This is such a fabulous optometry office! To start with, the offices are gorgeous & comfortable to be in. Then theres the amazing staff. Both my fella & I have medical issues, and they accommodated us so nicely. They were so understanding and worked with me, and for the first time, I did not feel embarrassed. Such caring folks! The services were fabulous as well, so much state of the art tech - I really loved that they showed me the pics and explained what I was seeing. The Dr was so sweet, patient, and lovely. Then the glasses. Such a great selection that they stand by 100%%, and make sure you are well fitted. I actually cant wait for the next visit!

My old glasses were bothering me at night due to astigmatism so i found this place near me and im so happy i did. if you want the best/newest innovations used in your lenses go here!! very impressed by the anti glare my new pair has compared to my old ones from lenscrafters. i keep getting compliments about my lenses being “invisible” by friends and family. i also had some concerns with my eyelids that the doctor was able to resolve, so this is a one stop shop for all eye needs! i brought my mom in a few months later to get her some reading glasses and she’s been enjoying them as well. sunglass choices are also pretty good so i might get some next time

My daughter came here needing hard contacts after she had cross-linking surgery. She went through the process of getting her eyes checked and waited a month (the last week of January until the first week of march) to find out that they were going to refuse her service for no reason. She had to contact them multiple times for them to even respond to her letting her know what was going on. Raquel and Dr. Ha were very unprofessional and unfair to a customer who needed their service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to Eyecon Optometry ever since they’ve opened for service. Dr Ha is wonderful and the staff are amazing. I have always had bad eyesight and always worn glasses/contact lenses but I hate wearing them. I break/lose at least 2 frames a year and contact lenses are always annoying during allergy seasons. Dr Ha introduced me to Ortho K and I have been glasses/contact lens free for 10 years now. Thanks you Eyecon Optometry.

Terrible service from Dr.Ha and Raquel. Waited a month for my contacts that I NEEDED AFTER MY SURGERY just for them to refuse me service because of a situation not involving me at all. Would not recommend! They are terrible people to be around and even worse service. Its also dirty and the ceiling leaks all the time so it could even be considered a hazard. If i could rate it zero stars i would.

Due to the recent fires my eyes have been red and itchy. I went into this place and left feeling great. The gave me some dry eye relief lubricant drops. I also purchased an eye compress and lid Scrubs. They always pull through for me. Its like a Spa treatment for my eyes . Thank you guys for your Care ❤️

This is a great place! The office is beautiful and all the staff are very nice and personable. They are extremely friendly and accommodating whether by phone or in person. This place is not a professional spot for years. Everything is difficult. But the arrogance and cockyness of the last girl doctor, was saddening. She didnt seem like a doctor, she rather seemed like a conceit high school girl, looking down on the patient, annoyed to answer questions, unfocused on what you asked, replaying what do you mean, when the question was very clear

I went to my appointment with Dr. Chen and she was so condescending and rude and literally said word for word to me “I don’t know if your Anxiety was acting up but that’s not what I said”. As a healthcare professional who says something so rude to a patient. Especially since I am a patient who’s been going to you guys consistency since I was young! I have always had such a great experience previously in this office but my experience with Dr.Chen made me re evaluate this entire office.

My daughter was seen by Dr Ho about 2-3 months ago for a consult for the Ortho K lenses. Dr Ho explained everything very detailed to my daughter and me. Ever since she has been wearing the Ortho K lenses and the difference is completely a 180! Her vision has improved so much. She is so happy she doesnt have to wear glasses anymore and she can see clearly after seeing so blurry for the past year! In addition to this, Dr Ho and Alya have made this experience so much better for my family! They are always available whenever we have questions or concerns and they always get back to you! I am very pleased with their customer service but even happier about what the lenses have done for my daughter!

My mother is their patient and has been their patient for few years now. Everything was very professional and great but at today’s visit everything was changed. The visit took more than 1 hour and they made us wait more than 40 minutes for dilation. We had very good experience before, but now everything has been changed. Doctors and the secretary have been changed. I do not recommend this place.

This was my first visit to Eyecon and I have to say everyone was so wonderful and knowledgeable! Adam helped me get everything started guiding me through the process. He had an upbeat attitude and was happy to answer any questions. I saw Dr. Ha who was so friendly and personable, she really listened and was thorough with my exam making sure I felt comfortable with moving forward with my vision care. Im pretty near sighted and have been so since I was little so Im grateful when people take time to discuss my options. After getting everything settled, I met with Alexis to pick out some new glasses. Ive got to say her suggestions were on point and she was such a delight to speak with throughout the process. After being here for like 11 weeks my eye sight and my cross eyes actually improves a lot more than I expect it to be. The only hard thing is that it takes pretty long time for your eye cross to be straighten up, but for the eye sight it actually only take a day for you to be able to see without your glasses for the whole morning and afternoon. But the only thing is that you need to do it everyday at night for you to be able to see without your glasses. But it’s actually pretty good because you don’t need to be cleaning your glasses most of the time, and you also don’t need to be worry about to bring your glasses with you every where you go. Over all its a good place for you to go, but the price is just a bit expensive that’s all.

My sister and I were with our previous optometry clinic and we had such horrible experience with insurance billing. We are now so glad that we chose Eyecon! The staff are super friendly and sufficient. Dr. Laura Ha really cares about her patients by listening to us and giving us lots of information and helpful instructions. I detest getting eye exams, but I needed new glasses and my wife forced me to go. Luckily, employee Alexis was very knowledgeable and courteous, and helped me through my eye exam. Dr Laura Ha was the bestest eye doctor and she explained to me what my condition meant and what I needed to do to improve. The selection of glasses was formidable, and I was able to annex a pair with relative ease.

The appointment was very helpful and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I came in for a new prescription on glasses and contacts. They specified and informed me on how to use and clean my contacts, how long to have them inserted for, and when you should dispose of the contacts. Just visited for an eye exam for the first time today. Had a very pleasant experience. They are very efficient and kind, following Covid-19 protocols so that everyone feels safe. My daughter is Amy Aguilar, she is 8 years old. She like to going the bicycles, be in the Pool and also watch her electronic device. We are really happy the amy has already five month doing the Ortho-K . Her vision have change a lot. Is almost perfect now. The good thing is the she doesn’t have to wear glasses anymore. Using lenses during night is was not easy first. But after couple days my daughter she is a “champion “ we are doing pretty good and put them on and she learned fast to take them out by herself.Doctor Ha is a really nice person and she had help us and explained the process very well. I would absolutely recommend Ortho-K for every body. It is worth it for the kids so they can do all their activities freely.

Before the treatment, I used to wear glasses to improve my vision and after OrthoK, my eyes feel so much more refreshed and clear. This change makes me feel so much more confident and comfortable with my vision! My favorite part about the lenses is that they are super comfortable and adjustable, you barely even feel them! Dr. Chen has been my optometrist for the past few years, and she is by far one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Its very rare to find a healthcare professional that you can totally trust, but Dr. Chen has proven that there really are kind and compassionate doctors out there that truly care about their patients.Dr. Chen and the entire staff at Eyecon are always so incredibly kind and welcoming -- they remember me and are always happy to see me, theyre flexible with my appointments and availability, and they always make sure to provide enough time to answer all of my questions. I recently got LASIK with pre- and post-op care provided by Dr. Chen at Eyecon, so Ive had a LOT of questions in the past several months, but Ive never been rushed or made to feel like my concerns were not important.Separately, I started going to Eyecon when I lived near the office in Reseda, but moved to a much further part of LA three and a half years ago. Eyecon is now a 45+ minute drive from my current location, but I still make the trip out to see Dr. Chen and staff because of the truly exceptional service they provide. Sure, it might be more convenient to see an optometrist near my current neighborhood -- but it wouldnt be worth giving up the phenomenal experience provided at Eyecon Optometry.I would highly recommend Eyecon and Dr. Chen for all of your optometry needs!

Ive tried to make appointments with them which seems to be hard with them being busy. I cant believe they had the audacity to give someone else my appointment and admit to doing so but wont let me keep my original time?! But the person who took my time can come in no problem? Thats beyond unprofessional and not okay!They handled the situation as if someone else was more important then my son being seen.Do not recommend this place, you cant pick and choose your patients and lie to them. Beyond disappointed.No one should be treated less then another.Also I wasnt told I could come in a hour later it went from 1:50 to 3:30 and when I asked the gentleman why would i have to switch and not the other person? His reply was oh because we called them first to confirm . But question who called to reserve the appointment first? Health is important and I made this appointment a week ago? I should of been able to keep the appointment I made before the person they chose to replace me with. Im not one to complain but thats truly unfair to do to someone.And to be called the day before the appointment? And knowing they change my time but didnt want to inform me until the day before?Sorry over a hour difference is a difference! And Im now being told something else and one should trust your office ? I highly recommend OrthoK from Eyecon Optometry. My daughter used to wear glasses and her nearsightedness was getting worse. OrthoK helps prevent the spread of nearsightedness by correcting this during the night and once she takes them off in the morning she has 20/20 vision. Once again, highly recommend this, it is great plus the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I never do Google reviews so you know my experience was bad if I have to come here. I’m reading the reviews and everyone was saying that they had a great experience with Dr. Chen, I personally did not,and I can’t help but think it was because I was a Black.The reason Im giving eyecon a 3 star review is because of Dr. Chen. I have been coming to eyecon for years and Dr. Ha has and the rest of staff have always been so kind and amazing. Today I took my little to eyecon and she saw Dr. Chen. My little sister eye prescription increased and Dr. Chen blamed her and made her feel guilty for it. She said words like thats weird no one has ever told you that, your prescription is very worrisome, you have abnormal eyes. She said all of this in a condescending voice. When I went to talk to her about the way she treated my sister, she gaslighted us. She rolled her eyes, and was very unprofessional. She threw my little sisters anxiety in her face. As a health professional myself, these are things you dont do to your patient. If you are planning on going here please dont see Dr. Chen. I really hope Eyecon optometry takes the steps to make sure that Dr. Chen doesnt treat other patients the way she treated my little sister.

My name is Nathan and I’m 16 years old. I have been going to Eye-con for the past 2-3 years. Last week I recently started the Ortho-K Myopia Control. My vision has drastically changed for the better. I have gone from a high prescription all the way to no prescription at all. On the first night it’s a little difficult/uncomfortable but not a huge problem plus it get better everyday. I’m at the point where I can’t even feel the lenses. I love waking up, taking out my contacts and seeing with 20/20 vision. Not having to wear glasses allows me to enjoy swimming, jog, and pretty much all outdoor activities. I would like to thank Dr. Ha and the Eyecon team for working with me. As a first time patient I had an appointment for an eye exam and prescription glasses for my slowly degrading vision. The interior of this place is really well designed & maintained, and looks nothing like what youd expect haha. The staff was very attentive and eager to help answer any questions & handle my paperwork. I didnt have to wait long before one of the assistants helped walk me through the beginning testing processes before the doctor would see me. They have very clean and well appointed exam rooms with advanced machines for the vision tests. When the doctor came in she was very friendly and social! Excellent bedside manner and very thorough with explaining the process of what she would be doing for me. After showing me what my eyes looked like from digital imagery she explained that my eyes were in good health and that my prescription would not be too drastic to clear up my slight vision issues. I was then escorted to another area where I could pick through the vast style of frame manufacturers for my glasses. It was a fun and easy process of finding what worked for my facial structure and before I knew it they had it all written up and ready to process. They also offer the ability to have your sunglasses fitted with your prescription. Which I definitely took advantage of as I love my Rayban wayfarers. The classic LA look! They said it would take about a week to have them returned from the lab. But the frames I bought from them for my new clear lens were able to be made and fitted within an hour! They ended up completing them in under 40min!! No joke! Thats amazingly fast work! The whole process took less than 2 hours to do and I was able to leave with my new glasses on. Couldnt be happier with how they handled my visit and the services rendered! Id highly recommend anyone to give them a visit for your vision needs. Now that Im a bifocal wearer this will be the usual go-to spot for whatever Ill need! I cant speak on pricing compared to other places as this was my first & only experience. But it didnt seem that costly for what I got. An eye exam, new pair of frames with clear lens, and tinted prescription lens for my fav sunglasses. I paid all out of pocket due to no insurance, but I didnt feel like I was over paying. In fact, I felt really good about my purchase and the Eyecon staff I dealt with! You wont be disappointed with your visit, and I understand now why they have such good reviews. I wish more establishments were this pleasurable to deal with!

Staff is very supportive and location is very clean. Interaction between intake team and doctors is very good as I had a problem with one of the eye test. Rather than cancel the test the doctor asked if I wanted to try and retake the test and supported the intake process. Very high quality service.

I came here to get my Google Glass frames fitted with lenses. The doctor was fantastic! She really liked the device and took really good care of the frames and also gave me some new contacts. Been here before as Raul helped me pick my glasses. No pressure from him as he discuss all of my option and explain all the details needed to decide my final choice. I added UV protection with progressives plus transition that was covered by my VSP insurance. Dr. Ha was cordial and very professional as she explains my concerns and apprehensions. All questions asked were answered and definitely felt comfortable with her. More test were needed but decided to contact my medical insurance and Health Net will refer me to a specialist. I came here with a Living Social Deal since I didnt have vision insurance and had lost my glasses a year before. They place and staff were all very nice and helpful. I found out the Dr. actually specializes in the eye issues I have. Great experience, although due to C-19 mask requirement one of the most challenging. So hard to read the eye chart when the lens keep fogging over. Thank you Dr. Cheng for being so patient and knowledgeable about dry eye syndrome. I’ve dealt with this for almost 20 years and no one has really addressed it before, other than to say, “yep you have dry eyes”.I thought the staff was very nice and accommodating even though their workload has increased, taking on the roles of janitors and healthcare screeners. I had not been to an Optometrist for a couple of years and this was my daughters first encounter, the result of her school requesting we take her for an exam and her confirmation she was having trouble seeing clearly at a distance. Our introduction to Dr. Has practice came through a Groupon deal; I purchased two of them.Getting appointments was easy and straight forward and the exams were reasonably thorough and complete. Inasmuch as this was the first visit for my daughter, Dr. Ha made sure to help her relax and feel comfortable while she was being examined. Since I didnt have anyone to drive for me, I was unable to have my eyes dilated (a critical part of the process for a 65 year old type II Diabetic), but I will have it done when we return to pick up our prescriptions with my wife as the designated driver.Dr. Ha explained several important issues for both my daughter and myself. However, she did not provide me with anything to take with me that would assist my remembering these things or doing a bit more research. I am hopeful, when I return to retrieve our glasses and have the last part of my exam completed, she will either have something for me or will be available to answer a few questions and allow me to write things down.All in all, Im quite pleased with our experience and plan on returning, when its time, for subsequent examinations.

I purchased 2 pairs of Glass with a new Technology for thinner lens.The first pair change into sunglasses in the sun Pardas. Love the frame. But I see cant see clearly out of them. I have taken them to be adjusted to get check if it was the correct prescription, and I still cant see clearly. Everytime I look down to read and my eyes cross and I am looking at my nose. I have to blink to adjust. Thinking I just had to get used to the new technology in the mfg of the lens I order a second pair with in a month. The second pair were very bad that they had to be re-made. For the dollar I paid over $1000.00 dollars for the first pair and over $500.00 for the second in 2 months just to have them fail on me. The new technology for thinner lens is not for everyone. I have been wearing Glass since I was 9. These glass are the worse, I have failed typing test for job interview, have gone back with my old glass for my typing test again. Instead of 31wpm with 4 error I did 39 wpm with no errors. Fonts seem to mesh together with both pair of glass. Not even 9 months old. The doctor is very nice love her. I will be in contact with them today 8/16/16 to see if they can help me correct the lens to the old way I used to get them,. They may be a little heavier, but I can see.
