The moment I walked in, I was greeted and was helped immediately. My check up went so smoothly and everyone was so friendly. They have many great selections in glasses and many new brands of contacts. I was curious on many contact lenses since I wear them a lot. Dr. Bunn was so helpful and explained thoroughly on each one, that was best for me. I tried on many contact lenses to see which felt good. I definitely recommend! They take their time with you and I don’t feel rushed. Unlike some places. I walked out super excited with a new pair of glasses and color contacts on order. I can’t wait to get them! 😍😍

I’ve seen Dr. Bun twice for eye exams. She is very professional and actually takes the time to talk to you about the exams she’s doing and why. I will continue to see her each year. Also, the staff is very courteous and helpful. A very good place to go for your eye care.

I received quick and excellent service at this optometry office, with knowledgeable staff and an attentive optometrist. They took the time to explain my eye health and recommended adjustments for my glasses to improve my comfort. The atmosphere reminded me of the cozy feeling of visiting my family optometry office from childhood. I think I found my go to office for my family, well done!

I’m a former patient who just returned for my annual eye exam yesterday, and boy, what a great experience I had! I loved their new office too. Both the staff and Dr. Bun were wonderful. Dr. Bun was so thorough and patient. She explained everything to me and even compared my past exams to yesterday’s exam. The optician was also amazing when it came to helping me select my eyeglasses. Had a great experience. I got transitional contacts. I cant see far away yet. He said it should take about a week for my eyes to adjust with my brain because my brain is used to my old prescription which was the wrong prescription. My anxiety is kicking in because my vision seems worse at the moment. I cant see far and Im squinting often. Praying it gets better. This as nothing to do with the service from eye care associates. They were great and took good care of me. When looking at the world through the lenses that were fitted for me, My vision was beautiful and crystal clear. I can see everything from afar and read small words without squinting. Right now Im struggling. I would not be able to drive because I cant make out street signs. Praying these contacts adjust so I can read street signs.

First time to this office. I made an appointment and went in a couple of days before and picked up the paperwork. The day of my appointment went quick, everyone is very professional. The office has a good atmosphere. Dr Bun is very nice and through she explained everything in a professional manner. I told my daughter she should go there since she is the that told me about the office she saw it by passing by on her walk.

I was a new patient here, and let me tell you this was by far the best experience I’ve had with an optometrists office. The staff was so helpful, they were able to squeeze me in despite of an error I made with scheduling, and Dr. Morris is incredible! He even corrected my prescription. This new place is really nice. Went on a Saturday morning for a routine eye exam. Plenty of parking when I arrived and in a great location. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Bun was her always phenomenal self. They recently moved from the West Covina location. This new place is nicest enough to live in! Started using them in 2019 and through The pandemic everyone was just great, Very clean office and new location. They carry a brand called silhouette that I really love because it is a light weight frame

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and I love it. I love Dr. Bun. She’s so thorough, super nice and cares about her patients. Staff is super friendly as well.Only one thing that good be a bit better is cost of frames. A tad pricey but the service makes up for it. A few years ago we tried another optometrist because it was closer to home, bad idea. We did not get the same great service. Convenience was not an option in this case. The following eligible year, we went home, back to Eye Care Associates.

5 stars for the best optometry office Ive ever visited. The staff was friendly, thorough, professional and their pandemic safety measures are top notch. I was very impressed of how patient Gracie was on the phone with me and explaining all the pricing and intake procedures. When I arrived for my appointment I was very warmly greeted by Katie. I was not scheduled with any other patients, and every staff member maintained 6 foot distance when appropriate. Dr. Bun was succinct, factual and did NOT try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. She explained everything I would be charged for and didnt get frustrated when I didnt understand. Later when I asked for a copy of my prescription, it was easy they conveniently emailed it to me. In the past i have dealt with other optometry offices withholding me from having my prescription. I will definitely be picking up my contacts from them for years to come and getting any exams I need. Love this place thanks for all your hard work and keeping us safe during these difficult times.

This eye clinic is conveniently located inside of the Lakes Business Center in West Covina, right off the 10 freeway. The parking is very easy and safe. The front lobby has a comfortable sitting area with water supply for customers and along with clean and beautiful displays of the big variety of different eye glasses and sunglasses for customers to choose from. The whole feelings and ambivalence since you walk in, it is very clean, nice, classy and professional. The staff members who are taking care of the first time callers, are very knowledgeable and professional in their work regarding insurance verification and setting up the appointment for you. The doctor is very sharp and advanced in her diagnosis and treatment for my eye exam and interventions.When I proceeded to purchase the right frame and lens, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the glasses for me. However, there were certain eye exams, they charged higher prices than others clinics. Also, for the choices of the glasses, it is not the most and the best if you are really looking for certain brands.However, I was happy about the overall experience with them and I will certainly go back!

Excellent optometrists, and equipment. Very professional, clean environment. Its a lot harder to try on and look at frames after Covid19. Granted they have to sterilize everything you touch, it is difficult to do wearing a mask and looking at only partially reflecting surfaces. It felt like their frame selection was slightly more limited than it was in the past.

4/15/23 Dr. Bun is so kind, friendly, and professional optometrist who considered my needs and kept her promise for one and a half weeks for getting my new contact lenses. She re-exam my vision for this new pair. So caring she is I love my new lenses but she still did one adjustment for a perfect vision with the best contact lenses for me. Wow! I was struggling with my left hard contact lens that was not fitted well with pains after I visited other optometry. By Gods grace, I located Dr. Morris through google. Interestingly, after speaking with his assistant, Grace about Dr. Morris more than 40-44 years of experiences, I, of course, loved to make an appointment with Dr. Morris. I did and found that the staff was very friendly; the environment was very clean and soothing. Dr. Morris is truly knowledgeable of optometry based on his shared information. The price is reasonable with his great professional experiences and he even gave me discount to show that he cares! It only took one visit; I finally got the corrected hard lens I need without any pain! Praise Jesus for direction after my prayer intercessors prayed for me about my lens. I had a really great customer service experience from the time that I first walked into the door all the way until my prescription was entered into the system. The staff was very friendly, especially Melissa, and Dr. Bun (pronounced boon) was very helpful and gave a very thorough examination. The result is that my myopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism are precisely corrected, and as a pilot and Safety Inspector for the Federal Aviation Administration, unclear vision is unacceptable. Thank you to everyone there for making my visit pleasant and productive. I took off one star only because I did not see as wide a selection of frames as some other optometric dispensaries. However, I knew I wanted the Silhouettes which they had. Also, They had some stylish brands represented, but not every color... Color selection can be made at the computer before checkout. Ultimately, I recommend Eye Care Associates for all your vision needs!

I appreciate that when my appointment is at a certain time this office honors that and respects my time by not having me wait. They run a very well oiled machine. One person checks patients in, immediately the next eye tech takes patient to do preliminary exams, and soon after dr takes over and never leaves the patient until exam and results are complete! This office never tries to up sell any contacts or frames and they make sure patient walks out with a clear understanding of frame/contact turnaround. Also, i love the appointment reminder post card, text and phone call!!!!! Patient also walks out with next year’s appointment scheduled. Wow! No work needed on my part! Quarantine restrictions have been lifted for services at Eye-care Assoc. I was overdue for contact and eye glasses fitting. I was able to be scheduled within a couple of days. This was amazing given the limited hours and limited appointments imposed by LA County. No one allowed in unless they have an appointment. Very careful screening and care is taken from the moment you walk in. I felt safe and Dr. Bu took plenty of time to discuss my needs. I cannot see without my glasses so when they broke on me I automatically just drove down from Huntington Beach all the way to West Covina.
