Ive been using Express copy and more since I started my business in 2019 - they are my go-to destination for all my copies, business card printing and poster needs! From start to finish, their service has consistently been exceptional. The quality of the printed materials always exceeds my expectations!Every time someone holds our business card, they comment on how solid it feels - we print out cards on velvet stock with UV spot raise designs. Jandark (owner) has great attention to detail and committment to customer satisfaction. They were not only prompt and efficent but also offered valuable advice on design, elavating the overall look of our cards and printings.I also recently used them to print a sign for our photoshoot and it looked great! I would 100% highly recommend this spot!

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE! Im a new business owner and needed prints done for a vendor event. I had no idea what kind of paper, binding, finishings, etc. but Jandark was so professional, kind, informative, and helped me feel truly supported to make an informed decision. She understands the challenges of being a new business, especially as a WOC (woman of color), and helped give me the best pricing that met my budget. WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than the UPS Store or Fedex Kinkos!!!! Despite being in a rush season with the holidays, she got me all my prints on time, very nicely packaged, and they looked stunning! If you are looking to support a small, WOC-owned business that is honest, genuinely helpful, and affordable, GO HERE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I cant say enough positive. I would rate 10 stars. I came in to just print out some brochures and Jandark put them in presentation format and gave me helpful advice with how to market and present them. Great service and amazing quality!

Excellent customer service. I had ordered business cards, flyers, menus and poster for my real estate business and special events. The owner is professional and punctual with my orders, price wise fair. I have referred many friends and customers to Jan and I will recommend more.

Very caring and nice owner who gave me a bottle of water free of charge while she was working on my shipment.Very glad I found this copy express place where I can make copies of my document and send it out without having to go multiple places. Will come back when I needed to send more documents. Keep up the good work!P.S: heard they are gonna expand it to take passport photos as well.

Express Copy & More is one of the cleanest and best Print Center in San Jose, few blocks away from city hall. It is a family-owned business, I met Jandark and her husband Chris the owners, they are terrific people, super friendly and very helpful.It is the go-to place for all your office printing needs and more. They also provide Notary public, PO.box addresses, mailing service FedEx, ups. dhl..etc.There are well-maintained self-serve black & white and color printers, as well as personal counter service for more elaborate copy jobs. Good quality print for a reasonable prices, They really care about customer service. Quick service and professional staff.I liked their customer set-up for printing digital files from one their computers, either via internet cloud-based file access, or via your own thumb-drive. It’s an easy and user-friendly setup. The owners are super-professional and always cheery.Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! Im from out of town and was scrambling to get some documents notarized and FedExed to the East Coast. By the time Chris finished notarizing the documents and sealing them in the FedEx envelope, it was 30 minutes past closing. Incredibly helpful and friendly service. If I was local, I would certainly be a regular customer.

I decided to give this local buisness a try since I have ordered from kinkos/fedex in the past for a signs for a restaurant and wasnt impressed. The big chains were very impersonal and never followed up with me when I had issues about my order. Im delighted to say that Express Copy did not disappoint.I have recently started a new business and need to make flyers and get ideas on business cards. Jan was so helpful. She not only gave me ideas that I hadnt thought of, like utilizing both the front and the back of the business card, but I felt she understood how important it was for me to make a good impression.My flyers and business cards were beautiful, done on-time, and I appreciate how professional the owner was, considering my past experience with printing at other chains. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to print or copy and wants expertise to get the job done right!
