Should have read the reviews before brining my cracked Samsung tablet here. Horrible service. My tablet was ready 1 week later and returned with the “fixed” screen unsealed and it obviously wouldn’t work. Dropped it back off and wanted to charge me even more to “maybe” fix it instead of sealing it correctly. I lost hope didn’t want to pay extra and eventually picked it back up he said he probably didn’t have it anymore he took one look and it was right there. Not only that but my screen was cracked again! Called Phone Ambulance and they fixed it perfectly for cheaper same day! They said this guy didn’t know what he was doing that he probably returned it to me with the original cracked screen and returned the new one for his money back. What a scam.

Awful experience.1 The address on Google is worng and not updated. When I called the number, the guy said oh we have moved, we are just down the road. It was 5.5 miles away.2 I told him what the problem was (one microphone in Galaxy Z Flip 3 not working). He didnt believe me, and insisted on doing a diagnostic in advance which had to be prepaid.3 He told me the diagnostic said the microphones are OK, and I should factory reset.4 Groan. I did a factory reset and (surprise surprise!) microphones still not working.I took it somewhere else and they repaired the microphone, no problem

I brought an old iPhone to them a iPhone 7. It wasn’t charging and the screen was cracked. They were very helpful and had it back to me the next day. Working just great at a great price.

Good prices and offer high quality parts. Jeff and Jose helped me and my familys broken screens on iPhone 11 and iPhone 7. Both repairs took only 40 minutes. Courteous and nice waiting area for us. We played their display video games while we waited and offered us free soft drinks too!

Awesome customer Service!!! My moving plans got thrown off schedule and they were so understanding. There was no charge for not being there to pick up the rental truck on time. The owner offered to reschedule for another day, so nice and helpful. I will definitely call again for my moving needs. Blessings!!!

I had my iPhone screen repair yesterday. Not only was the price super cheaper than all the places I call to get a quote for the screen replacement, but the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. My screen is just perfect. I highly recommend this place to fix your phone. I am actually gonna now take my IPad which I was going to throw away because if anyone can fix it he can.

Pak he did an awesome job… he fixed my daughter phone screen for so cheap. Don’t waste your money in other places, he has the BEST price, amazing customer service and SO fast :)Thank YOU so much Pak and definitely be back in any emergency haha and HIGH recommend him!!

PLEASE READ. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE. I was 99% sure my charging port was bad. I spoke to the owner who said my phone would be repaired by 10AM the next day. I called at 10, sorry phone wont be fixed till 3. I call at 3, 3:10, 3:20, ect. No answer. Finally around 4 he picks up and says its not the charging port, your motherboard is dead, you need to buy a new phone. I ended up buying a new phone that was the same model as my old phone. I got home and put the new charged battery in my old phone. Sure enough it works. I then closely examined my old phone, the back screwed in panel was never removed. He either forgot to order my part or got busy and decided that he didnt want to take the time to fix it, so he lied. His lie cost me the price of a new phone. I went back and told him what I just stated. I then added that he could fix my phone at no cost and return my $20 deposit. He then tells me that hes not going to fix it because of my attitude. I actually got a smile and said, I knew you were not going to fix it because you have no character or integrity. Look, he could have maned up, been honest, fixed my phone and it would have been forgiven. Instead, he got this awesome review. There are plenty of phone repair places around. He has the lowest rating of numerous repair shops on my near me google map list. DONT GO HERE. I just read his reply to my review Everything stated is an absolute LIE which is par for the course. Except, I did call him an Fn A-hole when I left Be smart, learn from my mistake. Dont take the chance.

Went the extra mile to make it right.I shopped around for a replacement screen for my Google Nexus 5x, and EZ-TECH came up as my best option for price ($95) and for reviews nearby. They ordered a screen and the next day I dropped my phone off for a couple hours to get it fixed.Unfortunately, when we turned it on it was clear there was an issue. There was a green line through the screen, and I had an international trip the next morning - there was no time to get another screen ordered in. On my trip, the faulty screen went from bad to worse, making the phone inoperable. I had to have it repaired out of country so Id have a phone to use, and never got the faulty screen back.When I returned, I called EZ-TECH for a refund. They were in a tough spot because without the screen, theyre out of pocket for the $58 screen. They offered to refund the labour price via check - fair, given the circumstances. However, the cheque arrived with a nice note, and a full refund for the entire price. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make things right.

I have had 2 different iphone screens repaired here. They are very customer service oriented and have repaired the phones within an hour and for the price they quoted. They had the best price in the area when I called around. ALSO they open at 10 Am, not 9am as it says on Google hours.
