I would give a zero... First off sketchy ppl everywhere. Then outside door lock apparently sometimes works going into hotel. Get to the room the doors looked like they have been kicked in before with make shift hinges. The smell was horrific and it was so nasty. There was dents I the fridge and yellow stains all over. Also, the floor had food stains alloverI will never stay here again.

My first experience with Extended Stay America was not a good one. The outside of the hotel looked good but once I got to the room, I was disgusted. I was in the area on business and had booked the hotel fun out of state. I complained about the condition of the room at the front desk. The employee told me that the particular location was one of the only hotels that has not been updated. Im back in California for another business trip and thought Id give them another try since they have a kitchen. Well, that was a bad choice. Again, this hotel doesnt look bad on the outside but once you open the door its the same as their other location. The smell alone is enough to gag a maggot. NEVER again. I would not stay here for free. Please, for another 20 dollars a night there is a much better hotel down the street that wont leave you feeling unclean. I would have been better off at a motel 6.

Ive been staying here since it opened, any time Im in town to visit family. Probably 20+ times. However, this time when I walked in the place, it smelled so highly of marijuana that I had to have my daughter wait in the car. There were no visible guests and this was in the lobby. Sad that its gone downhill. Oh well, ended up at LA Quinta in Galt the rest the rest the trip

Came here and stayed with my mom it was cool a little dust not much to offer early check in fee is outrages and we booked a two bed but they could only provide a 1 bd with no roll out beds to accommodate.On a better not staff was beyond amazing! Brie was super epic in making it worth while. It was only for a night but she was amazing and helpful. Went above and beyond as we arrived in the evening and were beyond exhausted she was kind enough to deliver the essentials to our door as needed and we can’t thank her enough.Good place for a pit stop.

Came in 8 pm almost 9. The kind hearted human named Tina was really nice and professional, she was the nicest I’ve actually ever met. Keep up the good work The night was awesome, everything is cleaned and neat, everyone are nice. 🥰🥰🥰Really recommend this hotel

Great location, nice amenities around but is a very sketchy poor quality hotel. The rooms were quite dusty, stained, and just gross. We didnt feel safe the entire night and someone even tried to steal our food delivery. Might have given me pneumonia. I guess its fine for one night but there are much nicer places for better prices to stay.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights for much needed visit with family. The only positive thing I can say is that we arrived early from driving up from Southern California and were accommodated with early check in. That is the only good thing. Upon entering our room, and eagerly time we entered the room there was a foul odor that made us want to gag every time. I bought air freshener so we hurried sprayed it when we entered the room. On the first day when I went to go to my car there was a car parked next to mine that was too close that I couldn’t get into my car. I went inside to let the employee know if they knew whose car it was and she automatically knew it was hers. She followed me out to move it and said that with attitude she was parked okay cause she was on the line. I told her she was parked too close because I was in between the lines in my space and couldn’t get it. Didn’t appreciate that remark especially from an employee of the hotel. We did not have any room service and I had to go to front desk to ask for more towels. The beds were uncomfortable and need to be replaced because there was an indent in the mattress that I kept falling into. This was the worse experience I’ve had in a hotel. We left one night early because I couldn’t sleep there another night. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there or at any other one in a different city. I only have a two because of early check in otherwise it would be a 1.The shower curtain would not remain closed which was frustrating since the bathroom got wet. There were gnat bugs in the bathroom and room that were annoying. The mattress was old with an indent that kept falling into. The carpets were dirty too. No curtains on window so couldn’t open drapes to allow natural light in the room. Felt like being in a dungeon/basement with no windows.Poor experience and would not stay there again. Especially for the price. We needed up leaving a day early. Just was down with the place.

This place is so great!! The rooms are cozy, the place is pet friendly and the grounds are great to walk around. The best part of our experience has been Nikiyah shes gone above and beyond for us. There was a fire and she handled everyone like a champ. Even before that, she has been kind and helpful no matter how many times I have to recharge my card (clumsy me lol) Since weve stayed here for awhile, she even memorized my name and the names of our dogs! I have never met a hotel worker as kind and responsible as Nikiyah.

This hotel is absolutely awful. My family and I were traveling from Seattle to Arizona and booked a night here. When we arrived it was dirty, smelled like heavy cigarette smoke in the room and in the hallways and had a very unsafe feeling. We had people following us and couldnt even park our vehicles outside without the fear of someone breaking in them. We ended up leaving and getting a refund. Would never stay at this location.

I think it will be reetings if yall add Strawberry Muffins and Banana muffins 😋 and other stuff to for your Food in the morning 🌄 😋 and maybe people will give you better reetings on Google and if you add those everybody will be happy here and me and my husband loves it here and everyone was so sweet and kind 😇
