So happy I found EZ Name Change! Just came from court where my grandson received certified copies of the court order granting his name change. The cost was very reasonable compared to the hassle of trying to do it all yourself. They handled everything as promised and within the timeframe we expected. All we had to do was complete the initial application, sign the petition they prepared and show up at court. They did all the filing, advertising, etc. They kept us well informed throughout the process, including a lot helpful written information to guide us. Very pleased with this company from start to finish!

So far, they have been very helpful and attentive, constant emails and constant reassurance. I even called late and the person stayed on the phone with me even though they were technically closed.Everything has gone very smooth and very fast. Can’t thank the team here enough for helping me get my name changed so fast! I finally restarted the name change process this year after I failed to do it myself a few years ago. To my surprise, it only took about 2 months to get an official hearing date and obtained my name change decree at the San Diego Courthouse! I did pay for the expedited service but it was worth every penny considering the professionals here know the process better than I do. I wanted to change my name but I didn’t know where to start. After doing some research online I discovered EZ Name Change and decided to try them out. All of the staff members were very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions.They make the whole process very straightforward and easy. They fill out all of the paperwork for both the court hearing and newspaper advertising and then ship it to you. You just sign the forms and then send it back in the return package that they provide. They go ahead and file the paperwork and within a few days they’ll notify you of your court date.5 stars I would definitely recommend. Thank you EZ Name Change!

These guys are amazing! From the first time I called them through me having my name legally changed the whole process was effortless, quick and SO friendly! Took a total of 2 months, vs the 3-4 months it would have taken if I did it myself (not to mention the dizzying stack of legal papers I wouldve had to interpret, fill out, process, send, etc if I did it myself).The team updated me all the time so it never left me wondering, always friendly and accommodating.Not to mention how reasonable their cost is! I went with the expedited option, and at the end of the day, considering that it costs you around $500 to change your name in California IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF, EZ Name Changes fees were ridiculously reasonable!If youre considering these guys for your California name change, dont hesitate!

Worth the money if you don’t have the time or energy to figure out a name change on your own. I had reached out to newspapers for name change postings and was quoted super high prices. The newspapers they work with have very affordable pricing, so at the end of the day I ended up saving money using them, even though I had to pay their fee. They were fast and efficient. Would for sure recommend.

You have to be crazy to not pick this company for name change. Eric and his wife were absolutely the best. They did not give me the impression they were chasing money like most people. They were really concern with how to make this process a breeze. I am very big on communication and they stayed in contact and walked us through changing our daughter last name to my married name with no problems. They never leave out anything rather its good or bad. They keep you updated and they always answer during their business hours or via email. I would highly recommend this company. My experience with EZ Name Change is nothing short of spectacularly good. Eric has made the process incredibly simple and painless, and was there to help answered many questions along the way. I made a few phone calls and they were all answered by Eric himself. Best service EVER!! Well worth the money and then some. I would have paid double and it still would have been worth it. Eric is extremely fast at responding, thorough, meticulous, and made the process as easy as I could have hoped for. I did the full service option and all I had to do was sign pre-filled paperwork that he prepared, send it back in an envelope that was already addressed and stamped, and then show up at court to get my name change paperwork. Saved hours and hours of time and confusion about a very confusing process that he has perfected. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called about a refund because they were no help when it came to fee waivers and Eric was incredibly rude on the phone. He stated they don’t help with fee waivers when in fact on their website is says they do. He wasn’t helpful nor was he professional. I wont be using their service again.

I specially learned Chinese evaluation and recommend it to my Chinese friends who need to change their names! This agency is meticulous and efficient! Five-star recommendation! I initially tried to change my name on my own, but after I filled out the form and went to the Court to submit the application, I was told that I was in the wrong place. They gave me a phone number and address and asked me to go there. I thought about it, but I’m not in vain. I ran away, so I called first, and got a new address and a new phone number. I called a new number and got a new address and a new phone number. Very speechless! Later, I decided not to look for an agency and leave the professional matters to professionals. What’s more, the thought of me having to find a newspaper to publish a statement or something was annoying, and I didn’t know where to find a newspaper.Then I found EZ Namechange online. I was relieved in an instant! I just need to fill out the form and submit it. Then they would print it out and mail it to me, I would sign it, mail it back, pay the money, and just wait. They submitted the application and the newspaper statement was made by them. After waiting for almost three months, I received the email to go to court. When the time came, I arrived in court on time with various documents, the publication certificate mailed by the newspaper and the application documents sent by EZ mail. The court hearing process was also very easy, and I successfully obtained the name change certificate! ! ! !As expected, it is a professional matter to hire professionals. For us, it really saves us worry, effort and trouble, and the charges are reasonable! ! ! Recommended! ! ! Highly recommended! ! !
