Dr Chan is really a nice and professional pediatrician. Every time when we visited, she is patient to answer all our question for my two kids. our family all lover her! Meanwhile, all nurses all help us to make appointments smoothly. Last one I want to mention, they use the portal system which is convenient to check the kids’ histories information and read all kinds of reports ( blood test, vaccination history, doctor note to school, etc). It deserves to send kids here to see the Dr Chan! :D

I recently visit Eva Chan Pediatric with my two kids, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. They were incredibly patient, attentive, and thorough in my kids examination. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my children felt comfortable and at ease. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Eva chans Pediatrician to any parent looking for a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician.

During todays appointment, the child was fussy and crying when I asked for a wait that was too long. She said You can go to the other office. Thats how we do here! So rude! I was appalled by the arrogant and disrespectful manner in which she treated me. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professional courtesy not only made me feel undervalued, but It also undermines my confidence in the medical care provided by your clinic.concerned and disappointed with the behavior and attitude of this young family physician during my visit to your medical clinic.

I barely write public reviews even when I have some unpleasant experiences, but this time I really want to say something.I visited this clinic one month ago with my two kids. First of all, the doctor here is good as usual. What I would like to say is about one of the front desk ladies and the accounting guy. They are really unprofessional and irresponsible.I dont want to talk about the attitude of this front desk staff here, but I was very confused that I was charged for co-pay of the annual checkup for each kid. This is kind of common sense that most annual checkups dont come with co-pay. When I asked her, the answer was because your co-pay is high. Anyway, I paid and confirmed with the insurance company after that.When I called back to ask for a refund, I was transferred to the accounting guy. He insisted that they did everything correctly. He is really good at arguing and finding excuses and gave you little chance to talk. He told me there was a referral co-pay for one of my kids, which no one noticed me from beginning to the end during my visit. He never said even one word about apology even when facing the obvious mistake they made. I dont know if he is the manager or what, but I think he really needs some training on talking with customers and solving problems. This trivial matter only needs one sentence to be solved: Sorry about that, we will issue a refund, unfortunately he doesnt know. Finally, he said he will make a partial refund after deduction of the referral co-pay.Till now, one month has passed, I still have not received my refund. First time I asked, the answer was waiting for claim from insurance company. It was ridiculous that this definitely was the wrong charge, which was supposed to be returned immediately. Anyway, you are the boss. After the claim paid by the insurance company, still no refund and he no longer replied to my message. What should I say?To be honest, this is the worst clinic visit I have ever had. I know Dr Jackyln Chan is a nice doctor and is dedicating the satisfaction of all the customers, but I think her staff should follow as well.

We didn’t make an appointment, they still added a spot for us even though they only work for half a day on Wednesdays. They are very nice and patience.

Dr. Jacklyn Chan and Dr. Eva Chan have been great pediatricians. Dr. Jacklyn Chan made me feel like she truly cared and she showed it. She’s been a great pediatrician to me an my siblings. She helped me SO MUCH with my mental health during tough times. She was always reaching out and checking in. My mom and I looked into so many doctors and we finally found one who truly cares. She made me love going to the doctor and get out of my shell. It was such a relief to find a great caring doctor!! :))
