I felt like family on day one! I am certain that I made the right decision after meeting the staff here. My experiences, from the first day that I arrived, through the day that I moved my personal belongings to this location. I knew, based on how welcoming & warm I was treated by the staff, Mgr. Jennifer Ellison & Asst Mgr. Michael Floyd. These two individuals made me feel comfortable, moving my personal belongings to this location. They made my transition a smooth one. And I had no worries, because they treated me very well. This gave me the confidence that I needed to place my personal belongings here! You have an excellent team here and they work well together with us, their customers. I feel confident about placing my belongings here. I also like the metal walls and doors in the buildings. It gave me an extra feeling that my personal belongings will be safe at this location.

I checked out this storage place since the location was very convenient for me. The place was very clean and I feel that my stuff will be in a safe place by looking at their security. I dropped by and Jessica helped me out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my storage and got out of there fast.

Although a short stay, Jessica has helped every step of the way at 100 percent. This is a great facility and I recomend everyone with storage needs to rent here! Thank you so much Jessica you are a wonderful person and an asset to this company. Take care!

Very happy with my decision on getting a storage, I have so much more space in my apartment.I decide to choose this location in particular because I live around the corner. Also Jennifer was so helpful and super nice. She provided me all the information I needed to know, she did a great job !

I have used several types of storage locations and this one is by far the best in customer service, cleaning, and pricing. Unlike most locations that never have a restroom for customers this one does. The staff are very helpful thru the whole process and ensure that you are aware of all available options. Also again its the management and staff that makes this the best

I reached out to Extra Space Storage and after a brief call with their national staff, I was asked if I would like to talk to the manager of my local facility. Although I did not end up needing temporary moving storage, the folks I spoke to listened and responded with expertise. The local manager, Jessica, even offered to check back in two weeks when my circumstances were clearer without obligation. I couldn’t be happier with the way my inquiry was handled and would gladly tour their site should the need arise in the future. 5 stars for excellent “pre-customer” service.

I was renting a large (10×30) storage unit. We were homeless. Both my wife and I stored 90% of our clothes, shoes, ALL of our furniture (enough for a 1 bedroom apartment), wind surfing equipment, snow boarding equipment, music recording equipment, tools, my Classic car and other things to say the least...it was ALL damaged. The process of getting everything out was painful and stressful. But Jessica was/is a blessing. Jessica is a rare breed of the Human Species. She is an individual that gives me hope for humanity. Very patient, understanding, accommodating, empathetic, and just genuinely kind.

Customer Service was 110/100. Jennifer was super helpful and patience when I had some concerning questions and then had to cancel. She made the whole process smooth! She was very friendly and professional! I can’t say much regarding the physical property being I never got to the property to see it for myself. But in the likelihood of future storage I’ll for sure be calling them up!
