one wasnt what I wanted so they found one that they thought I might like at another dealer. They were able to bring that to my dealer within 2 hours. I drove it and decided to buy it. I took delivery that same day. What an easy process and really great that they found a truck I liked and brought it in the same day. Ive used Fairway Ford for service for years. This is my first vehicle purchase from them. Ill stick with them for all my needs. Im an amazingly happy customer.

I brought my 2023 Mach E to Fairway Ford for a couple of lingering issues like the level 2 at home doesn’t charge and the GPS from the car that gives inaccurate distance to destination.Jeff Avichouser, the service adviser was very courteous and helpful. Out of the two complaints Jeff was able to fix the issue with the faulty GPS that other dealership was not able to fix previously despite I had to leave the car at the dealership for a few days!Thank you for the outstanding service and quick turnaround.

I’ve been using Fairway ford for over 25 years for car service. They do an excellent job. I always try to take advantage of their service specials. One thing I think they could improve is the customer waiting area. It’s kind of pedestrian. Maybe provide more comfortable seating and internet.

The quality and workmanship of the repairs are great. Had a bit of a miscommunication regarding when my vehicle would be ready, but the Service Manager, Gordon, offered to pay for a rental until my vehicle was finished. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend their service. However, I do NOT recommend renting from Hertz! They are liars and crooks, but that is a story for another time.

I was looking for a specific F150 with just the right options and happened to inquire about one at Fairway Ford. A sales rep named Ernie reached out and we texted quite a bit regarding questions I had and he even sent me pics of the truck inside and out. Fairway didn’t try and sneak all that other stuff I’ve been seeing dealers add (glass etching, converter etching, paint protection) onto their vehicles prior to selling which made price talks go much smoother than any other place I’ve dealt with so far. Erick in the finance dept was a breeze to work with over the phone and we got it all hammered out without me even going to the dealership. The cherry on top was that they even delivered the truck to me the same day down to San Diego. This was by far my most pleasant car buying experience to date. Thanks again Fairway Ford!

Jeff, in the service department, really helped me. I usually go to Ford of Orange, but their transmission dept is super backed up, so I called Fairway. Jeff told me they were also backed up, but to bring my car in so he can take a look at it. Originally, I went to a family friend for an oil change & new tires. It was then that I was told I needed some things fixed, which should be under warranty. Also, having 2 young kids, and a husband who works in San Diego, I needed a rental car. I took my car in on a Thursday morning & picked it up a week later. Everything was taken care. My car was under warranty & Ford took care of my rental. Such a great experience! Thanks again Jeff!!

I was in town for one day when i took my diesel powered pickup to be smogged. My truck passed the test but i had to have a dealer download some new software before i could register it. I went to Fairway Ford and explained my time constraints as i was headed back to my home in Nevada the next morning. They graciously worked me into their schedule. When I bought my MKX I was told that they checked the car carefully and I shouldn’t worry about anything and if I have any problems just go see then and they would take care of it. They also promised to do all necessary touch ups and update my navigation system but none of that came true in addition a sensor gave an alarm and when I went back to them they charged me almost $800 to fix and all of sudden they told me you bought it as is and forgot everything they promised to do. They all are liars and scammers

I love Fairway Ford we’ve bought most of our cards there and most of our repairs. I would typically give them four or five stars but this time they’re getting two I have an edge 50,000 miles on it. The transmission went out and they did have the car for a week and a half when I got it back, there was a light on a check engine light so I went back and they looked at it and said there was a part broken that they needed to fix that had to do with the powertrain so thank God my car was under warranty but they did charge me the hundred dollars for the warranty to fix the car that’s my deductible. I argued that there were no lights on when I took the car in once they replaced the transmission that powertrain light was on so whatever happened happened then they credited me $50 but said they had to charge 50. I think they could’ve afforded to give us the other $50 since there was nothing wrong when I took it in

I rarely use a dealership for a basic oil change and tire rotation but decided to use Fairway Ford as ai have been there in the past.Long story short, they didn’t rotate one side of my tires that I paid to have done! I was in the truck maintenance business for 35 years and know how to check. Basically brake dust that was on the front wheel and a rock stuck in tires indicated to me these tires were NOT touched.Roberto in the service department was polite and make sure all was good BUT I had to drive back to the dealership and wait for the work that should have been done was done correctly this time.If the technician that “said” he did the work, worked for me, he would be terminated.

David, the salesman, made the purchasing of the car very easy being out of state. After that, it has been a terrible experience with the car having problems and Fairway Ford not standing behind the vehicle. This car was supposed to be California state inspected but failed inspection here in Maryland with the car having window tint and bad wiper blades. The window tint registered 28% on the sides, and the windshield is not allowed to have any tint whatsoever. Then, the vehicle is supposed to be blue advantage certified with even more checks and inspections, yet the defrosters didnt work, which is part of the inspection that had to replace the actuator to fix. After that, the check engine light was on for a mass air flow sensor. In total, I am out $235 for items that should have been fixed or caught before passing all the inspections. When I asked Fairway Ford to pay for these things I am being told NO. I cant believe a FORD dealership would be so shady. Never again for me. I hope others see my poor reviews as well and think twice. Maybe if youre local, you can have me off a positive experience.

I picked up my 2021 Bronco badlands that I ordered online from Fairway Ford today. This was my 5 dealer vehicle purchase and it was by far the easiest most pleasant experience Ive had. I ordered a Ford Maverick way back in September 2022 when the order banks opened. I built my truck and chose Fairway to be the dealer who would help me complete the process. Chuck Treister the Fleet sales manager contacted me and walked me through the order and placed it right away.Ford had a backlog of orders for these great trucks, so I knew I had to wait. Supply chain issues are real for Ford and other automakers.Throughout the process, Chuck would email me the status every Friday and kept me informed of any issues. I finally received my truck Monday 6/12/2023 and I could not be more pleased. This truck is great for the money. I opted for the $650 co-pilot which adds safety features like blind spot warning, emergency braking, and other features. It also has APPLE car play and a bright easy to navigate screen that is surprisingly responsive when you touch the screen. The FordPass app on my iPhone, allows me to start my car with my phone!! It tracks my mileage and allows me to access the service history, maintenance schedule, and other useful items.I read all over the internet how dealerships are marking up the car/truck when they arrive by $5,000 or more above MSRP. Fairway Ford and Chuck did nothing of the kind. I paid MSRP and was glad they did not try to do a bait-and-switch. In fact, because I am a resident of Placentia, Chuck gave me an additional $500 cash rebate which I will use to get their spray-in bedliner.I also traded in my 2007 FJ Cruiser and received $500 more than Carmaxx or Automation. Reuben was great, we talked for a while and he took care of the paperwork, and got me my check. It is rare to go to a dealership and feel you were treated fairly and respectfully. As the other cars in my household get older I will definitely go back to see Chuck and Reuben when the time comes.

Worst car buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my lifetime and this is my worst experience. First they put down a different amount on the sales contract then what we agreed on. Had to call them for a week and then drive in there when I was not getting help by phoning. Then they drove my trade in after they had it through the fast track lanes and I got charged the penalty. Two weeks later I am still dealing with the fast track violation. Wish I would have used a different dealership and next time I will. Not worth the headache believe me. Still not settled a month after the deal.

Took my recently purchased Excursion in to fix a recall it had. I already knew my Excursion has a leaky oil pan, a missing rear shock, a leak in the radiator, all pretty obvious visible massive issues. Ford invoice stated they performed the a multipoint vehicle report where my tire pressure was adjusted, and my rear view mirror (Dash Cam) was replaced or secured and the recall fixed. Nothing was wrong with my dash cam, wires were actually left hanging way out from the headliner and i have no idea why they were even messing with the mirror (dashcam). And what kind of multipoint inspection DOESNT catch radiator, oil pan leaks, or a missing shock? So they didnt look at the suspension, or inspect the engine bay, or undercarriage. My very first car was a mustang, my parents had Fords, and swore by them. This is my little families first Ford and even though i probably could of done the recall fix myself, i wasnt going to gamble with a recall that says the truck can catch on fire if not done. Initial customer service was great with Jeff, but after job was completed, it was, go to the cashier and get your car, not a report given, not a, do you have any questions.. anything.. im a a veteran and a nurse now, and understand the importance of a good report and patient (customer) care. So please, dont tell people you did an inspection on a vehicle that can have massive issues, and not even report it, whether on paper or by the service representative. Let them make the decision on whether to do the maintenance OR not. Thank you for the fix on the recall, which I need to inspect, but Im skeptical on coming back to you for issues I cant fix on my own, and I question why your team messed with my mirror (dashcam) in the first place with my wiring left exposed. Do better guys, peoples lives and livelyhoods often depend on your work.9/23/22 Update: The Fu$&ing recall part that I went in to fix, wasnt even done. So they lied on their paperwork and sent me on my way. I contacted the service desk, took my truck in, AGAIN!, ofcourse the mechanics were gone by now, and was told, Oh, our mechanic, didnt change the harness because you already have the one you need, a harness that looks old i might add, like original old.. Yet, my vehicle was still set as an active recall that hadnt been fixed according to Ford. And the mechanic decided to lie on the paperwork saying the (part) was replaced due to a leak!!!... there is no leak and the part wasnt swapped out. Now the service desk wants to have my truck again to make things right.. its a recall for a reason guys, do the job or at a minimum dont lie and communicate, what if you did this to some old lady that never looks under her hood? What then? Her truck catches fire because you didnt do the job? Come on.. 🙄

I took in my Flex in for an issue that never got resolved but yet I still paid over $3,500.00 in parts and labor because I was told the repairs/services would fix the issue.Then after a drive with the technician who somehow couldn’t hear the noise when he heard it said “oh we were looking for something else.”.Their final verdict/recommendation was that they need for the car to make the noise at a more consistent basis because they can’t figure it out.I came to this dealership after having a terrible experience with a dealership I use to go to for ever. My car is a Ford Fusion plug in . It has been running great until two weeks ago when the check engine light went on and it wouldn’t change to EV mode. I called my old Ford dealer and was told the diagnosis would take 3 days and the cost was $210. Frustrated because I needed my car sooner I tried Fairway Ford and was told I could bring it in the same day and get the problem diagnosed in 24 hours. Needless to say I did that, got my car fixed in two days!!! Jeff from service department kept me informed of the progress and did a great job. Horrible experience on an extended warrant repair. There was no maintenance work started on the vehicle for 4 weeks and another 4 weeks to complete the work. Management was less than professional. Talked to the service manager who tried to pass me off they were waiting for parts when no work was started. Sales manager had to admit they had plenty of staff to work on the vehicle. This manager then decided to pass me off through a text message and could not take the time to call me. Check your pricing if you go here for service.I took my vehicle here for a check engine light. They charged me $210 to run the check engine code and said itd be $750 all in to fix it. I ended up getting it fixed by my local shop (certified techs) for $250, OEM parts and all. They would have ran the code for free.If you prefer to get your Ford serviced at the dealership, Villa Ford in Orange is 4.5 miles away and they were cheaper on all fronts.I mentioned this before deciding to pick up my vehicle to take it elsewhere and the response I got was Im glad that worked out for you. They wouldnt even match Villas diagnostic price ($185). Theyre not in any hurry to be competitive with pricing. If you go to Fairway, double check your quotes, youre likely being quoted a premium.

Jeff the service advisor was professional and efficient. They completed the recall work in 3 hours. All staff were very professional and friendly. I ordered a new backup camera for my 2014 Ford Fusion but I’m going to install it myself. Over $400 for the camera and over $350 for labor to install. That’s about 10 percent of the value of the car for a part that is not repairable and shouldn’t have failed to begin with. Bummer Ford.

I pass 3 other Ford dealers to get to Fairway. My son is a senior master mechanic in Missouri and he tells me things you do that are not done at other dealers. Went in to fix a recall on 2017 Mustang backup camera. Before the fix, the back up camera worked about half the time and showed a scrambled image the other half the time. I think the recall was on a cable connection to the backup camera. When I took it in, I was told the cable would be replaced free of charge, but I had to pay $200 for a camera replacement. I opted not to replace the camera, since it worked OK half the time even before the cable replacement. After I picked up the car, the camera never works. It gives an error message no camera found whenever I put the car in reverse, and a black screen. It never gave a such error before I took it in to fix the recall. Its worse after I received a service to fix the recall. I decided to order a back-up camera from Amazon for $60 and replace it myself.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to buy a car! My wife and I had both cleared our meetings for the morning to test drive a vehicle we had confirmed the day before would be available for test drive and purchase. Upon arriving, we were told that the vehicle would not be available. On top of them not notifying us to save us the drive there and time missing work, they were extremely unprofessional with any offerings of an apology and an even had the audacity to ask us to stay and talk numbers when they didn’t have the courtesy to notify us the vehicle we had confirmed to test drive was not available. I messaged the person that I had coordinated with to have a manager call me and I never received a call. Needless to say we did not purchase from them nor will we ever.

Made an online appointment - yet they claimed it wasn’t there at first - after they suddenly found it, they told my son they had a call out and with the 9am appointment the car (needed brake light switch) wouldn’t be done until 12-1, which was fine, but I called for the quote and was told then it wouldn’t be done until closing or the next day.We decided to buy the part ourselves and change it - it was a 15 min job -We only went to this dealer because the car is a ford and we were in the area for vacationI would like to add out service contact was Gage, and he was somewhat rude and condescending - had he just been honest, knowing my son (34) needed to head back to the Bay Area the same day it would have been fine - but it took my husband and I intervening to get an honest answer that it wouldn’t be noon, but likely the next day before they would work on it.

This was my third service on my 2020 F250 at FF. Everybody is nice and they work efficiently and the first two experiences were fine. This time however Im deducting two stars. I stopped in on a Tuesday at 1pm without an appointment on the off chance I could get in and the service guy said sure and would have me out by 2pm no problem. At 3pm I went looking for help but was not able to make contact with anyone, they were getting busy. I went back to the waiting area until just before 3:30pm one of the service reps came to inform another customer that his car was done and when she saw me she said (with a tone of confidence) the cashier should be looking for me. My frustration had been percolating so I felt it would be best to be silent and get on my way. When I came back from the cashier and got into my truck I found my glove box open and the contents hanging out or on the floor. There were only two reps, one was on the phone and the other with a customer. It did bother me but there was nothing valuable and I couldnt tell if anything was missing so I just left. Maybe they needed access to a plug(?). Also, the cost went up $20 since the last service. Ill probably do routine service myself in the future.

Never buy from this dealer. We purchased F150 King Lariat at $89K with towing package but sensor kit was missing which was supposed to be included. We requested to provide that but they didnt. Sales staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on their car lineup. Me and my husband felt at ease looking at the various 2023 Broncos we were interested in. Fairway Ford of Placentia sales staff answered all or questions without any gimmicks or pressure sales. We decided on a 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend 4×4 in a Beautiful Eruption Green Metallic. My husband said it was the most enjoyable car purchace experience he has ever had. Their were no sale markups or hours of price haggling in which we had expected in other New car lots. With Fords easy low interest financing and our down payment we drove off in our new Ford Bronco.
