Horrible vendor. Please stay AWAY from them. I purchased two servers from Exxact with a total value exceeding $120,000. One of the servers was defective and started crashing frequently while training with Pytorch right out of the box. They do not provide onsite support and require us to cover the freight shipping costs to send the server back. We spent a significant amount of time and money returning it, but they refused to replace the server or compensate us with credits. I spent two months communicating with them, and their attitude was very arrogant. I recommend that all public universities consider other vendors and be aware of the return policies in advance.

Spent $10,000 plus on a defective server part with this company then they charged us over $900 for restocking when we returned it. We double checked with the manufacturer on the RMA, and found out Exxact received full credit for the return (because it was defective) but they still short changed us over $900 anyway. Extremely unethical business practices and poorly managed. They proclaim no returns accepted on anything. Much safer to purchase through other vendors.

Horrible company. I brought a bid request for UCF to them as a supplier for my company. They ended up bidding against me and winning the bid. They did not ever indicate they were doing so. If I had known they were bidding, I would have gone to a different supplier. Not ethical at all and a conflict of interest. DO NOT take any government bid requests to this company.

Nice building, food is not bad. But parking lot is a little bit small.
