Our freezer was frosting up. After manually defrosting and restarting, it did it again. I looked for a local appliance repair business and found Express Appliance online, with a lengthy time in business and good reviews. After calling and talking with Aram, he came out the following afternoon. Turns out he is my neighbor living in the next block!Aram checked the drain hose, etc. but noted that the seal on the right side of the door was not completely seated. He recommended defrosting, cleaning, and waiting 24 hours before starting the unit.Despite my offering to pay, Aram did not charge me for the quick visit and advice.We followed his instructions and it appears everything is working now as it should. I will recommend Aram and this business to anyone needing appliance repair!

There is a reason this company has over a hundred fifty, 5 star reviews. Their service is top notch. Aram was our technician and he was excellent. Our washer needed over $400 in repairs and he recommended we get a new washer instead of repairing it. He explained everything so well and gave us very specific recommendations for a new machine. He even new which machine was on sale at Home Depot and what the price was. He also said to give him a call if we have any questions while we are out shopping for a new machine. This is a great company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and provide great service.

Aram did such an amazing job, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First of all, very kind and trustworthy. Called 20 minutes before arrival and was on the dot. He is very meticulous/efficient with his work and knowledgeable about all things. My washer and dryer were not working properly, he found the issues as well as some hazards, ordered the parts, installed, took apart the dryer completely and it’s like brand new. When I noticed our 6-y.o. Samsung refrigerator getting less cold last Friday, I called a couple of places and left messages before trying Express Appliance Services. Aram answered right away and happened to be finishing another call nearby so came over within 20 min. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and has since returned twice to order the correct parts and to fix the problem so that it now looks and works like a brand new fridge (see photo). Aram also volunteered to check on our ancient Kenmore refrigerator/workhorse in the garage to ensure it continued to work properly; in doing so, he vacuumed and cleaned the coils (and gave me advice about keeping our Maytag washer in good working condition, to boot!).I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism, responsiveness, excellent communication, and quality service. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any other issues involving major appliances and will happily recommend him to my local family and friends. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called them And scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time.Within an hour he was able to diagnose the problem. All the propellers had broken off the motor. My experience was fantastic, Aram was very helpful and made sure to check my settings and circuit breakers before he set up an appointment to diagnose the problem. Called a major brand appliance repair directly from the manufacturer. Their guy came opened my freezer and said he would not stay to defrost it. He guessed I needed 3 parts to the tune of $700. I declined the work but still had to pay the $115. House call fee to have him open my freezer and make a guess. ..Called Express Appliance and technician came next day. He pulled the element that was burnt out and replaced it on the spot. Cured my problem for less than $300. And in less than an hour. I highly recommend Express. Call them if you want Grade A honest service.

We had our washer and dryer fixed by Aram a couple months ago. He was fast answering my calls and txts. Very professional and such a nice guy. Also recommend us to another company to clean our vents (which was needed) before continuing his work. Highly recommend his services if you need someone trustworthy. My dryer was not heating. He took it apart and took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong. He let me know how much parts would cost and before installing he showed me each package of factory parts. He showed me that he fixed my dryer completely and processed payment smoothly. Express Appliance Services is definitely the place to call for your appliance repairs. I used other companies in the past but I was not happy because it was taking forever to repair something. I decided to call Express Appliance Services based on the customer reviews. And I am glad I did it. Tech guy Aram is knowledgable, professional, and he knows what he is doing. He repaired our fridge on his first visit for a reasonable price. He was clean, neat, and prepared (had needed spare parts with him). Aram (owner/operator) is awesome. There is nothing better than doing business with a professional! He obviously knows his stuff and was able to fix my oven in one trip. Our 8 year old Samsung oven stopped working in bake function and I was ready to buy a new one. He quickly isolated the problem to the igniter and fixed it on the spot! He was extremely professional, honest had courteous. I would recommend him again and again. When we called Aram we had already spent a lot of money trying to get our dishwasher fixed. Aram would not give up when figuring out the problem proved to challenging. He did everything he could to avoid us having to buy a new dishwasher which we greatly appreciate! He fixed it and it has worked perfectly ever since. We have had him come and service our dryer, which we learned was so clogged with lint and hair that it could have started a fire. He is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My fridge was not cooling properly. Aram came out, was on time and very professional. He identified two potential problems, one was a maintenance issue and the other was possibly a bad part. Rather than spend the money to replace the part, he cleaned the cooling coils under the unit and voila! It worked!! It is cycling on and off and cooling as it should. I appreciate that he started with the simplest and cheapest solution. I already have in my calendar to call him for maintenance in 6 months. Ive learned my lesson, a little preventative maintenance goes a long way to prevent future problems!! I definitely recommend Express Appliance Services.

Aram was top notch! Firstly, he actually answers his phone unlike all the other companies I called when my washing machine started leaking water. He answered his phone late evening on a Friday and was at my home by noon on Saturday. My washing machine ended up being beyond repair. Arman informed me that he could fix it but was probably not worth it to fix. He did not charge me anything for his time - he refused to accept payment. I went and bought a new washing machine later that day and had my husband install it. My husband did not know what he did wrong so I called Arman and he walked my husband through the process! Best in class for appliance repair. It is rare to find someone so professional, reliable and honest.

Aram came in August to fix my refrigerator. I called that morning and he was here in 2 hours and was very skilled and did a great job. My unit is very old and it has been freezing my wine so I called him today and he was back out in 2 hours and trouble shot the refrigerator and figured out I need 2 parts. He repaired the wiring in my freezer and got the fan spinning again. After calling 4 or 5 appliance repair companies with all of them either not being available for over a week or being super expensive, I contact Aram to fix our fridge. If you need any appliances repaired, Id like to give this man, Aram, an A+++ for his work.He came out to fix my broken dryer today and was outstanding in every way....eg: He was here when he said he would be, he wore gloves and a mask and was very neat, clean and organized with everything he did. I have been using Express Appliance Cervices for a while now. He is absolutely incredible and knowledgeable. He has repaired my refrigerator, that stopped working. My very old electric stove also stopped working. He diagnosed the problem, purchased the damaged part and repaired it for me. I had an issue with my washing machine. We had mice in the garage that chewed on the detergent dispenser, he helped fix that and I did not need to get a new machine. He’s helped me save thousands of dollars on these repairs. We had an urgent situation because our Sears washer had froze into an “F-24” error indicator and would no longer operate. We tried more than once to contact Sears about scheduling a repair appointment, but each time we tried we were held on the line for over a half hour with constant annoying announcements that someone would be with us “in just a few seconds.” We tried to call Sears corporate, but again we were held on the line with a message that Informed us there were an excessive “number of calls today” so we would have to expect a delay in responsiveness. We got so tired of this we hung up the phone and looked on Google for a highly rated appliance service company - and the name of “Express Appliance Services” in Fresno came up first. We spoke to Aram about the problem and not only did he immediately diagnosed the problem, but they were also able to come out to my house and resolve the problem with my washer in the same day. Great professional service and affordable price for the repair that would otherwise have cost us over $2000 for a new washer/dryer system. We will certainly use them time and time again when needed for appliance repair, and we have already given our other family members their contact information as well.

Impressed with ‘Express’. We had problem with our 10-year old ‘Liebherr’ Refrigirator made in Germany. Aram took a look and diagnosed the cause of the problem right away; he called the company‘s parts distribution center in South Carolina and ordered the parts the very next morning. In the meantime, he instructed us what to do for preventIng additional damage to the engine. As soon as the parts were delivered, he came to do the installation. Friday before Memorial Day weekend, dead fridge. Called another repair service, confirmed service call, serviceman cancelled the call because I did not respond immediately to his call an hour later than the appt.Called Aram about 4pm Friday, he was on site within an hour. Returned on Monday, Memorial Day, to replace the compressor ( we had a 2nd fridge to get us by). Followed up with a phone call 3 hours later to check on fridge, and insisted I call him at 8 pm to report progress. Perfect repair. I have been having issues with my washing machine for almost 6 months now. I had used another company who had come out 4 separate times to “repair” my machine each time charging me a service fee and making me wait around for hours for them to show up. When it stopped working again I found Express Appliance Services, I called them and they came out the same day. He explained to me what was wrong with the machine and gave me a quote to fix it. I was going to be working for the next 7 days straight so he said he would go get the part needed and come back and fix it so I wouldn’t have to be without my machine for that long.
