This store has friendly service and great prices. They stock a great range of apple products and they do repairs too. Jose fixed my screen installing a new protector in less than 5 minutes.

Great experience! My sons old iPhone had a bad battery. Ken was able to provide us a newer, better phone for a very reasonable price; less than the cost of fixing the old phone.

A small bracket from a low-cost iPad charger cables connector got stuck in our iPads charger port. I took it to Ken and he took care of it very quickly. Ken insisted that he would charge me $0. I am very grateful. I thought I lost this iPad. No more cheap cables.Thank you Ken!

Jose was incredibly nice and welcoming. Gave me a great deal on my iphone8 battery and even figured out the issue with my charger port. It was quick and easy!

Fantastic service by Ken and Jose. So nice to have a local shop in Los Gatos for IPhone/iPad/Mac services! They are very fair and thoughtful. Highly recommend to use them for affordable and efficient work.

These guys are awesome. I need a battery replace in mac bookair. I only had a couple of day before I had leave town. The FedEx drive mess up the delivery of the battery. One guys drove to san jose to FedEx company and grab it. Than installed it in under a hour. Definitely recommend going to electric repair place. Also very friendly. Thank guys!

Friendly and knowledgable. Unlike the Geek squad they had a diagnosis in minutes for my possesed Mac laptop. Unlike taking it to Apple they had a solution was not buying a new computer.During the repair they found another problem that was related to the first one and promptly informed me so both issues could be resolved. The cost was reasonable and the machine no longer acts like it is possessed by daemons.I recommend them.

They were able to see me immediately and repaired my iPhone successfully. I purchased a blue tooth speaker and wireless ear buds while I was there and the products have proven to be pretty great!

So happy to see a new phone/tablet /computer repair store in Los Gatos. Jose was very helpful and after 10 minutes I walked out with a working phone
