Moving is stressful enough and this is the first time Ive moved and needed to utilize a storage facility, so I was thinking that this task would be yet another tedious step. Happy to share that I was wrong!!I couldnt have asked for a better guide than Jocelyn! Not only did her calm, confident and knowledgeable demeanor assist me with finding the right sized storage unit, but working with her actually eliminated some of the stress and anxiety that comes with moving. Within about an hr 1 1/2 I had rented the unit online and I was off loading my items at the storage unit.There are more steps in the process than it firsts shows online including (at least in my case) having to call in to complete the rental application process, followed by retrieving and signing the rental agreement docs on email and lastly also having to verify my ID at the office at the location. Even so, this being my first time renting a storage unit, I felt that the overall experience took its appropriate course regarding security, safety and the verification process.At the office I received friendly and informative customer service from Jocelyn, the on site representative and on premises manager. The manager staying on premises I felt was another good added security measure.The premises are clean and the unit was ready for move in as advertised.The unit pictured is a 10x10. It turned out to be the size I expected, maybe a little smaller, but good for now.

Ive had storages units in other areas and I have to say this particular location is an A+ and that is due to the manager Jocelyn. She is very efficient and keeps the property super clean .theres never been an issue with any of my storages. I rent three units all clean no bugs no rodents no water damage. Paperwork runs really smoothly with Jocelyn she helps you understand everything. Friendly clean and just a great location what more can you ask for.

Val was SUPER helpful! I had a pretty interesting situation where I was booking for my mom who could’ve physically be there. Minor setbacks occurred but instead of turning me away, Val took all measures to ensure that I was taken care of. We had a problem and he called multiple managers to find a solution. It makes an experience 10x better when you have someone like Val who helps out in anyway possible to make the customers feel satisfied. Thanks for all of your help Val!

It was a wonderful experience. Great price compared to other Storages in LA. Due to poor internet, I was unable to complete the form on the site twice. It only worked out the third time. But the site charged me all three times. When I arrived at Extra Space, the manager told me about it. For which I thank him very much. And he said that today the money will be returned for two wrong times. Excellent customer service! The rest of the experience was great: we loaded our stuff into storage and left it in storage. Daily free access from 6.00am to 10.00pm.I wish the prosperity of the company and remain the same loving their customers 👍🏼

He explain everything and showed me a few units. He didn’t complain when I asked him to take the stairs because I’m avoiding elevators due to the virus. Wow jocelyn who says she is the manager is rude and horrible. i would NEVER rent here again. all day long i was BLOCKED by people randomly using a side entrance to dump things off. I asked her after 5 times being blocked if she could ask them to pull up maybe 5 feet so that i could pass. I’m almost 60 and her answer was “ well there unloading so no i won’t . you can back up and do a UTURN. i can’t see that well and it would have been too close for me. I am attempting to reach the owner but so far. has refused to provide me with any information. I am going to move my stuff out and i just moved in because for almost $700 a month the customer service is in the gutter

They had a great promotion for renting any unit at a flat rate. I picked the 5x10 - very clean unit with easy access to the elevator.Justin was great in getting the unit ready for me, and helping with finding a cart whenever I’m there to drop off or pick up.Now I’ve completed my goal - clearing out the unit in 3 months after the move.I definitely recommend going to Extra Space Storage in Burbank for a short- and long-term.Thanks, Justin!!!

The price is good for a 10x10 storage. Elevators are large but a bit slow though. Limited parking, you can only park on the side of the storage doors. They have carts for you to use if you need them, at other storage places they would charge you to use them.

Bait & switch tactics. The price was a good deal when I started there. Then the rent increased every 4 to 6 months over the 5 years I had my stuff there. Upon moving out of the space, my rent was 110% higher than at move in. This was frustrating, for I couldn’t move my stuff out as this happened - I was working/living in Japan. Whatever you’re paying for your unit when you start, expect a $10 to $20 rental increase every 6 months. I am not kidding. Find another facility that will guarantee your rates for at least a year or 2.

Worst part about it is that they never take money directly out of your account until you authorize it thats during the promo rate once thats over they will automatically withdraw without your knowledge or approval and I never recieved a letter or phone call DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEFS !!!!!!
