I disagree, I had a great working Ricoh copier in the office. I allowed Greg to convince me to purchase a copier printer from his establishment and things couldnt be worse. This Kyocera machine is junk never works properly. Of course, he is asking for a maintenance contract likely knowing this thing is junk..............I am shoppi9ng for another company to help us out here................very disappointed
