Customer service is always really great when I come. Wait times are very short and Dr. Shahani is very personable, knowledgeable and makes sure you feel comfortable. I always have a million questions for her and she answers them thoroughly and breaks things down really well. I’ve been coming to this location for about 2-3 years now and I love it. Thank you!

This was a great appointment. Dr. Shahani took the time to explain what my images were for; described why and how we were taking them; and even reviewed images and information from my last visit at LC 5 years ago, to explain any differences the years and my health condition or family genetics, would affect. It was an enjoyable eye exam and I look forward to seeing her in the future. She is great, wish I could give her 10 stars for her service today for my husband and I.

Ive been seeing Dr Shahani for a couple years now and have consistently been happy with her care. She listens to any concerns and gives options so you can make informed decisions about your care. Ive been very pleased with the care and recommendations she provides.

I always experience a great time everytime I return for a visit. Dr. Shahani is always so pleasant, and shows she cares for her patient, and provides feedback when asked. The staff in the front are great as well on making sure the discounts are counted and explain the different packages. Happy New Year!!

The exam I had with Dr. Shahani was honestly the best eye exam Ive ever had. While the exam was quick ( a real plus ) she was very thorough not just with the testing but her explanations of the process to ensure my prescription was indeed the right one. In the past, Ive left more than one optometrist feeling that my prescription wasnt quite right, not so with Dr. Shahani. I most defiantly will be returning for future eyewear needs

The doctor and the staff took cared of me as if I am the only customer at the time of my appointment. They were so friendly and yet so professional. The doctor of the day explained to me well how important it is to understand the result of my test which initially I declined. It was a good and pleasant experience.

Dr. Dena Shahani was professional and quick to explain in ordinary terms everything we needed to know. I took my 72 year old mother in for an eye exam that she was nervous for. Her professional manner and quick responses eased the tension and allowed the much needed conversations. It had been many years since the last exam. Dr. Shahani was polite, extremely competent, and efficient with our time. I would recommend her to family and friends. I look forward to finding her in the future for the next eye exam.

The staff and friendly and helpful. The optical staff make the testing easy and comfortable. Dr. Shahani is very patient and explains the process completely, She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and have all your questions answered.

This was a redo after issues arose with the initial exam by a different optometrist. Dr. Shahani was very thorough and professional. She took the time to explain my diagnosis, prognoses and options. After the exam, she helped me pick out a more appropriate frame for my new prescription and explained how we could facilitate delivery of the new glasses to an out of town address. Kudos to her.

Dr, Shahanis examination was very thorough. She asked many questions about my health, vision-related issues, lifestyle, etc., all related to insuring that no stone was left unturned in producing an accurate assessment of my situation as it relates to vision. She was very energetic, engaged, and personable. I would recommend her strongly to anyone who asked me to suggest an optometrist to perform a complete vision examination.
