Kevin at the front desk at Extended Stay Yorba Linda was a wonderful help! He is pleasant, personable, & knowledgeable. He assisted us with all of our questions during check in and beyond. The Extended Stay Yorba Linda location has been a repeatedly rewarding experience. From the location, to the building to the grounds themselves everything is exactly what youd want it to be. Retail, and LOTS of food all with in easy walking distance. If you choose not to go out there are FULL kitchens there. Didnt bring plates or silverware? -dont sweat it. They got ya covered. They have everything from glasses to toasters to coffee makers that you can borrow. But the thing that merits mention more than any other is the consistently awesome and amazing staff at that place! Everyone from the folks doing the cleaning up to the management is just top notch good. Of exceptional note, however is Audrey. Personable, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. These guys not only make you feel like youre home, but they take care of you as well.For the money, you simply wont find better accommodations anywhere near that place.At the end of the day, given the pace of modern life, it is actually kinda nice to know that a place like this and people like these, exist.

I personally want to share my experience Ive been staying here about a month and I love this place the staff housekeeping especially the front desk theyre always so friendly and anything I ask for its always there. The manager Yanelis its always so friendly and willing to help has made my stay here very pleasant I would recommend this place to anybody Ill be leaving soon but theres no place like home 🏠 and this is considered home. This has been an excellent hotel to stay at. The location is great with easy access to the 91 and a ton of restaurants and stores nearby. The cost is definitely budget friendly plus the hotel Staff is awesome! Audrey is always super sweet and friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff (wish I knew all their names but theyre all always helpful and friendly). Very laid back place and pretty quiet. Definitely would recommend for people needing a budget friendly place in a good area.

Room was in need of maintenance. Air conditioner had the front cover completely off and on the floor. TV remote was coming apart. One tiny trash can and it was on the bathroom. To make matters worse, the room was $40 more than my previous stays.

I love to write reviews especially on good places Ive been in transition moving from one county to the next me and my family this place has been excellent it has been home away from home Ill be leaving shortly but I couldnt have made it without this place the staff front desk maintenance housekeeping everything is top notch and the best thing of all at 11:00 they like that bottom door and if you dont have a key you cant get in safety is the most important thing and with all night security I recommend this place to anybody and the prices are excellent keep up the good work 💪👑❤️

Quiet area, however the hotel room is filthy. The shower is disgusting and stained as if it was never cleaned. The unit ‘s floors have never been washed! Also, it is disgusting to give a used bar- please stop doing that!!

It takes a lot for me to stop what Im doing and write a review. That means, the service must be exemplary and leave me feeling like a value guest. Yanelis, the person at the front desk when I arrived, is a superstar and a pro. Truly, I was in awe as she juggled everything happening at once; several people showing up simultaneously to check in, existing guest requests, the phone ringing non-stop and more. She let everyone know they were seen and even hide a quick side conversation with her crew to ensure the rooms were being prepared as quickly as possible at it is a holiday weekend and I got the last room. She was amazing. You need to clone her and ensure all staff have this level of expertise. Coming from someone who works with the public, Yanelis is a keeper. Wowza. Thank you so much for your most excellent service. The rooms could use some updating, but having service like that makes one overlook a lot. The view surrounding the property is spectacular. Dont get me wrong, it is not the worse, just a little dated. Regardless, a hot shower, ability to cook and kind staff goes a longgggggg way. Met some friendly people too.

If you want your completely stocked room booked out right from underneath you and have to pack at night because they overbooked and would rather take the new reservation over an existing customer, then go ahead. They dont protect their extended guests so the name is a joke. Never again!!!!!!

The staff here are wonderful.. everyone has been exceptionally nice and helpful especially Audrey up at the front desk.. The Hotel is right on the border of Anaheim Hills, Savvy Ranch and Yorba Linda... Great location with lots of shopping nearby and restaurants as well... if you have children .. there is a great park with a large lake and you can rent paddle boats and kayaks or canoes.. they also have the bicycles that will seat up to four people... Its not too far from Disneyland, Knotts Berry farm and several other entertainment venues and events. Ask for Audrey and tell her that I recommended you.. 😀😉Update.. still a great friendly place to stay.. best of all Audrey is still working here.. and is still as sweet as can be.. !

April, both Kevins & all staff were exceptional with the exception of pie faced girl & rabid Swiftie@ front desk who was NEVER nice or helpful! Nobody available @ front desk after 11pm. Rooms were alright but something didn’t work in every room we stayed in. Refrigerator & microwave are over 20 years old & ours leaked water. Quiet area. OC Sheriff/Yorba Linda PD constantly drive thru parking lot harassing guests! Hotel fire from towels while we were guests. Many kind & helpful long term residents live here.

Stayed here for thanksgiving weekend. Staff was very friendly. Hotel offered free parking which was important to me. Room was cleaned and nights are relatively quiet. The issues I encountered #1 this is a pet friendly hotel and as a person with sensitive nose some areas of the hallway carpets smelled like dog. 2 the shower head water pressure was abysmal, couldn’t take a relaxing shower. Biggest pro was the price, very affordable compared to hotels around area. If you’re in a budget and need a place to stay you will survive this hotel.

This Extended Stay America was horrible! I was shocked! Its located beside the 91 Freeway and Weir Canyon in Yorba Linda, CA. The rooms are very outdated. Old furniture, beds, TV, kitchenette. Carpet is filthy! Flooring is sticky and dirty. The bathtub was dirty or stained. The shower faucet leaked badly. Towel bar fell off the wall when I got my towel off. Kitchen smelled so bad I requested to move to another room. It was worse with raged carpet with bare spots! The room was dirty. Lots of trash behind the dresser and bed!What a waste of money!There was so much dog poop all over the grounds, that it was hard to find an empty spot! It looked like no one ever cleaned it up!We complained to everyone and didnt even get an apology!DISGUSTING PLACE!

Our stay was very nice. The only issue we had was the old and dirty refrigerator. The room was great. We love having a nice kitchen. Everything we needed for the room from coffee pot, towels, iron, etc. was ready for us when we returned.I think maybe this hotel could do some updates. As I said our stay was great. The staff has been very helpful during my current stay here. There is a staff member at the front desk to provide me with provisions (towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). I am very satisfied with the hotel and their staff.This is usually my go to place for my business stay when Im on OT. Yanelis is a great manager and always answers any questions I have. The entire staff are friendly.

Horrible experience. Both of the rooms we stayed in were filthy. Even after we complained and they put us in a different room that one was just as bad. the bathtub was brown, hair on the sink and in the sheets as well as the fridge was very dusty and gross. Just would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stay here often and for the price and location you can’t really beat that. The service here is great. The staff is prompt and always accommodating. It’s usually quiet and mellow during evenings and early mornings. So in all if you are looking for a reasonably priced Room with at home amenities, then this is the place for you. Seemed like a good area and looked nice on the outside. Took ten minutes to be greeted at the desk to check in. The elevator and hallways were filthy. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. The room was dirty and the dresser was covered in a layer of dust. The air conditioning was so loud that it sounded like a car revving its engine all night. The walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors complete conversations. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were very flat. Worst nights sleep we have ever had. We stayed one night and had booked five. We were in the room one hour before we booked another hotel for the rest of our trip. Checked in at a much nicer Marriott 4 star hotel in Newport Beach for a cheaper price. Definitely would not recommend extended stay.

This is by far the dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed at. The floor was filthy. Under the bed had so much gross stuff under it that I had to change rooms. I had my cats with me and I was afraid theyd get sick. Who knows what all the trash was. The second room wasnt much better. I literally left after 2 hours because I was so grossed out. You can tell theres been a lot of shady activity at this hotel. The smell inside and outside the room was disgusting. It was definitely a big waste of money. There is no way Id ever stay there again. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money. Go to Residence Inn instead. This place is nasty.

Really friendly and responsive staff. Great location. Lots of food choices nearby. I usually choose this hotel because the rooms are not carpeted and thus easier on my allergies. I like to know that a wood, porcelain tile, or even linoleum floor can be mopped clean so I can feel more comfortable walking in the room without shoes. Cats and dogs prefer this type of flooring also versus carpet, and I always stay at Extended Stay America when traveling with my pets. You just cant keep carpet clean.

This was by far the cleanest room that we have ever stayed at. The room had no carpet but it was so clean. I always look at the floors and around the edges and no where did I see any dirt. The bathroom was so clean and the kitchen area also. I feel that I would stay here again . The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. As I said before this room was spotless.VERY CLEAN. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff Amany that works morning shift was awesome,very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She was greeting and smiling and she can make your day brighter. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. My stay was for almost a month here and I never had any issues. I was always provided with whatever I needed and asked for. Ashley was the main person helping me but I also got help from Kevin, Pedro and Jodi. Customer service was great! The stay was really good. They allow dogs. I light some sage and the alone alarm had went off. They called my room with in seconds, that made me feel good knowing that they care. And the location is perfect. One bad thing I can say is there is no oven. But there is 2burners to cook on.

Exterior was nice and location is wonderful. The interior was the opposite, very smelly lobby/hallways, dirty carpets in hallways (visibly stained/pet urine), no housekeeping. Small gnats in the bathroom, towels had small dead bugs (even the ones I got at the front desk) so I had to buy new ones. Kitchenette appliances were dated and dirty (had to buy Clorox bleach wipes to clean and disinfect all surfaces, including bathtub, toilet, etc). Dirty window sills and the window screens were ripped. I couldnt book another hotel otherwise I would have checked out ASAP. I booked via Expedia and they can verify my stay. Very dirty and anti hygienic place and I do not recommend.

Truly the worst experience with the worst staff and the manager is awful. Bad customer care, poor cleaning service, dark poorly lit halls, smells like trash when you exit the elevators, the whole place smells of cigarettes, the location is in a nice area but it is somehow not a place you feel safe when you on the hotel grounds. Car windows were busted into, cops were there every night, dogs barking all day and all night... not worth the money at all. Go stay at the Ayres Suites for the same price and a much better experience.

Was dropped of at wrong hotel and they warned my friend and I before we stayed that it wasnt great hotel to stay at. All of the employees we spoke to were very friendly but that was about it. The rooms are definitely outdated and smelled when we first arrived. The water pressure was terrible in the showers. The elevators were very loud and made me nervous where i ended up just using the stairs. Hallways smelled but most likely because of the dirty towels left out. We had to get our keys reset twice because they stopped working. Dog poop was also left on the stair case. Do Not Recommend. Spend the extra money for somewhere else

This property has really turned it around since a few years ago. The staff is beyond helpful, the place smells great, the lobby is always colorful and clean, and the rooms are well cleaned between guests. All of this plus a full kitchen for the motel rates. Can’t beat the value or the service. Parking is plenty and it’s near an apartment complex with regular patrol so it always has a sense of security. If you travel a lot or just want to be comfortable check them out!

The Extended Stay in Fremont was so far the best ( renovated ) extended stay Room wise - however we really enjoyed our stay at this one as well. Thanks for Stephanie and Frankie who gave amazing customer service. They were the two favorite employees we met. One short lady with long hair was quite rude actually and preferred overcompensating in her cleaning rather than even greating us. She was also extremely rude to my fiancé - giving the benefit of doubt that she might of been having a bad day or week ( having worked in customer service for 16 years, I think it’s not a good reason to be in a bad mood towards other people, especially customers/clients )Anyways - the room we got didnt have any carpet ( yay! Finally ) the a/c unit worked incredibly well.So we are very thankful for our stay.There’s also some nice people who have been there for a couple weeks/ months and who are wonderful peopleBut yeah; big shout out to Stephanie and Frankie for making it even better. Most extended stays have really miserable employees but they were SO NICE ❤️

Rude and awful staff. Unclean hotel. Not worth $170 per night that was charged. My family had a booking, which the lady doing the laundry and also serving as a receptionist, could not find in the system. Given that my family was very tired after a long travel, was with kids, and it was night-time, they were not in a situation to drive to another place and asked to make a fresh booking with the staff. When they learned that the per night charge is $170, they asked a question to confirm as they had previously booked for a night at the hotel at a much lower price. Upon hearing the question, the staff responded super rudely.

Place is clean, rooms are nice. Nothing fancy, but having a kitchen is great, and saves a lot of money over eating out while traveling. They will even lend you the kitchen tools you need! Staff is great, fellow occupants can be hit-and-miss. They DO however, need a security guard, as there have been some vehicle theft incidents in the parking lot.

They gave NEW KEYS to someone who wasnt even registered to my room. When I went to the Libby to inquire as to why u couldnt get in and to get new keys made, I literally waited almost an hour at the front desk and another 15-20 minutes outside in my car. NOBODY EVER CAME. I ended up leaving and will never go back. Decor was old, outdated and cheesy, and the smell just about smacked me in the face as I stepped off the elevator on the 3rd floor. It was a really musty, stagnant smell that wasnt going away any time soon. I DO NOT recommend. Even for he price it wasnt worth it

ILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They stole my laundry and had my car towed. They are very deceptive. There is parking right in front of the hotel but it is for the apartments over the gate. No one tells you that. You just see a sign that says guest parking with permit. Next morning my car was gone and a $530. bill to get it from the town yard.

The hotel exterior looks new but not inside. The bed sheets, blanket and towel are old. The pillows are flat. I had a hard time to sleep first night because the look of bedding.The facility is CLEAN and staff is nice. If you get a good rate and dont mind an older facility . It is still a decent place to stay but just dont expect too much. It is definitely better than Motel 6.

Update: I unexpectedly had to stay here again, and had a better experience. Perhaps thev’ve changed over the years. Will bump up my stars a bit, but still disappointed at my previous stay.I always stay at ESA, but this location makes me never want to book with them ever again. I’m writing this at 2AM because I just returned from a venue, exhausted and just want to sleep, and had to wait 23 minutes (I timed it) at the front door because my card is not allowing me to enter the building and no one is at the front desk. This is in addition to when I came to check-in a few days ago, it was 3PM and I waited approximately 20 minutes before a person finally came to the front desk. So in my entire trip, the two times I needed the front desk, it was a 20 minute wait.Moreover, cigarette and weed smell seems normal around here, another reason to just stay away. My bed frame had cigarette burns all over it even though the entire hotel is non-smoking.But wait, it doesn’t end here. My fridge had empty pizza boxes and bottles in it, and the kitchen trash can had spoiled trash in it, making the entire room smell even worse on top of the cigarette and weed smoke. The smell of the dogs also adds to that to make a nice cocktail of smells you’ll either have to live with for the duration of your stay, or pay up $150+/night to book elsewhere in OC for the same day.I’ve stayed at 1 star motels before and they were better than this. Take my advice, don’t book here, it’s not the same ESA you’re used to.

No room service (good or bad depending how you look at it; I prefer knowing my personal belongings are how I left them) depending on the length of your stay (I stay 5 days/week). I always enjoy staying at this location. Its quiet, yet near the freeway for easy access. The customer service is friendly and helpful. There are food and drink choices nearby, or perhaps a quick trip to the nearby Sprouts, in case you want to grab something and head back to the room. Plenty of gas stations in this area too. There is a really nice view of the sunset and sunrise if youre lucky enough :)

Lock all your belongings even if you are going to the store for 10 min. The staff look like drug addicts and the manager will threaten to call the cops on you and make it look like he’s the victim when you have every right to be upset about property missing. One housekeeper made my beds up with the same dirty sheets I had on my bed for a week. I know because it had the same popcorn bits from my snack earlier in the day. If you don’t stand in the hallway and watch the housekeepers they will halfway clean your room. On one occasion I spent 15 min going back and forth trying to get into my room. My balance was paid in full yet I couldn’t get into my room. I refused to spend another dollar and be taken for a ride at this location. It’s more like a motel 6. The staff is only as good as its leader. They need to fire the women hole crew and hire another one because this location drags down the brand’s name. I witnessed another guest at the desk saying something of hers was missing. At what point does management look at trends and make changes?

Booked a room for 4 kids and 2 adults. Struggled to get towels for us the entire trip, did not have an extra blanket, no restroom in lobby, only one staff member at desk doing laundry, taking calls and checking in and out guests. I booked a room for family in town for a funeral and was told by the receptionist my guest couldn’t check in . I clearly stated I was booking for someone and provided their name, credit card, info charged, phone number and email all in the guest name . Not only is the hotel outdated and not very clean, we were originally given a smoking room but immediately changed to a non smoking which even though did not smell of smoke, deffinately smelled funky......i did not want to use the sheets. As they take pay me t upfront, we couldnt leave otherwise we would have lost our money.The kitchen is a hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer. One of the hot plates was not working and when they delivered the kitchen pack with utensils etc there was a lot missing and the pans were burnt and scratched and the spatula waa shedding plastic.The front desk were very welcoming but once you have an issue, they dont really want to help or will answer the phone if you call down from your room!Breakfast is coffee with muffins/granola bars or instant oats which doesnt serve as an actual brrakfast!The laundry room is convenient with 2 large washers and 2 smaller and at least 6 dryers, and two vending machines but be careful, they dont actually take coins or cash, just tap credit card!!For the price, it deffinately makes $80 a night seem worth it....but we have stayed in much nicer places for that! Just general updating should be maintained to ask for $80 a night.

Worst experience of my life. Housekeeping service is terrible. I found a pill on the kitchen floor, a blade outside of the garbage can, socks and water bottles under the bed, hairs on the towels and kitchen counters were very dirty and sticky, not to mention the hallways smelled horrible throughout my whole stay. Though the people are neighborly. In my opinion they lack sympathy for those disadvantaged and disenfranchised. The city has been illegally refusing to build low income housing as mandated by State of CA . The cite traffic congestion and fire Hazzard as the causes yet they continue building micromansion and modern monstrosities single family housing where 3-4 of those houses can be demolished and a 5 story multiple family complex could be built. So that less wealthy can afford to live somewhere nice as well. What they do.t sew is how diversity (non-political) of socioeconomic, cultural, experiential, linguistic, academic, and so may other types of different can influence society and propel us all to new levels of prosperity.I diverse,YL is Beautiful full of parks and shoppes its safe and peaceful. The Yorba Limda PD isMainly kind, friendly and non discrmimneant . As a multiracial including black man, I believe thats saying something .I was fortunate to call YL home for 18 months. The property is standard but the location is better than 95% of the other Extended Stays Ive been to. Every single thing you could need or desire is available within a mile of the hotel including food, groceries, hone repair, electronics, clothes, baby needs, sporting goods, crafting supplies, new car or mechanic, pet supplies, veterinary needs, etc etc. Along with all those mentionables, the area is very safe and upscale. Humongous mansions adorn the hillside and I saw a horse and rider on a trail near the hotel. Honestly it was a great experience, away from all the hustle and bustle of central to southern OC. I honestly cant say enough about my experience at this hotel!

Communication here deserves the lowest stars! I had 3 items delivered to this facility while I was a guest here. On all occasions they 1st told me I have no packages. One of my packages was a very large box EXTREMELY hard to miss! She kept insisting I had no packages arrive for me. So I could not get a refund or my packages. Today on July 29th 2021 I get a call from Mercedes at this location stating my package has been there for over 2 months. I asked her when was this delivered because I checked out last month. She states to me June 24th the same day I picked my other packages up. I am SO UPSET. They have been withholding packages that came in my name. I stated to her I came to the front desk several times and they kept telling me it’s not there. I stated to her I was no longer in the area and requested they mail it to me since it is there mistake. She stated I would have to pay for the shipping. Tried to stay here and they were extremely rude ... would never stay at this hotel!!! I had Texas temporary license with picture ID and another document from Texas DMV Indicating I had to submit my previous drivers license in order to apply for Texas license. I also had all kinds of other identification including birth certificate, social security card, copies of Marriage license and (credit cards) because I needed all that for the Real ID required in Texas (and all states now). I called ahead and the front desk clerk told me to book online because it was cheaper which I did. He said thats your problem you have to get your money back from them and youre gonna have to leave here ...you cant stay here. I am 70 years old and a business professional who works remote for a state agency. Its not like I was some undesirable characters that they had to be suspicious of. He was totally rude. It was dark, I was traveling on route 91 and now had to find another hotel which I did right down the road. That owner apologized for the other peoples behavior and said it didnt make sense they wouldnt take my official documents from Texas especially when I had all the other ID. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone because you could tell they couldnt care less about people who wanted to stay at their hotel!!! Im not even sure there was a district manager in the attached office because they wouldnt let me speak to him. It just seemed like they were trying to hustle me out of the lobby because they were going to do something else. The owner of this hotel needs to change staff or continue losing business. Its been a while since Ive reviewed a hotel establishment, but I felt strongly about writing something about this Extended Stay (located in Yorba Linda).My fiancée has had plenty of visits with this chain establishment and it is because of this she chose our stay here. Unfortunately, this particular establishment does not live up to her sisters in the LA area.Our first complaint came from the miscommunication in making reservations over the phone. Firstly, the operator stated that the branch we originally wanted to stay in was completely booked (Imperial Highway); which is understandable. What was confusing is that when we booked a stay at their Yorba Linda branch, the operator kept giving us directions to the Imperial Highway branch to check-in; even when we asked repeatedly if it was correct. Of course, upon arriving at their sister branch, they were full and we had to ask for directions to the Yorba Linda branch.Secondly, we made reservations for a Non-smoking room with a King Sized bed; only to check-in and find our room had two twins. This was just NOT good business for us. If they didnt have what we requested, we should have been informed BEFORE we checked-in and traveled to their hotel.Objectively speaking, I will continue this review with a professional demeanor and omit as much emotion as possible.That being said, upon arriving to their hotel, the parking seemed a little inadequate for the size of the building. But we managed to find two spots towards the rear. On a side note, we did realize that the vacant lot that was adjacent to their property was cleared and fenced; this may mean they are expanding I hope.We entered the hotel and didnt see anyone at the front desk and so we waited patiently for about 2 minutes. Then I began looking for a means to summon assistance and noticed there was no bell. After closer observation, I noticed a small button located on the front-desk itself. While it had no label indicating our authorization to using it, I figured what could be the worse that could happen. Ta-Da!! While this may sound trivial to most, Im not one who likes to tinker with the unknown and so, Im figuring that if the world-accepted [bell] isnt available, the least they could do is have the button labeled Press for Assistance. At least the guest service at the desk was friendly.We had a room on the 2nd floor and the hallway smelled interesting. Perhaps a mixture of smokiness and funk...We found out our room didnt have the bed size we requested and called the front-desk, only to find out that we had no other options. In addition, their brochure online indicates that the room has a Fully-Equipped kitchen; my fiancée normally chooses this hotel chain for this specific reason. We actually had to call front-desk to request plates, cups, cutlery and the coffee-maker because our kitchen was bare (minus the microwave and fridge). This delayed our ability to prepare dinner by about 20-30 minutes.As for the room itself, the layout is identical to its LA branches. But I was unhappy about the location to the power-outlets in relation to the beds and there was only local channels available on TV. Also, you can hear EVERY footstep above you and the walls were thin; if you catch my drift.In the morning, their continental breakfast consisted of muffins, oranges, hot-water, coffee, coffee-mate and I heard there was oatmeal at one point. Im accustomed to being offered boxed cereals, milk, OJ, bagels and condiments in most of my hotel stays.Overall, this stay was just a big disappointment; especially for the pricing. My fiancée explained that this hotel stay was the most expensive shes encountered and she has a traveling occupation.My guess is that they can get away with it because of the demand for hotels in the area (a very industrial sector in an affluent county).My opinion in the end is, if you MUST stay in the area, choose this particular hotel only as a last resort.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I gave it three stars just so people who avoid one star reviews would actually read this. This hotel literally threw out my stuff in the middle of my stay, then refused to guarantee any sort of compensation, and for the last month have been passing me back and forth between staff members without guaranteeing me anything for stuff that the hotel staff STOLE. I am currently working with the regional manager Saul Perez, who I am hoping can help me resolve this issue, but Roger Trujillo and Denise Flores have basically just been passing me off for the last month without making this situation a priority. Check out some of the one star reviews because this is not the only story like this one. There are plenty of affordable hotels in this area. Is this really your best option?Update: They do not take compensation issues seriously and heres why from my experience: ESA passed me off to an insurance company called Broadspire where I worked with Pierre Prevost, who offered me an inflexible contract with no room for negotiating terms. Im not sure how important they think their customers are if they cant negotiate compensation settlement contracts. The contract they offered me did not even specify my specific incident and did not guarantee compensation within a reasonable amount of time. When asked, Broadspire employees will not give you specifics regarding when or how you will be compensated outside the details of the contract, which is more reason for me to assume that they do not have my best interest at heart. Do you feel protected by companies that treat you like a number after THEY made a mistake and harmed you?

Extended check-in times if someones ahead of you and if your in a non smoking room and your suspected of smoking the maid will go into your room without knocking and claim it accidentally if your standing there naked. I am still staying at Extended Stay. I have been here 5 weeks with 5 weeks to go. I will do a complete review once my stay is complete but so far I can say with certainty that you do not want to stay here if you require the use of WI-FI. The hotel provides free wi-fi with a $24.95 up-charge for high-speed. Even with the high-speed upgrade, THE WI-FI is almost non-existent. There is just enough band-with to drive you mad! It reminds me of dial-up. Cant stream a movie. Too frustrating to use for work. I had to re-load my Google sign-in three times to create this review because it timed out. Do not stay here if you want to use the wi-fi for anything. I will provide a final review of my stay in 5 weeks.I pray that Extended Stay corporate office actually reads these reviews and remedies the situation.

Lots of stains on the carpets and mattresses (I think they are pocketing the pet deposit instead of correcting resulting issues). Also, the green rubber matts they use all over the place smell toxic. Lots of other people have complained about that already. No convection oven, only a 600 watt microwave. However the price is decent and they have online specials.

1. Reserved two rooms for FAMILY and REQUESTED that they be either adjoining or close together. Ended up on TWO separate floors FAR AWAY. Your person on staff (Kitty/Katie - Cant remember exact name) was EXTREMELY unprofessional and did not care. I watched the FOUR rooms across from me get cleaned and REMAIN EMPTY during this time. I asked her and told her that I knew that there were available rooms across from me. SHE looked SHOCKED and then replied, well they are promised to other guests who have not checked in yet..... REALLY!2. Same night person disappeared for long periods of time, finally I just waited for her to show up (needed a coffee pot and silverware). She came off the elevator with a buddy - how do I know its a buddy because I thought she was a client so I waited for her to finish helping her when I approached the counter. I said this person was first, Ill wait until you finish and she replied oh shes not a guest, just my buddy - BTW the friend was disheveled, wearing no shoes and acting inappropriately (snickering and rolling her eyes).3. Units were unclean (dirty showers, dirty refrigerator, shelves had crumbs stains)4. Asked where is the vending machine for ice - you dont have ice at this hotel!!!! Unbelievably poor hospitality!!!!5. Next morning asked the new desk person to change rooms and she IMMEDIATELY assigned us the room directly across from us.6. Received and 30% discount for our inconvenience - it wasnt the MONEY - it was the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!7. Felt unsafe sometimes, people werecamping out on chairs in the lobby for hours at a time (unkempt, no shoes, looking intoxicated) - Imagine walking passed people like this to check on your SON on another floor?8. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my family on a trip to Disneland for my sons return from his deployment. I rented 4 rooms at over 1700.00 and we ended up with blood on the comforter, urin stains on the bed sheets along with what appeared to be a grass stains,the top of the refridgerators havent been dusted in a long time, my parents refridgerator didnt even work, one microwave had left over moldy food in it, another hadent been clean. So disapointed will never return

I got less than 1 Mbps on good days, on bad I couldnt even connect.I had to go down to the front desk to ask for silverware, plates, and cooking items. As if someone is going to steal the cheap dollar store sets they provide.My TV set turns itself off in the middle of me watching a show or playing a game. No warning, no way to disable it. They want to save an insignificant amount of electricity so bad that they inconvenience me.The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that there were no bugs.

Crime scene. Cops are always on site and killed innocent guest sitting in his car!Valerie below is 100 correct. Ive seen this guest. An innocent man many times and he would just hang out in his car. Its not a crime. Police are constantly looking to cause trouble and show up in full roit gear. Its a safe area without the police harassing you. Never in my life have I been harassed by police before. The cops spent a full day to cover their own tail and turned the whole parking lot into a crime scene. If u parked there you were sol. So sad an innocent man lost his life because of hot headed cops.

As a matter of fact, last month, Trip Advisor & Google informed me my review of ESA Yorba Linda, reviewed on 05/23/2017, A Bit Of Home Away From Home, had a record number of readers for 1 month (1,434!!! 89% USA, 2% Italy, 2% Canada, 6% Other Countries). My hat goes off to Tori at the front desk for always being there for me. On Monday, March 18, 2018, I was hospitalized, having contracted Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria). I noticed some pain in my left thumb on Thursday, just prior to my Friday check-in to ESA Yorba Linda. By Saturday night my left thumb had turned partially black, and the pain was at 100 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being EXCRUCIATING. I managed to drive to the ER 3am Sunday. My surgeon informed me if I had waited another 24 hours, I might not have made it. On Tuesday, I asked my friend, John to gather my personal effects from ESA Yorba Linda, because I had a feeling the bed I was laying on was going to be a familiar spot for me (4 surgeries & 1 month familiar). I advised John to seek assistance from Tori at the front desk. As predicted, Tori took care of everything that needed to be taken care of, and my mind had one less thing to worry about. Im now in physical therapy for 3 months, so you can imagine where Ive selected to stay for 3 months... ESA Yorba Linda. My heartfelt thanks to Tori, and ESA Yorba Linda for being there. Had a good time here overall is a good place, all the staff was very nice and helpful, but little details are what stopped me from giving 5 stars, the main door is dated and dirty, that gives the first impression, the room came with kitchenette, but you have to order all the equipment, that was a little inconvenient, there was coffee pouches on the ac vents from previous visitors, the remote control was very dirty and sticky, took a while to clean it thoroughly, the toilet was old and had some rust buildup, i understand its supposed to be an affordable place, but those things are basic in any place.If you overlook those details youll have a great stay, the bed was very comfortable and big, the room was clean and everything in the kitchen worked.

Ive had the pleasure of staying at all ESAs in Orange County. Yorba Linda ESA is my favorite. From the time I arrive up to my departure, the staff and people of ESA, Yorba Linda, continually present a remarkable air of hospitality and friendliness that I selected ESA, Yorba Linda. In that regards, Id like to name and distinguish Torii, at the front desk.Ive known Torii from her first day, a year ago. Aside from performing her work, I witnessed her assisting her manager, working longer hours and coming in early the next day (because they were short of employees). Even on the days she was asked to work longer, she presented the same air of hospitality and friendliness, a sign of professionalism. The only way I became aware of her longer hours, was I noticed Torii had come in early that morning, and was still at work around 9 in the evening. Torii is a definite feather in ESAS hat.
