My experience with extra space in Highland, CA has been great. A beautiful young lady by the name Meleane customer service was excellent. She helped me find just what I needed for a reasonable price. She was professional and very helpful and made the whole process easy for me. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anybody who needs a storage. 💯

The service is great very friendly and its a very clean facility. But they have up the price after 90 days with little or no warning. By 70 dollars so dont believe the cheap online deal its not going to last. Second they have easy access to your storage unit with just a drill or a slide hammer. They have a place for a padlock but its useless once the tumbler lock is punched making any one can break into your unit within seconds without them knowing about it or for their easy access. So just remember that wouldnt put anything worth of value in there. Oh and they do call you if you one day late.

I would not recommend this business.The customer service was horrible! They went up on my rent soon as I signed up. Rent was 86 dollars when I initially moved in then a couple months later it was increased to 122 dollars & this is the price of one of the smaller unit (5x5). When I moved out and asked to used the dumpster one employee said yes and then another would not open it stating it was only for the employees. Which strike me as odd being that they want their grounds to remain clean. Im not sure if these businesses are individually owned but I definitely would not recommend this one.

We were able to hold the unit (for up to 7 days) while shopping around. We ended up going with this place (best deal and biggest size!) and handled the entire leasing process over the phone. Crystal was very helpful and pleasant. All questions were answered. I received a text with our unit number and gate code while still on the phone. The unit and and facility was clean. I felt safe having my home packed up and stored there. Cancelation was just as easy and pleasant as the initial process. Would def store here again!

Friendly clean and match with the right perfect storage only problem I ran into was the whole month free thing I went to pay my bill 164 but was only told to pay 64 next month after that Jan I went to pay the 164 like I was told I would do for the next bill and they told me 200 and something but I didn’t recall being told that during renting process but I ended up taking off the insurance and that took it down to 164 so everything turned out right and I was happy with the storage

The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Last time they let us use the dumpster. My grandma recently passed away we got majority of her belongings out and we tried to throw away 4 bags of trash and the employee comes talking about what do you think you are doing these dumpsters are not for customers you guys can’t be throwing away anything you want just unprofessional. So I put it back in the unit until I can find a way to throw it away

I am currently renting a unit from Extra Space Storage and from the start everything was made easy. I loved the customer service from Astra, she made the process very smooth. Any questions that I had she knew the answer to them all. Once I am done renting with them, If I every need a storage again I will definitely go with them. The property was also clean and secure I felt very good about leaving my home in there. Happy Halloween Everyone!

I use to rent with Extra Space storage, The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I dealt with Michael most of the time and he was great! I felt that I asked a lot of questions and bugged him but he was always very patient and happy to speak with me. I would definitely recommend this location. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!

My husband and I rented a space from Extra Space Storage and had a great experience with the customer service and dealing with the staff. The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Michael and my husband actually got a long great, and my husband is very hard to deal with. We actually went back and had my parents rent from there too since they had moved and had a lot of junk to stored. We appreciated all the staff there as every one was so kind to us. Thank you Michael and staff for making us feel welcomed. Definetely would recommend it.....Happy Halloween

It used to be a 5 star, ..my boyfriend passed away in a horrific accident I made payment now our balance was Zero until yesterday was the due date yesterday I try to open the gate to get my belonging out..gate access said denied I have comply with every demand they have ask upon me 2 weeks ago I try to open my storage unit and my keys didnt work, which means someone changed my lock, would like yo know why? Would also like to know why am I having a difficult time trying to get my belongings out.. you have accepted my payment so easily..but hard time getting my things out...sent his death certiicate, my name is on the lease should be more then enough I have to pay to get the lock cut...why...going to charge me for being one day late I went yesterday had the gate access denied ....show a little bite of compassion, I never thought I would be going thru all this trouble to get my belonging..I sent a message and still havent heard from anyone yet..this has been very stressful instead of making thing easy its the opposite from it

The young lady that was running the store on Sterling in San Bernardino on June 17th was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the incompetent gals at the competition on baseline. I think her name is Amanda. She is friendly and professional, making the whole rental process a breeze! My experience with cube smart on baseline earlier in the day started out being told that my service dog would not be allowed on the property.i was told by a woman claiming to be a manager that animals werent going to be running around everywhere, that there was kids running around. When I explained that the animal was my service dog and was very well behaved, she became kinda antagonistic becoming adamant about her rules. I tried explaining to no avail what the ADA was and what the federal rules were and how she might be violating my civil rights in her refusal of my dog.

Moving is not easy and the employees there made it very easy for me. The store manager there helped me with selecting the right size unit I need to fit all my things. She helped me with all the packing supplies I would need to make the move eaiser. And they even had a truck there that I could use to move. Excellent!!! Thank you so much.
