Danny was absolutely fantastic. he helped get a price point i wanted and was super friendly. my phone connection was poor and i kept asking him to repeat things but he kept repeating things and wasn’t bothered by repeating. I could not recommend him more!

Danny, Ally, and Bre are awesome. I had my rate double with my old insurance company after renewal, so I contacted Express. They got me a rate $200.00 less than what I was paying. After a year of having Express I called them again. They looked at my case and said they would call me back. Within an hour Danny had gotten me another $100 less per month with the same amount of coverage and half of my deductible. Danny also took the time to double triple check that the new policy was going to be more cost effective and cover the same amount. If you are understanding, respectful, explain your situation/expectations and are patient with them, they will do all that they can. Couldnt ask for more!

Honestly they gave me the best rate! Another broker quoted me $570 for the exact same insurance company that Xpress Insurance got me but my rate with them was $149!!! It is saving me because I can’t afford an extra $570 a month, we barely surviving out here in So Cal lol. I see Insurance Companies as an unnecessary evil. All they really do is take your money without providing any real service. When something unfortunate happens to you like an accident or speeding ticket they will take even more of your money and try their hardest to not provide any service at all. So, the bar is set real low on my expectations with any Insurance Company. All I want for them is to send me my proof of Insurance in the mail after I paid my 1st payment. Alejandra from the Lancaster location couldnt even do that right. They sent me my bill but not my paperwork. When I called the Lancaster location the female who answered the phone insisted I drive down to the nearest location and pick one up there. Ive asked to speak with Alejandra to see if she sent me proof of insurance and every time shes been too busy to receive my call. I was forced to drive to the nearest location in Palmdale and pick it up there. Blanca saved them from me canceling on them. She apologized at least ten times and did her best to calm me down. Blanca has excellent customer service skills and knows how to treat people. She even gave me her card and told me if I have any other concerns I can call and ask for her and if shes busy shell call me back asap. Blancas humanity and people skills saved Express Lane from losing a policy holder. If you wicked Insurance Companies are going to take peoples money at least be polite and have good customer service. Dont be dismissive and incompetent like Alejandra or rude like the lady who answered my calls. Please give Blanca, from the Palmdale location, a raise or employee of the month if you have that. Shes doing an excellent job.

This place is VERY unprofessional. I’ve been on hold for the past 30 mins trying to receive paper work that THEY SAID that was already sent just to be told that they don’t have anything again… which is what they didn’t start stating that I started to call for the second and third time. . Back track: called 4 months ago to ask for the paper work that was needed and they stated they’re going to mail it and never did, never called back either… So I called again and they finally have another excuse and said they didn’t have access to the paperwork but was going to get in contact with the THIRD PARTY to get the paperwork sent (theyre instance is dealt through a third party, you will not be able to talk to them or get in contact just so you’re aware)My paperwork and that was never sent or mailed like stated in person and via phone call on October 11,2023. I called the third time and they said that the paperwork I need is sent and whatever they have on file is sent because they don’t have anything else ( something that was not told to me after the first phone call or the in person contact like I said they stated it after the second contact), now I’m on hold with the 4th time to get in contact with them and whoever has access to the paperwork. I spent 35 mins exactly on hold so I called the front desk and just notified him that I was on hold still but instead Luis decided to hang up in my face and 5 mins later I got off hold to be told they don’t have NO CONTACT with the 3rd party, the 3rd party doesn’t have an email or phone number or faxing number. I feel scammed and like there’s nothing to be fixed and they haven’t done what they are suppose to do. I took down the email or the ( owner or the companies email it looks like ) I know for sure this will be handled unprofessionally and nothing will be fixed but I feel as though this will help someone.

I added a new car into my policy April 26 and from there it was thing after thing. I removed a car from the policy, and afterwards was charged the monthly payment for it. I was told that for the new car I’d pay 186 a month and then 236 was drafted from my account. I was told I’d get my money back and that the SUPERVISOR would call me. I’ve called literally every single day and it’s always “hes busy, he’s on a meeting, he has a customer”. I was told he would reach out to me, which he never has. I tried filing a complaint and turns out that the guy I was talking to is supervisor (SLAY). No complaints were filed just a note which I’m sure he will ignore like he has been doing with everything. Yes they say the prices are cheap, but then they hit you with a whole different price. I have yet to receive paperwork of proof that my insurance will be the price I was told from the beginning. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible communication skills they never remind you of any payments until your past due or cancelled. They will charge your card even if u have made other cash arrangements. They have same pricing as other insurance places with better brokers who are more about your policy than your money. This is all from experience. Ive had 2 policys here as well as my sister and we are both switching brokers due to all the broken promising.

This place is not the business they will tell you that u have things on your record to get more money out of you . Always check your DMV record it only takes a few minutes. My son went here and he was told he had four things on his record so that made the price of the insurance go up after he was quoted a price, we came home and called the DMV and was told his record is clean...
