Needed a storage unit for a move and had the most amazing experience here! Serena and Diana were both so kind and helpful. They made the process so smooth and easy. I would recommend this storage place to anyone and everyone!!! Better than 5 stars. So happy I went with this place and specific location! 10/10

I had a great experience setting up my storage unit! Serena was super helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and made the move-in extremely easy. Would highly recommend this location!

I rented a 5X5 unit here unfortunately it wasn’t big enough for me. However Serena and Diana gave me the absolute best customer service by going above and beyond helping me get a bigger and cheaper unit at another location. Also they refunded me money for the other unit. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out so much in such a time of need thank you again to the Extra Space team :)

Great storage! Reasonable price. Very clean and well kept. My movers said it was one of the nicest storages they’ve seen. Their loading area had a cover so it really helped when I put my things into storage when it was raining that day. This was my first time using a storage so I’m glad I chose this one :)Thank you Diana and Serena!

I needed to rent a unit but unfortunately could not go in person to tour the facility and complete my rental. Thankfully Diana was able to help me over the phone. She guided me through the process and was both knowledgeable and patient with me whenever I had questions or misgivings. She made what was originally a daunting task into a relatively simple one. I am extremely grateful for her care and assistance throughout this process.

Serena was very kind and helpful with helping us find a unit perfect for us. She was also very patient as we had our toddler with us trying to have fun and play. The space looked very clean and was kept nice and cool.

Update: i haven’t even rented from here 3 months and I get slapped with a raise in my rental payments. From $91 to $140. This is ridiculous. I either have to get a smaller unit (which means I have to sell stuff to fit the rest in it) or find a new location to rent out because my budget does not let me pay this much. So disappointing. I wish they would would let customers know they raise prices annually before going through the hassle of moving their stuff.I came in looking for more and info into getting a storage unit and Diana was so welcoming and kind. She provided so much info and took us to see the units that we wanted. I appreciated her help and how smooth and easy she made the experience. Glad to say I’m at ease knowing my items are in good hands.

Fast, easy, and efficient. Serena is very knowledgeable and has great guest service. Gave me a tip to keep my keys in separate locations and it definitely came in handy. Thank you Team!
