Clean, quiet and comfortable! Check in was quick and very friendly, we were thanked for our loyalty and given info about breakfast and parking. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was very nice for a Fairfield. Omelettes, make your own waffle station, bagels and bread, yogurt and cereal. The gym is decent as well, and is 24hrs. Parking was ample and easy. The area is nondescript but there’s a lot nearby.

Our stay was great, room were clean and spacious. Free parking and free breakfast. Location was good near Costco gas and many other restaurants.

Check-in was awesome. Melanie and Jaya are very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, no issues. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Me and my son stayed in room with 2 queen beds checked in after 12am. Both if us very tired and cant sleep from our body hurting and numb from hard broken beds .its almost 430 am and we still cant sleep . Everything else about the room is ok but what is that and you cant sleep..I called from desk and asked for another room she said they have the same bed.. I want a refund or half of a refund back $200 not worth it

Me and my wife are Marriott employees never had a issue in any hotel we stayed and wanted to stay at ur hotel for our first experience we came one night and we was locked out knocked on the hotel door and this rude lady who runs the night kinda Asian looking but kinda philipino she was very rude to us didn’t let us stay said we had to leave cuz we knocked to get in and said can’t u see I’m busy was very aggressive and completely told us to leave and charged us the room my wife was very upset for our first experience we stayed at the San bernadino fairfield that night and had a great experience we came back today on the date this posted to try it again and she is still at the front desk we greeted her and she said u guys are on the not return list didn’t have a name tag to know her name basically told us we had to leave we asked if we are going to get charged again like last time she completely made us feel unwelcome as a marriot employee this kinda service is very unprofessional and very heart sad to see from a third marriott franchise I will be complaining to her higher management till they advise her proper service we know she charged us again and we are extremely upset u guys have her as front desk service . My wife’s name is Nicole if u see her as a do not return we never stayed at ur hotel to not even return I took voice video on my phone to send to corporate on the way she was communicating towards us

I love that this hotel is set back off the highway but easily accessible. The rooms are meticulously clean. Pool was perfect temp. The breakfast had everything you could want. Fruit, juices, waffle maker, eggs, croissants, oatmeal, fresh nuts, and the best quiche ever. Staff kind, unhurried, patient.

Stayed here for a work trip. The breakfast bar was fantastic, and there was lots of selection.Had a great gym, but the outside pool was full of green algae, so I didnt think it was a good idea to go swimming.Front desk service was good except for when I called the front desk regarding a loud guest that was next door to me. Was told the noise rule didnt go into effect till 9 pm, and there was nothing they could do? My boss also had someone playing video games all through the 4 nights we stayed there, and again, nothing was done about it.Im not impressed. We checked in first and was told we could move our room. Why should we when we are in bed and have to listen to these noisy rooms. There were also kids running in the hallways above us.I feel a call to the other room or a visit to remind these other guests to keep it down as to respect others was not too much to ask.My room was not cleaned properly either on 3 days..used coffee cups and station not restocked and also my room key was taken out so my lights didnt work and I had to go and request new room keys. Not very professional.Thr pillows were a standard size for a king bed and were too soft. I asked if they had some firmer pillows and was told no.We are in Perris for another 3 wks and we decided to stay at another Fairfield location that my boss had stayed at on another trip..the pool was always kept clean, and he had no issues with noise.Again, the girl working on the evening shift was beyond rude.Wont be staying at this location again.

Came into town for my graduation in Anaheim. The hotel staff and location were perfect. It was one of the best Fairfield Inns I stayed in, and I have seen a lot. Thank you, and Ill let everyone know this is the place to stay.

I often visit Riverside for long stay and this hotel is my No. 1 choice! The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean. The staffs are definitely 5 star!
