I had an excellent experience transferring my unit. Spencer showed me the upmost respect, he was very kind and curiosity. He did a phenomenal job helping me with all my needs. I rate this Extra Space Storage a 5 in customer service and cleanliness both the units I have used at this location were well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends, ANYONE for that matter .. check them out!!

I had an awesome experience in booking a storage space. I was attempting to do everything online but I didnt realize how much I needed to look at the space before deciding a space to rent. It was at the recommendation of Spencer, a manager at the office, that I come and visit and it was a good decision. He was polite and kind. He went through all the steps with me and answered all my questions before I decided to rent a space. He showed us the place personally and was very courteous. I would give this place more than 5-stars if I could. Definitely recommended!

This place is great storage compared to the Uhaul options I had available at the time I needed them. Being able to drive up to my storage made it a no brainer. The customer service from Spencer was great! He assisted me with all my questions and made the experience pleasant.

The store manager was very helpful when I reserved my storage unit the other day. He allowed me to visit the unit prior to finalizing the lease which I appreciated because I was unsure if the items I needed to place in storage would fit. I moved my items into my unit and it was seamless.

Originally I had 5 stars for this place about 8 months ago. However, I have dropped it down to 3. The workers are friendly and try to help as best as they can. However, this place is just very expensive to rent a unit from. Additionally, the rent increases are high. Amongst the other issues I was already having with the unit, I received an increase of $103 on a 10x20 unit totaling to around $430 before insurance is added per month. Ultimately I made the decision to move out of the unit due to the issues and rent increases. The property can also use an update and upkeep, especially with the prices they are charging.

I love the storage facility this is the second one that I have rented a unit from. I love their gate access hours everyone else closes at such an early inconvenient time but they do not. Theyre also very professional and at the same time personable and dont harass too many people about unless its warranted. It definitely recommend this place its worth a little bit more money that youll have to pay due to the gate access hours and the whole professional and personal vibe that they give. Its super clean, safe and great customer service! The extra space storage corporation is consistent in all of its entirety, and I will continue to use them for all of my storage needs.

I had a storage unit for almost a year and my experience was really great! The front desk girl was so sweet and helpful every single month I went in to make my payments. I loved that I was able to use the app to unlock the open/close gate straight from my phone without getting out of my car. Never had any issues. Moving in and out was such an easy experience. Never felt like my valuable things in storage were at risk of getting stolen.

He really was very helpful by explaining the paperwork, showing me the storage unit I rented, going over the costs, etc. The facility, inside and outside, are very immaculate and spotless. The facility is in a safe area and not hard to find. Bob also informed me if I needed anything else, to contact him and the on-site manager. He was very nice and polite and patient. I recommend this place, if youre in need of a storage unit thats safe, affordable, and the customer service is top-notch.

This place gets broken into all the time. They broke into 6 storage units, one of them being mine. Apparently, the hedges used to lock the unit door are thin enough to be cut with a bolt cutter. They replaced the hedges with a thicker one, but looking at the other units you can tell which ones have been replaced and others that need to be replaced. Im assuming the thicker hedges were previously broken into. They might as well replace all the hedges to keep this from happening again. Be warned.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage on Box Springs Road, and I am always impressed with the experience. First of all they have amazingly competitive prices for the spaces, and I always notice how the storage units are always clean and well-maintained. Second of all the managers there are always really nice and helpful, and the whole thing seems so easy, from renting the unit to vacating. At other storage places there seems to be more red tape or irritation, but here its a breeze. I got a personal phone call from the manager confirming with me all the details of my purchase less than 5 minutes after I signed up online for my unit! Lisette treated me like I was a friend but was also very professional and prompt in her service. I was actually sad to go! I would recommend Extra Space storage to anyone, and especially this particular location in Moreno Valley. Thank you Extra Space!!

My unit was vandalized, I informed the office and was told other customers had the same exprience. The lock was still on the unit door and items were missing.I told the clerk in the front office, she was told by other customers. So if you were aware of the problem, I never received notification by email and/or letter. She said she had just come back from vacation. No excuse. On several visits after to remove my items, customers stopped me to ask if my unit were missing items like theirs, yes it was. The stories they have told me is so strange.If you have a unit, take pictures, video, inventory your unit, file a police report, notify the better business admin. They must be held accountable. Im posting this review after having a 5 x 10 unit foe 4 years. during this time i wirnessed several break ins near my unit. Ive had 4 increases in price. October 2019 my unit was robbed by a client (moving out ). I followed the rules, police report ect..., I thought it odd at the time to have to purchase insurance for a secure storage facility. Im glad i did, i had to use it. I recieved 1/3 of the value of my things. However the valuable things were personal and they could be valued so i received nothing. DO NOT PUT VALUABLE ITEMS AT EXTRA SPACE. overflow only....i need space however it probably would be safer somewhere else. According to M.V. police we have doorbells cametas that work better.my experience with extra space has not earned confidence, and is expensive.
