Had a stressful time moving and realized I needed another storage but went to the office and Cat the Manager was awesome. She made sure to address my needs at very little cost as I couldnt upgrade to a larger size as my original storage was already packed and full. It was fast and super easy. Thanks again Cat.

1. Update: I moved to an Extra Space storage on 3846 Century Blvd for over a year so my things can be closer. I also got a better price... I have been very surprised as to the staff at this facility.Very kind, have listened well to my concerns and have treated me with respect and other kindnesses very rare.No pulling or tugging in anyway. Any type of question or concern they seem to want to help and keep their customers. I want to thank Carlos as I just worked with him and thank him for his kindness,I also want to thank KAT as she was delightful and helpful, as well as Guy. I have had a very difficult few years and I want to thank them for caring about the customers and their own jobs. I have used other facilities with pass keys not working or elevators broken for years and other issues. They really have made a difference at this facility and have allowed me peace to have left my things there..cheers to them all C.G2.I was renting at Extra Space storage for about 4 years never had an issue. Omar was very kind, attentive, and very fair even after prices went up after the pandemic…everything worked the gates, Elevators… and the price too. Thank you for a great experience!

My experience here at Extra Storage have been the greatest experience I have ever had, thanks 🙏 to Guy renting me my first unit making sure it was right size and price. Thankyou Guy!! Then my brother decided to store his things and Kat, was right here for us, she made sure my brother got the storage right to mine, she has made our storing our things a joy to be here. She is always smiling and greeting us, coming and going. Which caused me to close my other storage and move that one here too and believe me it is right next to my brother storage that’s three storages side by side on the ground making it so extremely easy and accessible. Kat is the greatest, caring person we could encounter right now. Oh yes she also helped my sister and niece get two units on the same row as mine and my brother. This storage lists their price some what low. Be aware that after 3or 4 month they will increase their price drastically. They just bumped my rent $100. I just want people to be aware of it when they initially rent. They also changed their time. They close very early.

Literally sat outside for an Hour while trying to get a quote and possibly a rental. The staff apparently took a three hour lunch break. Because we stopped there at 2pm. Can back at 3pm. They will raise the price once you got all your stuff in there. Be aware! I moved in in February and they raised their price to 350 a month for a small unit upstairs! They probably know its hard to move out once youre in there.

I had the privilege of dealing with the manager John Gerard and I was GREATLY SATISFIED with the service he provided! Not only him, but there is another young lady who was very helpful and efficient. They made things very easy for me and helped me a lot through the process of renting. This was my first time using public storage and it was so many things that I did not know, however the staff at Extra Space Storage help me with everything. For example, they help me get the best price they had. they ask me how long will a be using their services and I said over a year so because of that they told me it will be cheaper to order the space online instead of the in-house special which is you getting your first month free but after that the price will be higher than the online special. They told me the in-house special is good if you are leasing out a space from them short term 1 to 4 months. Before I leased out a space from them, I came down to the office and they gave me a tour, a history lesson on the building in which a really appreciated and they answered all my questions too and I had I lot of them be the way. One of the staff members was able to get me the online special without me having to go on my phone to do it myself, the staffer did it for me, which was great. Also, they have good insurance that is very affordable, the reason why is because their insurance includes everything, and you can get earthquake insurance with that for a very small fee. I look at other insurance companies offering insurance and theirs cost more when you add radiant, flood, named storm. Also, you do not have to pay a deductible which can be anywhere from 100 to 500 dollars. I felt good about spending my hard earned money with them because of their kindness and professionalism. They made me feel more than just a customer, they made me feel, like family.

I think i called a central number for them and they forward information to the store near me. What I love is that store followed up and knew everything I told the other one. I did NOT have to repeat myself or start over. I was taken care of immediately. When i got there the place was clean, the attendee was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an affordable storage ⭐ Sorry 😐 to Say The Staff Broke into my unit estimated cost 9k, inside job storage. Im so disappointed, no I have to go to claims with only a $2,000 security deposit. No CCTV the cameras were turned down local authorities were contacted and said that this place cant hit numerous times homeless is living inside of the establishments more than just storage its a big problem I spoke to a Kim Watson which was a district manager she was very helpful but at the same time disappointed and seemed very scared that it was something that was going on inside of their company I need answers still someone needs to pay for this or Ill be forced to go search for an attorney

It a real shame when a business you have had a delight in dealing with doesn’t care to help you when you’ve come into a place of inconvenience. Being nice only apparently goes so far with them. We’ve been cheated out of our payment for 2 units we’ve closed out 9 days after the first of the month. They claim they would prorate our difference only if we didn’t already pay them for the month?! In trying to understand why they wouldn’t refund us their management would not see any way to be helpful. We even have an existing unit with them still and at the very least they could accommodate us with a discount on our monthly cost that could come close or at what we should have been prorated for the 2 units we canceled in the first place.I won’t take back my review on the staff at Extra Storage where I once had: “since we Amazing guys at the facility. Always accommodating and reliable if we needed help with our units. Clean facilities well kept everyday!”But as for the management, they are unreasonable and won’t hear it when it comes to questioning or asking for help, even when you’re a loyal customer. It’s sad but at the head of the company they don’t care about their customers.

I give four stars because I was not told my monthly bill increase. When I call I was told they sent a letter but I have not received no letter and no phone call. I will definitely recommend this storage to anyone who need a storage. They are so helpful and the customer service is excellent. All our stuff is in great condition and no damages to it once we move all our stuff out. If they can call and send a email regarding storage increase then they could have gotten five stars from me. We will definitely be back if anything happens in the future. Never say never. :)

I have never had a disappointing experience with this company until last night. I contacted the number listed on this property prior to the gate closure time which is 8pm. I called the customer service number displayed on the gate at 7:30 to let them know I was trying to locate my car title and that I may end up locked in while searching for it given it’s priority. The number was only to the office which was closed so didn’t make sense to have as a source of contact. I proceeded to contact the alarm system service who are disgusting and very incompetent individuals who decided to never submit my ticket for when I contacted them after an 1hr of trying to talk to someone. After going through a chain of agents, which I ended up speaking to their service center they inform me he manager for this location (K. Duncan) was notified at 9:23pm and that she stated she would contact me to be able to get off the property. I was not contacted by anyone until 4:45 am after I had exhaust all frustration at that point. I pay on time for my unit, am paying more than $220 for my unit, and even took the necessary steps to consult with someone on this matter. However the managers here could care less about my actions and decided that it was okay to allow a renting customer to be stuck on the property for 7 hrs and not give any assistance or communication. Disgusting and very disappointing people like this work here. After this month I refuse to stay with this storage place because that experience left me in the most unfortunate situation even when I tried to do my part to notify someone about the situation. They failed all the way to the alarm system agency they use. Never again with these people and whoever K .
