Great unit to store my teaching things until I needed them. I felt safe and secure each time I entered the facility. My unit was clean, well lit, and in a perfect spot for me to go in and out as I pleased. Staff was very helpful and kind whenever I worked with them. Facility was also close to me.

Be wary of Extra Space, they lured me in with great service and a great rate, but raised it over 30% right at one year. Were stuck as we cant move our stuff out just yet, but I would recommend paying a bit more somewhere else if you can lock in a rate!! When they know have you (with a large space full of your everything you own) they can change the rate to whatever they want and quote market value despite the market not fluctuating much that particular month.

Eric made our lives soooo much better today. We have been renting for the past 5 years and working with Linda, an awesome help. Today we needed a last minute unit and with just one call Eric worked it all out that we were able to get an upgrade to a larger unit, a prorate with enough time to move our stuff out of the old one and a better rate than we were paying. If you are looking for a business that looks out for your well-being this is the place!!!

They are increasing rent by 30% from one month to the next. That is unacceptable. I understand prices are going up, so raise it gradually. I’ve been here for 6 years and I complained only one other time and we agreed on a 10% increase. But to go from $332 a month to $442 the very next month to a long time tenant is just wrong and they weren’t willing to negotiate.

Had an emergency as someone broke into my truck and stole my storage lock keys so I called the office and spoke to Nidia. She was busy and asked if she can call me right back because it was an emergency and she did. Explained what had happened and to keep an eye out for suspicious activity. She did and when I arrived, we signed the agreement to cut lock, bought another lock and got it done. Thanks Nidia for your awesome help!

Well today I met one of the nicest customer service Agent for extra space storage. I live close to it and a friend of mine had told me that it was good to secure place to keep my items if I ever need it. Well today I needed. And so I was met by a young lady named Linda she absolutely went out of her way to help me I am disabled and a little clumsy but she made sure that I didn’t have to walk to the unit that she was going to rent me, And I thought to myself well most people don’t care but this unique did not only that she took the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by her knowledge of everything. I do ask a lot of questions but she didn’t care she took the time and I could tell that she enjoyed helping me she enjoyed her job. So here’s to you Linda you’re a very good representative for extra space I hope they keep you around for a very long time and I hope other people get to enjoy what I did today.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and I decided to use Extra Space Storage in Glendora based on two things, first their prices, they had the best prices around, and second their reviews. I reserved a unit online and received a call 1st thing the next morning from Linda Farley, the store manager, she called me to set up an appointment to take a look at the locker, and complete the sign-up process if I chose to take the locker. Lets just say, she knows what she is doing, she made the process quick and painless, answered all of my questions and even ones that I hadnt thought to ask. If you need a locker, I would highly recommended using this place and speaking with Linda, you wont be disappointed.

This is by far the best storage facility in the San Gabriel Vally. Super clean, easy to access, 24-7 servalance plus gated entry, open till 10pm!! The best thing about having a unit here is the quality customer service. Linda (site manager) is on her A game and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer has everything they need. Linda and the entire staff here make sure that every customer has a great experience day in and day out. Another plus is that they have a large private bathroom that is always super clean and stocked up with good soap and paper towels. The only issue I had was taken care of right away when I needed more lighting in my unit and Linda saved the day by referring me to a energy saving light dealer. I cleared out my unit on a Sunday, and set a timer to call on Monday to make sure my account was closed.Well, I forgot to call but I saw an email that showed my account was closed out. I was happy about that, but I didnt know how it was done. I called and spoke to an employee and she was extremely helpful. She told me that staff walks the grounds and does a daily inventory of units that no longer has locks. The employee saw my unit was empty and closed it out for me. This was the smoothest process Ive had with a storage facility. The manager was very knowledgeable and super friendly, she even brought me a cart so I wouldnt have to take so many trips. Also the gate hours are the best in the area, others close way too early.

I recently sought out this facility as a convenient location to secure my belongings. After walking around the grounds i was happy to know that theres a gate and its lit at night.I feel like my belongings will be safe there. The storage units were also clean and the facility was presentable upon arrival. Even the sign in process was quick and all the staff was incredibly friendly. They made me feel like I was welcome and everything was handled in a professional manner. One of the girls there was especially nice to me and not to mention drop dead gorgeous. One of those beautiful classy types. Happy to pay for a unit if it means my stuff is safe and I have an excuse to go back and visit!

I have been using Extra Space Storage in Glendora on Arrow Hwy for business use the last 3.5 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with this location! Its always clean and well maintained. I am a female and I feel safe coming here early in the morning or after business hours to get work materials out of my unit. Since my unit is for work I have to have materials shipped to this location and have never had an issue receiving my packages, they always make it into my unit. On a few occasions the shipments I received was a few pallets of boxes and the manager and assistant manager did everything in their power to get ahold of me to figure out spacing issues and reschedule the delivery to come back once I could make additional room in the unit. The manager Amanda and assistant manager Jessica are amazing! They are both professional, respectful, accommodating, and very pleasant. Any time I have needed assistance with anything they dont hesitate to try and help me out. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to use storage units for business or personal use.

I reserved a unit online, then went in to get the unit,The gentlemen in the office showed me the unit, a 5 x 10, and it seemed smaller than I imagined. i measured it in front of the guy, not 5 x 10... it was 5 x 9. he said they are approximate sizes. Lol, a whole foot off. Anyway, I was ok with that and was all set to sign docs. We walk back into the office and he asks me about insurance, I say no thanks, my home insurance covers this, he says something about making sure your valuable are safe and then talks about locks and pushes their lock as a suggestion. Again, thanks, but I have a lock.Now we walk into the office, the manager happens to be in now and asks how long im going to need the unit. I say 2 to 3 months, she says, oh so youre taking advantage of our 1st month free?. I say, what? And look at the guy helping me. He quickly turns to the manager and says... oh, this unit does come with that offer. Im suspicious as I didn’t see that on their website but ok im fine. I need to get this unit and want to get home.She then goes on about insurance and my valuables and i say no thanks, my home insurance will cover it. She says I’ll need to see your policy then. Now, I ask?? She says, well i cant rent you the unit without insurance. So i say, Ok, what is your cheapest insurance. $14.95 she says. Hmmmm… Ok I say, No thanks then! Im going to leave and find a unit at a place with 1st month free and get my policy. Quickly she changes and says, we can rent you the unit without the insurance. What??? You said you cant. No, we can she says. But you said you can’t, and I walked out. I didnt know rental facilities were a big scam. On to the next place and much more prepared.
