It would be a four-star, I am still a guest here and have been here for over a month. While doing some work today, I get a call from the lobby, stating there was a noise complaint about my music, which due to me being in a meeting, was below 30 decibels max. I had to pause my boss, who was speaking, to apologize for the loud ringing and for the interruption. Keep in mind, this is at 12 in the afternoon. Not 1AM or something.What bothers me, is rather than having a staff member go by the room to see if the noise complaint was valid before interrupting my work meeting. If this is the same individual I dealt with two weeks ago, for a similar issue, same thing, no investigation, just assume the individual is not exaggerating and unnecessarily bother a guest.Now, at 12:13pm, I AM LEGIT SCARED to do my dishes and clean my room, or watch TV, as I fear another false complaint without verification regarding me .. Living, and breathing. In a hotel my company and I have dropped a substantial amount of funds keeping me here, which might have to be re-examined. I also consistently get ads for the same room I am in, at half the cost with weekly and monthly rates, but no such rates were ever offered to me. I love living under my means due to excessive costs, especially when I cannot enjoy the room without having to fear a complaint about a moth flapping its wings in my room.It really gets to me because I have been a respectful guest, staying in the same room on the 3rd floor with no problem, being courteous in how I step and about not dropping things for the guest below me. Very sad turnaround, went from a 4.5 to 1 due to this.

The maid service is not the best. If you are on a scheduled maid service, its a hit or miss service. If on a temporary housing, you will have maid service every 14 days. It is not always the case. Havent had service in over 14 days. Been asking for maid service for the past three days, and all I am getting is a brush off. I will put you on the list for tomorrow. I heard this for the past three days and not gotten maid service yet. If you are going to tell someone you are going to do something, follow through.

Front desk manager was a life saver on multiple occasions.We will be using this location exclusively for all of our long term lodging needs in the simi valley areaRooms were clean, complex was quiet and walking distance to in and out, Dominos, del taco and easy driving distance to tons of amazing restaurants.

Old fridge with rust all over the exterior. Musty room no matter how much air freshener you use because of the dirty carpet. I found out Grand Vista with 3 Stars (pool, on-site restaurant clean all around was cheaper). Service need improvment...you have to ask for everything even when it is supposed to come with the room. Customer service in the evening could be better.....

Advertised as extended stay with kitchenette. In reality no plates, pans, coffee pot, not even an ice machine. When asked about coffee pot staff was rude and seemed put off that you would ask. I would highly recommend staying anywhere else.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. While checking in, another guest came to the counter asking for a new blanket due to stains and filth on the one in her room. The lobby was dark and dingy. The grab-and-go breakfast was worthless. 3 police cars were dealing with a problem tenant the first evening we arrived. There were druggies yelling early in the morning. All in all - a very depressing place to stay. We were there 3 nights and I couldn’t wait to leave. The only reason I stayed is because I was visiting a family member that lived nearby.

I have relocated here from Texas and need some where to stay until my home is ready for move in. Jennifer has really been accommodating and informative throughout this process. It can be a scary thing when moving from one state to another. Extended stays can really come in handy when you need something stable in a foreign land to you.

It was a nice, safe and clean place. Staff was accommodating. They need to reinforce dog owners to pick up after their dog because we see some dog poop on the grass. And sometimes the light in the parking lot are not on, it should be on all the time at night. Other than that, we liked our stay.

We needed something quick and close to our event. Let it be known we only stayed one night. We called the Hotel and spoke with Michelle to let them know we would be a little late to check in and would love in our room. Michelle was very pleasant and helpful. When we got there she knew who we were (she had our coffee pot, etc. ready to take to our room) Thank you Michelle! The room was clean: Bathroom in good working order; kitchenette -great; had a good nights rest; wi-fi worked great. Glad we found Extended stay 👍🏽

I wont be staying here again, I make 2-3 visits to Cali a year (previous visits to this location) and have never been so disappointed.1. Check-in for 3pm, I arrived 15 mins after and was told Id hv to wait 2 hours because the room wasnt ready.Now if the family that was ahead of me in line, had gotten there AFTER me what would they expect them to do with their sleepy toddler and no car?Not my problem but something for others in this possible predicament to consider.2. The 2 ladies at the front counter decided it was okay to about how the cleaning lady was taking longer than usual bcuz rooms were BAD and she was the only one on site.Because I told them I wanted a discount for the inconvenience suddenly one of them was able to go and clean a room. (Still over an hour)Pictures show that no matter how clean the room - this place is in poor condition and the hotel needs upgrades.The refrigerator was sticky to open & close, dresser drawers kitchen & bathroom counters are warped and discolored, and if Howie Mandel were here youd fear for his mysophobia & any chance hed have to pull a UV light.While the cost may be friendly, as a hotel named EXTENDED STAY, it shouldnt be such a project for guests to expect a clean room with maintained furnishings and good service.

We’ve been here almost 7 weeks now because of my job. I have stayed many years at Extended Stay hotels across the country, and this one is in my top 5. They are consistently and across the board doing everything efficiently. I have not experienced a single problem and the place is super clean. The staff at this hotel should be commended for the excellent job they are doing. It is apparently very well managed.

The Staff at this location were so accommodating. They always greeted my family and I with a smile and any request me made was never too big for them to accomplish. I stayed at the property for 2 plus weeks during a transition to a new house. I was able to cook and not worry about dishes and had a full size fridge in my room. It was very quiet and clean and I am glad that my needs were met while at the property

Conveniently located right off the 118. Most of the staff members are very nice, with the exception of about one or 2 who could definitely learn how to do a better job at customer service. The room was nice and well maintained although my stove had to be fiddled with in order to turn off. But it was one if the nicer places i got to stay in lately. I love that they give you dishes and pots and pans and that they have laundry on site and that you get a regular sized fridge and a little stovetop. Better than having to go out to eat everyday.

Air went out in unit 338 after technicians came in to clean the unit. They didn’t secure the air conditioner unit when they finished and it fell right back apart. The refrigerator stopped blowing cold air as well and it caused some of my food to go bad. My main issue was with the front desk clerk, Vanessa, who has been rude on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, she addressed me with, What? when I approached the front counter. I asked her if she addresses all the customers with, What? and she said no. I told her that was rude. She was slouched in her chair with her head resting on the back of the chair when I walked up, so she wasnt busy or anything when I walked up. Today she was unsure of what to charge me, so she kept going back and forth on prices when she was quoting me what I owed. She kept quoting a lower amount and then a higher amount and saying she needed to do calculations to be sure. She didnt come off as confident and competent in what she was doing, and it caused me to lose trust in her ability to help me. She said she would refund me if I was overcharged, but I let it be known I didnt want to be overcharged if she wasnt sure what to collect from me. I had been staying at the property for several months and it seems like there was always fumbling amongst the front desk staff when it came time to collecting my payment. It was rarely ever a smooth open and close transaction. I made my frustration known that I dont want to deal with anyone guessing when it comes to where Im spending my money. That’s no different than if you were to go into Walmart and Target to make a purchase. You wouldn’t want a sales associate guessing the amount you owe. A customer’s frustration shouldn’t be invalidated just because they are black. Being a black customer and holding a sales associate accountable doesn’t make the customer rude as Vanessa accused me of being. I preceded to record the conversation with Vanessa, and I noticed when I was recording, she wasnt nasty towards me and when I did record, she was on her best behavior. I ended up calling customer service to get the issue resolved and she went on to go back and forth with me about how she didnt have to have any charges waived for me for early check out. I replied that customer service had already approved me paying for one additional night without fees for early check out. She was trying to make it seem as though I should be lucky that she removed fees for early check out, but customer service had already approved the transaction. Her tone was dismissive and demeaning. When I asked to speak to a manager, she replied that he wouldnt be on duty tonight or tomorrow night. I called customer service and they told me it was possible to change the check-out date and only be charged for one additional night, so I requested the customer service representative to remain on the phone while I talked to the front desk clerk. Vanessa was on the phone with the manager when I walked up. I let her know I was on the phone with a customer service representative who approved an early check out with no additional fees and she rolled her eyes and said, “Just a second.” She could have easily called the manager to begin with instead of having me jump through hoops to resolve an issue that could have been resolved immediately. I have been a loyal customer of Extended Stay America for several years and I always stay months at a time when I book. I feel like Vanessas nasty attitude goes unchecked because management allows it. This is bad for business, and I felt like preferential treatment was given to nonblack customers at the Simi Valley location. There should not be raising your voice at a customer and talking in a nasty tone off camera and as soon as you know youre being recorded, you clean up your tone. Im not sure how this business will continue to thrive if black customers are tolerated, but not respected. Every dollar should be valued regardless of what race it comes from.

I have had two long term stays at this hotel within the past 10 years. I would have to say that I think that its a good place to stay if you are needing a hotel that has the basic amenities of a small apartment. The staff and the guest for the most part are very friendly and helpful. Some are more pleasant than others. The only thing that I dont like is that there should be more of a variety for breakfast....at least some fruit or yogurt or waffles?! I do firmly believe that staff does enter into guest rooms without their knowledge. The truth always comes out. I have always been the type of guest that keeps to myself, I dont bother anybody and I dont want to be bothered by anyone else. And I think that when they are bored, tired or understaffed then they start choosing guest to pick on. Its amazing what you can learn from people just by being a quiet observer minding your own business. I think someone else mentioned the thin walls, yes absolutely! Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay, its way nicer than the Motel 6!!!!

I booked this room a month and a half in advance and when I checked in, they only had 1 of my 2 rooms for a 5 night stay. The hotel over booked and told me to just cancel my 2nd room. They said someone was supposed to call me to inform me. I didnt have any missed calls though. Ridiculous! They ended up getting us our 2nd room the next night, which I had to ask them to look up. So unaccommodating! Rooms were clean but has very bad water pressure. On top of everything, we came back to our room and the whole 3rd floor smelled awful like something died. I asked the front desk lady who confirmed she said someone died but its being cleaned Worse hotel stay ever!

Not sure who is in charge of the hiring but they have the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel. Ive been going here for many years when I visit family in Simi. With Covid its been over two years but went down two weeks ago. New people but still a pleasure to deal with. Very positive and upbeat attitudes, smiles, greetings and they do whatever they can do help. Very impressed and Ive stayed here at least 20 times now.Also pet friendly which is awesome.

My friends and I got two separate rooms at this location. The front desk offered them perks for scanning their QR code posted at the front desk and giving a 5 star Google review (before they even checked in). The rooms and halls are generally clean and come with a small kitchenette. The AC units are the window fan types that come on and off throughout the night, which is pretty frustrating, especially when the ceilings downstairs are thin and a little continuous white noise would be welcome to cover the sound coming from above. My AC unit did not cool the room to the set temp. The bed and sheets were fine but not particularly comfortable. Overall its fine if you need a place to crash, nothing especially comfortable.

Sam was very welcoming and accommodating at front desk. Narineh (GM) was sweet/polite (I overheard her speaking to other guests following up with their stay as if she recalled several faces). Just arrived so I may update my review, but welcoming was nice. The price for location and the having a kitchenette is ideal for small families. Only thing missing is a pool and if the plaza that its located in improved or more successful/appealing businesses were located nearby it may make booking a stay here more attractive.

Oh my. This is a hard pass. Unless you absolutely had to crash someplace and all the park benches were full, find someplace else.While they call this an all-suite hotel, your expectations should really be more of youth hostel, minus the communal bathrooms.The mattress was something you could buy at Walmart for $200. The kitchen didnt even have a cup in it. Nothing. In fairness, they did say you could request a pot to use, and Im assuming that would include other items. But having a hot plate is about the only difference between any other room with a microwave and a fridge.The staff was wonderful. So that was nice. Both the night and day staff was kind, accommodating, and tried hard.The area felt transitory, various random people hanging around. The elevator is scratch-graffittid up, dirty walls... the only thing missing was a flickering florescent light to complete the horror-movie vibe.Complimentary breakfast was a granola bar and some old coffee.Very much a half-way house vibe. Thats not so much ESAs fault, as it is the decline of the area, but its still a hard pass. Could it be worse? Yes, but not by a whole lot.

This place I found last minute when planning my trip to Six Flags Park, Water Park and the beach the rooms were clean with a full kitchen with everything but the stove. Still worked out for us on our week long trip. The only thing that could of made it better it they had a full breakfast bar. Instead of the grab and go thing but despite what you think when reading this they had one of the best prices around on a much better looking room then the bedbug room we originally were going to be staying in.

Nice and cozy. Stayed for holiday for we were visiting family. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had heard a guest needing a non smoking room. But there was none. I had a non smoking room and didnt mind a smoking one so I offered my room to switch. The guest was happy. I even got an be our guest certificate ( free night) which I was not expecting to get. My fiance and I got a room for his Birthday. A night away from our children. Even though we were two mins away from our home.It was a very home like setting they have a fridge, microwave, stove, oven. The shower pressure was great! Years i ago i stayed at extended hotel in simi Valley for 3 and half month. It was great up until my last weeks. I had beg bugs issues that i reported to the hotel staff. The hotel staff ignored it and told me i needed a proof. I was beyond shocked and i didnt know what to to do. So i stayed in my room again only to have more problems. Next day i called corporate office to report. And it took another day to take action. They changed me to another room and told me to live all my belongings. They apparently washed all my clothes including the same bedsheets with bed bugs so i had to throw away all my belongings. This was 7 years ago and there was no attempt to help me recover what i lost. So if you experience similar experience be aware and hopefully things are better now. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was clean. Zero amenities. It has a kitchen but if you dare ask at the front desk for plates, flatware, cooking supplies you will be charged a cleaning fee. The night we arrived we had a hard time figuring out where the entrance was. All of the light bulbs for the entryway were burned out and were never replaced. I booked this place because its pet friendly, but after checking in and re-entering the lobby with our belongings and dog to go up to our third floor room we were told we couldnt use the elevator with our dog and by the way there is a $25/night fee per pet. We reserved online but with the pay at the hotel option but they werent able to apply a senior discount or AAA. If breakfast is weak coffee and a chocolate muffin in a wrapper, then youre in luck. If thats not your idea of breakfast then their advertisement if breakfast included is false advertising. The room had soap and shampoo, an iron and ironing board, but no coffee maker, no hair dryer, and no phone. There isnt an ice maker at this hotel. The room had a refrigerator (the door squeaks and opens backwards,) and a microwave. Bring paper plates and plastic flatware. The grounds all around the hotel are littered with dog feces. There are no poo bags or trash cans so I guess people just leave their dogs mess. Its terrible. It is a convenient location but a little attention to details and amenities would make it much more comfortable. Too bad.

They didnt have the room ready when we arrived. They said we would have to wait several hours before we could check into the room I reserved over 3 weeks ago. After driving from Vegas for 5 hours all we wanted to do was relax. We had to change our room to a smaller bed and non smoking room. That was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. It wasnt completely terrible though. The location was great and right next to the freeway and the room was very clean, as far as we could tell. We ended up not staying the second night due to the bed. We are home almost 24 hours sooner than planned. Definitely will not be returning here unfortunately.

Would I ever stay here again? Not a chance after mine and my husbands HORRIBLE experience here. We arrived to the front desk to check in and was waited on by 4 different people. All were not helpful at all. While checking in a guest arrived from a hallway of the hotel and asked why the fire alarm was going off and why it had not turned off. Staff reassured him that it was just a mistake and not to worry about it. After getting checked in by the staff that was very disorganized and rude we finally gathered our bags and headed towards our room. We opened the door to our room to find the room FILLED with smoke! Housekeeping had accidentally left a burner on long enough to fill up the room with smoke! I immediately went to the front desk to let them know and they looked at me like I was lying and that I was over reacting! I was shocked. Finally a staff member followed us to our room to see if for herself. She acted like it was no big deal and told us she might have another room for us ready. We were given another room after about an hour of chaos and barely made it to our event planned that night. The room was gross, old looking, and hair was everywhere (stuck to all the walls in the bathroom, YIKES!). Also the breakfast would be better at a 7/11. Sleep in your car before considering ever staying here. They clearly would rather burn the hotel down then treats guests with any kind of respect.

Not a great experience here. When I arrived and pulled back the sheets there was a lot of hair in the bed. i had to walk down stairs with my sheets and get new ones, very frustrating. Also wood floors in a hotel room just seems like they are trying to save on cleaning time, and I was able to feel with my feet the floors were not clean. Also their breakfast was a joke, just fruit and juice and bad coffee.

Price and location is good, however, the beds are not very comfortable and the hotel staff was not at all accommodating. We needed a room with 2 beds and they had one available but would not give it to us because, I quote Its too hard on their cleaning staff since the room was booked the next night. Also the breakfast is nothing... they didnt even keep the coffee pot full. They fill it once and when its gone its gone. Also even though we booked a non smoking room, the whole floor we were on wreaked like stale cigarettes. Will just spend the extra next time to stay in a nicer place

Not much good choice. Only in-built kitchen is plus. Lot of bad smell in the hallway.. we need to pay extra for housekeeping.. Breakfast is said as complementary, but the keep only bars and muffins which is terrible.. Also, they didnt give me proper receipt on check out. Later got it after couple of phone calls... TV is not showing any good channel.. Very old noisy air conditioning system ..

Clean & comfortable rooms for the most part. The night clerk was rude, and complained when we asked for 2 new towels. No one came to clean our room, and we had left towels on the floor per the sign in the bathroom explaining how to get fresh towels. My husband saw the dirty linen barrel right outside our door and put the dirty towels inside. When we went downstairs to ask for new towels the night clerk rudely told us we had to bring the dirty towels down. We explained what we did with the towels and she STILL made us go up to retrieve them from the dirty linen barrel with all the others. Then proceeded to avoid touching them and had my husband take them behind the desk. She obviously didnt want to touch them but asked a guest to do so. I wanted clean towels for my shower so we were at a loss. Then the clerk acted like she didnt know why the dirty linen barrel was right outside our door, but our room wasnt cleaned. She was rude asking guests to retrieve dirty towels and should have just gave us 2 towels. This was not proper customer service. Second review:June 10th, 2020– I know I have already given my review but sometimes, certain people just stand out especially in a Pandemic. My girls here do such an outstanding job at making you feel at home. I am very pleased with all this hotel has to offer at such an affordable rate. Alineh, Deana, Melanie and Jazylen work so well together, very professional. I never hear any complaining from them about working here, it seems this establishment is also a five star place to work. If you need a home away from home, this is it. Good job ladies!1st review:The staff here are fantastic! They are on top of the sanitizing and vigilant about enforcing Covid-19 protection. I feel very safe here, I don’t have as much fear contracting the “virus” with the cleanliness of this hotel. There are two women that stand out and above the call of duty, their names are Alineh K and Deana H. The next time you stay here keep your eye out for them as they are very nice and very helpful. Good job! To all the staff that have been working so hard to ensure our safety and privacy.

It is nice to see Google lets us review the place weve been stay at lately! My wife and I have been here a while now and I would say that ESA in Simi Valley has been a real help especially given our unique and difficult personal circumstances. There is everything we need here, all the amenities, and we have never had any difficulties with the staff, rather they would frequently go out of their way to accommodate us even when it might not have been convenient for them to do so. The location is great with a plaza next door and Vons/Pavilions delivers groceries to our door which saves walking with a dozen bags, and amazon is convenient too, delivering right to the front desk. Actually one of the staff here, Alineh, would go out of her way to take packages to our door which would not normally happen except for the staff understanding our needs. Given our needs and medical limitations, our lives could have been much more difficult were it not for the accommodation and consideration of the staff, so we are especially thankful for them all. I could even tell how sorry the staff were for the impact on us and others when the California government forces their fire inspectors into the hotel with the loud-as-hell alarms, testing them all morning a couple weeks ago. You wont sleep through a fire; no Sir! I felt sorry for the good staff, that they had no control over that terrible racket we all had to endure. It is also worth mentioning that the staff were here manning the fort through all the COVID difficulties. Times like that show you what services and employees actually are essential services and might typically go under-appreciated compared to those in a uniform. Not for us though; we very, very much appreciate the great staff here who care about those living with them!

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The room was clean and quiet for the most part. The only problem we had was with our reservations...the clerk messed up our check-in date and canceled our reservations. So we had to take a room with one bed. They provided a roll-away, but my son said it was very uncomfortable, and decided to camp out on the floor. This hotel smells like cigarettes, you cannot smoke inside. The 2 bed room is very small and ghetto inside and has older looking furniture. The bathroom is half the size of a master bath and they only give you body wash and hand soap. Making beds on the floor and asking for extra sheets or blankets is not allowed . They don’t have any extra sheets or blankets and don’t have a couch in the room or pull out beds. Dogs are also allowed and you can hear people in the hallways . No swimming pool or hot tub to swim in either. Stayed 1 night and was supposed to stay for 3 nights canceled the rooms and went to a new hotel. It smelled like weed as soon as you walked in the door!!?

I only visited my friend who is staying at Extended Stay I this is in Simi Valley, California. The too is big with the bed in the center of the living room. Lots of desk space and a good sized flat screen TV. A full kitchenette, except there is no oven. There is a microwave and good sized refrigerator with a freezer. Drawers full of utensils am cooking gear. A good sized full bathroom. Lots of closet space. Animal friendly. A very nice place to stay if youre going to be in town for awhile.

When we arrived, none of the employees were wearing masks, in spite of the signs all over stating that masks are required for everyone. (Well, one employee had it hanging from one ear, and one had it under her chin… two others had no masks at all.) The vast majority of guests weren’t wearing masks in the hotel common areas. When we commented on both of these things to the front desk and asked for mask enforcement, they didn’t seem to care or think it was their responsibility to enforce masks. Our young child has a very serious illness and this incredibly cavalier response about masks is unacceptable and potentially deadly for those who are immunocompromised. We had to strategically come and go from our room in order to avoid any common areas or unmasked employees.

The hotel is in a quiet corner of Simi Valley California. Each room has a kitchenette cupboards sink stove and refrigerator. Most of the rooms are renovated they have excellent air conditioning and the beds are somewhat comfortable. There is no charge for parking. There is no pool and no hot breakfast. There was always coffee and water near the front s the hotel is three stories and has an elevator as well as stair access. Near the Hotel there is Subway a donut shop a quick liquor store Thai food Chinese food and a bowling alley and also a little bit of a walk away there is an In and Out Burger. All in all this is a great location for a stay that might be for a couple of days longer than your typical vacation.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Due to an issue with our house we needed accomodations ASAP for at least two weeks. Extended Stay was able to accomodate us...and with an early check-in too! While its just the basics at this location, there is a full laundry, decent parking and suprisingly, its been very quiet despite being next to a major freeway AND being on the first floor near the lobby. Nearby is a bowling alley, sub shop, donut shop, gas station and other stores, so its close to convenience items. Its also a good value as our nightly stay was about $30 to $50 dollars less than a Marriott or a Hampton Inn...but again, its just the basics. No daily maid service is included, rather its weekly (and that suited us fine) and no breakfast, but they do have some very light snacks in the morning. Each room has a kitchen and they provide cups, pots, and pans for cooking if you wish at no extra charge. Bathroom was adequately sized and water pressure was good.

Ive been on the EPP room lease program for months now. The rooms are very affordable and very nice. The staff here have always been so friendly and courteous. If you are looking to stay in a hotel for a few months or more look into the EPP program. And be sure to take advantage of the tax exemption through the lease program. This place is very dirty, the coffee maker that was wrapped had coffee pods still in it, a lady told me that her room had ants and they just gave her a can of raid,I and I saw many others wait for more than 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter even when someone was clearly right around the corner, we would call for someone and there would be no answer, we checked our early because my child had small bites on her arm. We arrived after a long day for the longest check-in with a woman who had to stop doing the laundry and get off her personal phone call to check us in.I asked about the basics like where the fitness room was, pool and the advertised continental breakfast. No fitness room, no pool, and continental breakfast is not like every other hotel with breakfast included, its granola bars. No fruit.We get up to the 3rd floor and it is OVERWHELMINGLY smoky like a casino. In fact, another family got up to the 3rd floor tonight when we were leaving and we heard them comment immediately at how bad it smelled! We reserved a non-smoking room, so apparently its shared with smoking rooms in the same hall...when we told the lady at the front desk she said they were converting to smoke free in the future.... but that doesnt help us.After getting into our room we got pajamas on and unpacked, which included getting our cold food from our roadtrio into the fridge of this extended stay suite with kitchenette, but we quickly discovered our fridge didnt work & it had the stink of being out of order for some time. We called down & she said she could change our room that we just unpacked into and were ready for bed. Goodbye cold snacks that sat out unrefrigerated.Theres no silverware or dishes or cups...only empty cabinets and drawers so Im unsure why its advertised as having the basics.In the morning my long hair is soaking wet after my shower and Im searching for the hidden blow dryer. I call down to the front desk...no hair dryers in the room. They brought me up the tiniest hair dryer Ive ever seen & it took me nearly half an hour to dry my hair. Bring your own dryer. Also, bring toiletries because you get one shampoo and no conditioner.There is no housekeeping, which meant that the room is not super clean & if you want a washcloth at night after using the towels in the morning, you have to bring them down to the lobby and exchange them for new ones yourself, but in our case we didnt find that out until late because nobody answered the call when we tried to call. The second call it was explained that one person is running the front desk & laundry and because she couldnt get to the laundry until we called, it would be two hours before we could have clean towels for showers or washing our faces. What?!We wont make this mistake again.

A week later, still no contact. Called the hotel front desk today and they told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Also, showers were difficult due to just a trickle of water coming out. Also, the wifi only reaches a 4th of the building, which unfortunately didnt include my room. All in all a bad experience. If you want a place that not only doesnt care about you, but is irritated by your mere existence...if you dont like warm breakfasts...if you want to sit around in front of the tv on a hard bed, this place is the place for you!

This is one of the worst Extended Stays we have stayed in!! Found drugs in the kitchen and who knows what kind of white splatter and other stains all over the room. It had a foul odor to which their solution is to place one of those cheap plastic odor eliminators in the room. I then went downstairs to ask why it had not be clean Like our room had not also Been clean all she could stay about the room was oohhhhhh not sorry or anything so I said forget the room want about the dog poop she said thats not the hotels responsibility to clean the guest poop they know that when they check in!! First off.....these incompetent jerks in the front office sent me twice to the answering service, who then told me that front desk was not in at the moment. This was after a 8 minute wait. Only to be told she would switch me back to them...only to be hung up on!! If they this bad at communication....then I can only imagine how they run the rest of the hotel!All I wanted was weekly rates...every employee there should know that answer...and be able to respond to such a basic question! NO THANKS!! ILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE

I feel I was a victim of racial profiling because Im African-American repeatedly asked not to smoke when Ive never smoked In My Life. The employee at the front desk has some very over-aggressive attitude I didnt feel welcomed theres also pizza boxes in the hallway ill upload pics later.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.No kitchen pots or pan or plates, no ice machines. For 4 guests the room had 3 bath towels 2 wash cothes and no hand towels. They did have a store where you could purchase Ice. FOR what the room costs we could have gone to a Hilton. Will never stay here again.
