Im from Texas, and was in town for work.I got 4 new set of wheels that I needed new tpms sensors to be Installed. Ali, the person who approached, and asked what I need. Ali was professional and knowledgeable.gave me a super reasonable price. I accepted the price. Price was 40% cheaper then another shop just few blocks down the road. I will definitely do business here again if needed.

The worst shopFirst time I came they stripped my bolt and said there is nothing we can do. So I had to fix it myselfI gave it a second chance and came to change my front tires. They scratched my rimsAlso they glued weights not straight. I pointed on it and his response was that no one is perfectNow I have to repaint my rims and these guys don’t want to take any responsibility

Have driven past this place many many times, and was in need of an alignment. The shop I usually go to does not work on the weekends so I called express tires and they told me that they have availability and can service my Tacoma for $80. It’s a fair price and they got it done in about 30 minutes or less, clean waiting area and friendly staff definitely recommended.

I called to check the price over the phone, and we agreed on $50 for alignment on a Toyota and $60 for a Subaru. When I arrived, the price was different, and they started saying they never quoted those prices. What ?!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! They are incredibly attentive to their clients. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are scammers. I had been to this tire shop to replace a wheel bearing and hub. Which they “CLAIMED” to have ordered new parts to replace however, a few days later the whistling, screeching noise soon appeared days after being replaced. I took it back only to be told that it’s something else which I knew they were only scamming me for more money. Took it to another tire shop only to be told they never replaced the wheel bearing and hub. It appears they only greased it up to but charged me for the parts.

Do not come here !! I brought my car in for a alignment and they said I needed my lower control arm fixed and that it would be 700 dollars to repair. I just had a baby a week ago and they seen me with my newborn. I called my mechanic to drive my car to his house because at this point I wasnt going to put my brand new baby in the car. My friend ran the test and took my tire off and said the bolt was loose so he tighten the bolt. He asked me if I seen anyone under the car with a wrench and i did see the owner underneath my car with a wrench. I dont understand how people can do that.

I had a situation a couple of weeks ago where my husband was in ICU and i was having to go back and forth to the hospital and my tires were going bad. I bought a set of new tires from their affiliate company, Antelope Tires on Elverta Rd, with a free alignment at Express Tires, per Alex. I explained my ordeal with him. When I went to Express Tires, they first told me it would cost $25 for an inspection. Then I showed my receipt and they said ok, you can wait inside. I waited a few minutes and then saw an employee drive my car in, driving and breaking hard a few times. Then an employee named Kev opened the door and suddenly said, Maam you have to come here, youre gonna need some parts, abruptly and in front of other customers. So then I went out to speak with him and told him that I was given a free alignment with my new tire purchase and thats all I wanted. Then he said they could do an inspection for $25 again. The guy in my car named Gio began to laugh looking back and forth at Kev and I, while playing with my stereo tuner. I asked him why he was laughing, because theyre trying to get me to buy parts instead of giving me the free alignment? Kev continued on saying my suspension is bad and thats how they test it, by driving and stopping hard. And still the guy in my car is laughing. I told him to get out of my car because I couldnt trust them. Then asked another employee on the sideline, Ali, to back my car out. I asked for the managers name and Ali told me it was Ronnie and he would be there the next day, which he wasnt when I called. So then I called and spoke with Alex at Antelope Tires and explained the situation again. He said Ronnie is his family and to try calling him again. I did not get the alignment, never went back. I was already stressed from my husband being in the hospital and now he has passed away. These guys are terrible, dont trust them.

Made quick work of a tire that needed a patch. In and out of there in 15 minutes. Good pricing, will be back here to get some breaks done. Service was solid and made it easy. Too many places make it a chore to do business with them these days. This place is not like that and made it a nice and smooth experience.

I honestly would not take a dead dog here for anything let alone a working car. I have been a customer at this company for years and they have done me wrong time and time again the guys are shady there. None of their people are certified and they don’t know what they’re doing, you take your tire in the back and puncture a new hole in it so that you have to buy another tire they will overcharge you, especially if you’re a female or a person of color .For example I took my car there the other day I had just financed tires do them, Brand New somehow I had already gotten a screw in the tire probably due to quality, I tell the guy there’s a hole in my tire. He takes my tire off and then takes my tire in the back punctures two more holes in it and then tells me my tires no longer fixable where the hole was when I brought it was fixable. This is not a honest business and then somehow I end up having to pay for used tire, which I’m guessing was his goal to begin with wouldn’t go here especially if you’re a woman The men that work here believe that women are stupid and will try to get over on you every time 💯

Express Tires saved me from worrying about my tire issue for the upcoming week! Needed tire repair on the weekend and was so glad I found this local business. Ali was very friendly and showed me the nail in my tire. Prices were very fair, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Watt Ave tore up my tires over the week with all the pot holes that were created with this crazy weather. These guys, brothers running a family ran shop, really took care of me and my truck. I had a bulge and a chunk missing out of my back tire. He had a used one and it only cost $40 to put it on. He was quick and thorough. He told me to make sure it wasnt pulling to the left and told me to come back if I had any problems. Said I could get about 5,000 miles on this used tire. Quoted me $140 for 1 $240 for 2 new tires. Ill most likely be back.

This place is a hidden gem. Ronnie and Abdul were the guys that helped me out. I was originally told it would be a 45min wait. My two tires were replaced balanced and installed in 20min. This place is awesome. Dont be fooled by how the shop looks, or the area its in. The customer service here is great. No hidden fees. Just the price of everything installed. Theyre busy all the time for a reason. Go check them out.

It was about 5 minutes until CLOSING and over 100 degrees and of course I got a flat tire. I called them and they said if I get there before 6pm they would stay open for me. Well, I rushed there ended up a little late but they did take care of me. I got 2 new tires at a great price and they were very nice people. The owner was there too and was also very professional and I am grateful for his help.

I went there to get my tire patched. It was the end of the day. The staff meet me at my car. Im disabled and they made exceptions to accommodate my disability. I received amazing service here ! I was on the freeway when my tire blew out. I was alone and stressed not having any idea what to do. It was 6:50pm when I looked up all the tire shops near me all that were less than 5 minutes away but we’re closing at 7pm I called 3 different shops telling them my situation, that I was broken down on the freeway and desperately needed help but everyone of them told me there was nothing they can do they will be closed at 7 and I can come the next morning. I made my final call to express tires. The gentleman who answered stated they are scheduled to close at 7. I told him my situation and he responded by telling me not to worry he will wait for me. I then informed him I’m more than 5 miles away and he reassured me it wasn’t a problem he will make sure he helps me. I get there and their service was as so fast I was in and out. The gentleman was so kind I could have stayed longer just conversing with him because he has such a great personality he made me feel so comfortable after feeling so stressed about my vehicle. Something that I thought had ruined my day didn’t even bother me anymore because of this man going above and beyond to help me, a customer. I can’t express my appreciation enough ! You don’t get customer service like this everywhere. I know if I need anything the future this is the place to go.

My wifes Mercedes SUV needed some new tires and a friend recommended this place. I paid half of what I was quoted for the same brand at other shops. The customer service here is awesome and they really go out of their way to make sure your car is taken care of. From overhearing conversations in their waiting room, they definitely have a lot of loyal customers. Ill definitely be back when its time to change the brakes.

Con artist. Bought a set of tire from them. The next day one of the tires blew. I went back and they were gonna replace it. Rim was bent. They told me they didn’t have a rim so they asked me to look for one. I ended up not finding one but wanted a deal on another set of tires. Well now they tell me tires are not warranties. Just be careful. They give discounts for good reviews so don’t rely on it.

One guy met me as I was getting out of my truck and asked what services I needed, I explained I had 5 tire to mount and balance and he told to pull right up to the door and they would get me right in. This was a drive up visit without a call ahead. They did excellent work and I wad in and out in about 25min. 👍

Got a flat on the free way. Called express they didn’t hesitate to say bring it in. Got there they were very professional, and polite. Which is rare from auto shops. They got me fitted for two tires brand new in less than an hour. Was not expensive either. Job was doneI arrived to pay. I got a flat late at night and had to drive a ways to a safe place to change it. It turns out I had 4 nails and a staple in my tire needless to say patching it was not an option. I like to replace all 4 types at once but I still have good tread on the other 3 so I opted for a used tire. They had what I needed and it only took about thirty minutes to repair and mount the tire. Highly satisfied and saved a not only time but over a hundred bucks going with a used tire.

I drive a BMW X3 and shops tend to just see $$$ when I pull in (which is not true, btw, I got a deal on the car. lol). These guys are great! Fast, chill and knowledgeable crew, and they don’t break the bank! I went in for new tires and an alignment. Abel was the one who worked on my car. During the alignment, he called me over and showed me some worn out parts on the front suspension (broken rubber bushings), and showed me the vibration they caused when the car brakes. Didn’t pressure me into any purchases. I’m currently looking online for the parts I need. Highly recommend this shop. Ask for Abel. Great guy!

I appreciate this because as a female most shops try to get over on me. Most shops would have did the alignment and took my money knowing there was something that needed to be fixed first. Went there with one tire pretty much off the rim so the only thing that kinda sucked was they didnt have the same size the other tire was to replace it and we couldnt take the truck anywhere else so another option was just getting all 4 new tires which was going to be well a lot more then I was planning on spending there today but the guy was able to work a deal with me and it was a good deal and we were out of there within 10 minutes so the employees were professional and nice and it was a quick visit, spent more than planned but that happens easy where anywhere you go nowadays LOL

Ive had decent experiences at tires shops but this was a GREAT experience. I had totally screwed up by driving too far on my flat tire and it needed to be replaced stat as I was 100 miles from home. The Audi dealers couldnt get the tire for a day but these guys? They had it in 30 minutes and installed and my tires rotated in not much more than that! The waiting area was very nice and they let me bring my dog in as it was very hot outside. They showed me what Id done to the tire and why they couldnt just fix it. So polite, so friendly and I felt like they cared about my safety. I have learned my lesson and if I lived in the area would ONLY use these guys for my tire needs in future.

Came here to go an alignment on my car. We agreed on a price and they took the car in. After a while the owner comes out and says that they can only do the front and cant do the rear because they dont have the right tools. Still tried to charge me full price. After told him that Im not paying that, Ill only pay half since they did half a job he became very rude and offensive. Dont recommend

Took my gfs tire to have it remounted ( got a flat which i plugged, but came off wheel bead) they did it pretty quick and did not charge me. I didnt even buy the tire from them. Employees were polite. Will check them out tomorrow for a set of new tires for my car.. Will update..

I brought my vehicle in there 2 weeks ago, was charged for an estimate, which was fine. I bring it back to have fixed what needed to be fixed, early in the morning last Friday, only to get a call back just before they close to tell me they couldnt fix it because of a stripped bolt? Then the guy tried to say someone else tampered with my vehicle when THEY were the ONLY people to touch it in several months. I take my vehicle to another shop, and low and behold, no stripped bolt. BEWARE this is mainly a tire shop; if you tell them you are not buying tires, you will get your vehicle inspected, charged for an inspection, then they will tell you they cannot fix your vehicle for some b***s**t reason that doesnt exist. And if you are a woman, bring a man with you, or you will be ignored until you literally yell that you need help. I went in there with my husband and without and was treated completely different both times. And to make matters even worse, there were over 8 additional miles on my speedometer when I picked it up, so where did they drive my vehicle without my permission? They didnt fix anything, so no need to test drive it. ( I took pictures of the speedometer when I dropped it off and when I picked it up; time and date stamped). Very sketchy place; I reported them to the BBB and to the Bureau of Automotive repair.

I came to this shop last year to get 4 new tires i bought from a friend to put on my car, the first place i went to they barely tried to help me or even cared to help. So i was so happy when i came to express tires. Rodney went over & beyond to assist me, he talked to my friend i had on the phone for me (because i had no idea what to do or say in regards of my situation with these tires that were to big). He even went out his way to put the one tire on to show me why it was to big for my car. but i ended up buying 4 used tires for a great price, and there was so many people coming in and out that they assisted all with care, time, and patience. This guys are a joke!! went there for a tire patch wich was $25 cause my tire had a bolt in it, turns out the walls on it were damaged, so got one of my spare tires, we agreed on a price $10 to swap it and $15 if I wanted it balanced...and when they were done I headed to their office to go pay handed him a $20 dollar bill while he was trying to convince a construction guy to give him the cheapest price possible for a job he needed done so Im sitting there waiting for my change the construction guy leaves then he puts his thumbs up and goes we are good right!! I said I want my change he gets mad and says it cost $20 I replied we agreed $10 to swap the tire which was all they did....so he finally gives me my $10 back and says thats too cheap thats too cheap!! and as I came out of their office he goes into the shop and starts yelling at the guys in his/theyre native language dont know which one it is and dont care.... that by the way were doing nothing in there they dont even greet people the way they are supposed to, and by that I mean with respect, will never go there again very disappointed cause its really close to my house I know its a long story but I just left and they made me mad I also get mad at this kind of people that just because theyre running a business they get too cocky...I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

I removed my 5 star review from all the times I have been here.Update: went in for tires on a friends car, they sent my car, without asking me to 5 Star tires because its their shop too. 5 Star tires put worse tires on the car than I had. When I had a flat the next day, 5 Star Tires was closed, and Express tires told me, well that has nothing to do with us. And I was like BUT YOU GIYS TOOK MY CAR THERE, NOT ME. I went in to get my tire plugged. The guy told me the tire was no good. I asked him how much for a used one. To my surprise the tire he sold me had been plugged. I notice the white circle around the plug which was tan in color after he placed it in the back of my jeep. He perhaps thought that because I was a woman, I didnt have a clue. I just did not have the time to deal with him in the manner that I should have. So, I paid $35 for a plugged tire. He got me, but never again will I spend any money at th for s establishment.☹
