Mark and his team have been a lifesaver! I just started my law firm, and they were awesome in setting up both my home and office computers, and phones— everything from A to Z! Excellent communication, understanding of our issues, providing a thorough plan to complete the work at a very fair price and completing everything as outlined. Mark assisted me with migrating my existing email account and setting up with MS outlook. It was important to me to have someone for my tech support that not only was great at the tech part of it, but was there for support. Mark fits that criteria. Because hes great at his job, hes understandably busy, but hes never too busy to help solve my issues and hes always trying to improve upon my security features. I recently had a problem with setting up my pc; the issues had been a pain in the neck for days. I met Mark Mina, President of EZ Tek Support and I couldnt believe how he solved my problems in about 2 minutes. The man is a professional. OMG! what a relief... for all our futures. Im in the arena of people who are technologically challenged and simply overwhelmed with daily stresses. Mr. Mark Mina and his company EZ Tec Support responded immediately to my request for a same day computer house call. This wonderful spirit of a person showed up promptly and was obviously filled with sincere concern, for our situation, we are completely in isolation due to the pandemic. Im a mom of an Autistic son. We were in such dire need for help. Mr. Mina was professional, kind, compassionate and totally patient. Mark answered all my questions explained everything clearly while finding all the fixes and remedies for todays computer disaster, and at the same time elevated so many aspects of what had caused me years of constant stress. He has been an absolute blessing and wealth of knowledge. I have yet to have an issue that he cant solve. Not to mention his responsiveness, he always gets back to me quickly either to let me know the matter has been handled or to provide me an ETA.
