I spoke with three different people regarding storing a camper trailer and a storage unit. The first person helped helped my find a facility in my price range and location I needed. I then received a call from a person at the facility who answered all of my questions and really took the time to make sure the facility would meet my needs. Raymond fallowed up with me and walked me through the the process of securing the spaces and even had to get back with me twice because I wasn’t ready to lock it in. Bottom line, everyone I worked with were 100% profesional, knowledgeable, patient and did what they said they would do. I never leave feedback but because of their exceptional performance I wanted to let someone know. Great hiring practice, business policy or whatever your magic is, it’s working. The owners should be extremely proud of their team.

I’ve been renting a unit here for a while. Raymond is the main guy at this location. He is the greatest guy you can have. He will go above and beyond for you so don’t hesitate to talk to him if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. He will work with you.Also, I had no problems with my unit or with other people who rent at this location. Clean and safe location. There are homeless but this locatIon is gated. I have access to my unit from 6am to 10 pm and the office is open early up to about 6pm.It’s a plus that there is a bathroom you can use in the office in case you have to go. Raymond keeps the bathroom clean as well. Great guy.

Ive had three storage units here. Now finally down to one. Each time the manager, Raymond, was always very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I appreciated that he took the time to show me various available units and different sizes so I could see which best suited my needs. I often see him on property and he keeps the facilities well maintained and clean.

RAYMOND IS AMAZING! Really above and beyond! Lock cutting and showing me how to use my digital key! Like I cannot be thankful enough! Absolutely made everything smooth. He’s also so easy going and laid back! Yay!

Raymond was very helpful to me as I was preparing to vacate my storage unit. He helped set up a pro rated amount for the extra few days I needed to move everything out. Some competing storage companies dont do that. Raymond also helped me open a locked toolbox which i was storing that a relative had abandoned.

I rented a unit online and when I arrived to look at it, I realized it was too small. The gentlemen working on a federal holiday was very friendly and helpful and able to move me to a larger unit quickly and efficiently!

Edgar and Raymond were accommodating and extremely personable.The facility is clean and secure with an on site manager for security.Cameras are located at all access points!Thank you!
