If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in and immediately the vibe was not it. Out of the 3 workers working there, no one greeted me. Now I could see if they were busy, but this is a VERY small office and I was literally the only person there. I told myself I already know how this is going to go.. I then sat down and told the guy I needed to register a car in my name. I then said, what paperwork do you need? He asks me, well what do you have? Like that wasn’t the question.. I asked you what you needed. The customer service is absolutely trash, and I should have known this when I first walked in and seen all 3 of the workers wearing that ugly “bass pro shop” hat. This is a place that’s for “them,” not for US. If you know, you know. Just go to the dmv, I left and went there and their customer service was better which is actually saying something considering it’s the dmv.

These guys are time savers! Artem & his brother Eric alongside their team always get me in and out with exactly what I need. You can skip the long lines and wait times at your local dmv by using this company. I highly recommend anyone transferring titles, paying off registration, etc to come and see these guys first. Imagine when you are doing car registration going to DMV and spend a half or a whole day waiting in line till you get to the clerk. Not a fun, right? So if you want to skip the line and get all your paperwork for a car in less than 10 minutes I recommend to visit this office. Staff is friendly and efficient!

Id give zero stars if that were possible. Couldnt help us with any of our four vehicles, and tried to come up with all sorts of reasons why. Charge a 35$ fee per basic transaction, on top of basic DMV fees. On top of all that, they wont let a 7-year-old use the restroom. Too bad non-snowflake reviews get deleted or edited, because Id be a lot more expressive about their garbage business model and staff.We went to the Carmichael DMV, were seen right away, and could take care of everything for 140$ less than it would have been here. Wow, magic. The only reason they are surviving is because they are taking advantage of people who arent educated and dont know any better. Worthless.

Very friendly. Very quick service.I only come to Express DMV on Watt Ave to do all my registration, and dmv errands. They get me in and out super quick, during my lunch break. There are usually no lines. The guys there are very honest and trustworthy. I recommend EXPRESS DMV to all my family and friends.Thanks Guys!!!

I renewed my registration here a few times, and each visit has been a great experience. Art and Erik were extremely helpful each time, and I could not have been more satisfied with the service that they provided. The location is phenomenal and the place was kept up, super clean, and well-organized. I 100% recommend them for registration services. Theyre almost too good at what they do! Thank you so much!!

The guy at the desk helped me right away, made some friendly conversation, and was still able to get me in and out with new tags and title transferred in less than 15 minutes. These guys do good, fast, honest work and its totally worth it if you can afford the extra fee and really cant be bothered to wait at the normal DMV. Clean, tidy and nicely kept place too. Would highly recommend.

Was able to transfer the title of a car I purchased recently at this location. This place is definitely a good place to go if you get off work after the normal DMV closes and dont have the time or PTO to get time off work.The place is air conditioned and there was only one other person waiting to be helped.I was in and out under 15 minutes. I maybe payed a little more for convenience but it was worth it.I definitely recommend this place.

I can’t comment on their products as they weren’t able to help with my ID, but the customer service was incredible. They were so kind and understanding, helping me along the way to where I needed to go. They even told me where the busiest areas are so I could avoid long wait times at a DMV. Time is money. And they dont waste your time here. Its a bit of a charge - I think I paid around $30 extra for the convenience, but thats expected. They do primarily car registration stuff but I didnt look at other offers since thats what I needed. Mine was very expired but I was in and out quickly. Eric was courteous and helpful. I hope to never step foot into the DMV again.

I think it will take me longer to log onto my computer to write this review than it took to get my registration taken care of!Absolute peak efficiency, in and out in under 10 minutes with the tags and registration paperwork in my hand. TLDR, AMAZING!I message online inquiring if I needed an appointment. The automated message said I would get i response within the hour, 5 minutes or less and I got a reply from a human saying come on in and they could help me replace my stolen plates. 3 gentlemen working there all friendly and knowledgeable, I was in and out so fast I literally laughed out loud and couldn’t believe it. What’s the catch? There is a small mark up. Instead of $38 I pay $58 give or take a few dollars. To not wait ALL DAY at an actual dmv I would have paid more. Thank you so much!!

Honestly this was a last minute location for registering my car but I absolutely do not regret it whatsoever! The service was great, it was quick and easy, it wasnt expensive or rip off at all whatsoever. Highly recommend that you take some of your car services to these guys. Thanks again!

The word “DMV” makes your stomach turn in all sorts of ways — but not this place. I actually walked out feeling better about myself. I feel like I can conquer the world with my registered-under-20-minutes vehicle. Seriously, I have an extra two+ hours to my life now. Who knows what I’ll do.Artem was very friendly and efficient, not what you would normally get at a DMV. I think there was a convenience fee but I was so elated about how fast it all was I couldn’t tell.

If you value your time, this is the way to transfer ownership. Ok, it costs a couple of bucks, but staff makes sure you understand as you begin the process. Plus, completed on a Saturday, so no time off work, no travel time, no hassle. Perfect.

From now on I’ll just go to places like these when it comes to handling DMV stuff. I was in and out within 5 minutes of entering this place. Sure you have to pay a $30 fee but hell I’ll pay that any day over sitting in a dmv line or trying to schedule an appointment online. I’ll be back next year when registration is due.
