Came out here to visit my friend and requested the wheelchair accessible room since my friend is disabled. Its probably the best room she has stayed in. People dont realize how hard it is to find a good hotel for handicapped folks so this was great. The location is IDEAL! Most things are walking distance. In n Out Burger, Sizzlers, Target, TJMaxx, gas station and much more. I like places that have things near by in the event you dont have a car which we did not. The staff here was so nice. Shout out to Victoria for making our check in process easy and pleasant. This place also offers breakfast in the morning and it doesnt disappoint. Eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal... I mean, hello. The hotel is also quiet. When I return to visit my friend, we definitely plan to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Their rooms are very clean and extremely quiet. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice area with accessibility to Safeway, Starbucks, and the freeway.

Do not stay here!Our first room smelled like cigarettes and when we let the front desk person know, he wasn’t surprised and moved us to a different room.The AC was abysmal on a 85 degree day. The lowest temp setting was 68 and it never got below 73. We asked maintenance who came to take a look but said not to put the temp below 70. He didn’t really fix anything.We had a 5 night fr stay with several friends in different rooms. Many rooms smelled like cigarettes.

Used marriott points for free 2 nights. It was a great stay with a delicious breakfast and clean room. If I didnt have points I would have gone for something cheaper.

My wife and I always stay at marriott hotels because they have always been amazing. We had an unexpected trip and found this marriott in the area we needed to be. The only room they had available was a suite. We figured we would spoil ourselves. The room was such a disappointment. The shower head squealed the entire time. The refrigerator wouldnt stay cold. We asked for someone to come in and check. No one came. We were never given any towels and they didnt change the bedding.The front desk said the manager would reach out. They never called.This is the worst experience we have had with staying in a marriott hotel. Has really made me reconsider my next stay.

I will not reserved at this hotel. I had a bad customer service.I mad a reservations almost a week before my arrival and was told the price and I was like okay cool! I arrived at 3pm which was my check-in time (with 4 tired/hungry children) I get asked my information and she looked and she asked for my name a few times I was getting that feeling that maybe they didnt book my reservation that I had made over. She couldnt find me took a bit. Finally she says oh here we go and says okay lets get everything going for you, I said okay cool! Than she said oh am sorry I need to check if the rooms are available (cleaned) I was like in my head wow seriously. I said okay I sat and waited in the lobby a while she helped a couple that was checking in behind me. That took about 10-15 minutes my kids where obviously getting impatient. She finally helps me and I get all my stuff go to my room(s).my whole point and bad customer services here is when I reserved my rooms I was told I would be having two rooms next to each other for the price of $$$. I was like okay cool. I fully trusted this hotel to have everything set and going for me but no.I get my rooms one in the second floor and the other room is in the 3 floor very fart apart.I go downstairs and I tell the gal hey am a bit confused I had made a reservation to have two rooms next to each other but yet these are very fart apart from one another shes like oh am sorry that all we have am like okay dont have control over that so I let it slide. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DOUBLE CHECK YOUR transactions I was told a certain amount over the phone and when I checked out and reviewed my transactions on my way home I was very unhappy it was double the price. I was never told when I checked in this was my total and maybe I should of asked however since I made the reservation over the phone I TRUSTED and assumed I was being charged that amount.

The property was fairly clean and the hotel lobby staff was friendly and prompt. The rooms were clean, but a bit run down and need of updating to meet the typical Marriott standards. Mattresses were really worn and room furniture banged up.

We had a double queen room. Room area itself was very clean but the actual space of the room was small. With our family of five it was hard to move around.The bathroom shower area could be cleaner. Had noisy neighbors. A train passes by right next to the hotel but we slept right through it.Lobby and eating area are immaculate. Breakfast provided is much better than your average continental breakfast. Customer service on the phone when we called in was very friendly.

Hello, we can thank Brittney on this one. I recommend the following to everyone. DO NOT go to this hotel. They have a serious HVAC issue. Central Valley is very hot and low to no AC is not acceptable. However, mistakes happen. It’s a matter of willingness to do something about it to make it right. I didn’t sleep all night due to the room being so hot. I’m very disappointed and am going upstairs with this one. I couldn’t get the monetary portion of $85 refunded and now I feel I threw money away. I could’ve slept better in my car. The main point is, this is an establishment who doesn’t take responsibility or accountability. There are other hotels nearby with working air conditioners. Go to those. Prices are comparable. Brittney should NOT be managing and I will take this as far as necessary with measures fully permitted by law. STAY AWAY from here. If you don’t listen to me, after your stay you will wish you had based on the experience I know you will have. Good day!

The front desk staff are so very nice. All the staff are nice. I had good breakfast s. The rooms are clean. The floors are very clean. The only thing that bothered me was a heard something climbing in the mattress when I laid down. Then I heard something rambling threw my bags in my dresser. I stayed in room 124 . I couldn’t figure if it was a rodent? When I opened the drawer nothing was there.I heard it clearly. Other than that experience everything was great.
