If youre reading this, youre likely looking for an agent. There are so many real estate agents in the market but I cant recommend Ray Henson highly enough. Why? Ray stands out ... in a good way! Hes not only skilled in the market but he also has experience in the painting/cabinet business, and is ethical and detailed. My husband and I have bought and sold a dozen homes in the last 20 years but this last sale was the most important. We finally sold our family home of 23 years. Using a recommendation from friends, we made the decision to choose Ray as our listing agent. Were so glad we did. Ray had the knowledge to consult with us on the updates we were making and even rolled up his sleeves in a few instances to give us specific help and guidance. We listed in a rough market and Ray was quick to collaborate with us, discuss our options, and get any data we asked for. He held multiple open houses and whenever we had questions or needed his time, he made himself available. If youre looking for an agent, give Ray a call!

Ray Henson is an amazing real estate agent and a wonderful person.When my husband and I decided to move, we knew there was no better choice than Ray to help us with the sale of our home. He is honest and trustworthy, and he worked very hard to help us get top dollar in a short amount of time. We did things a little backwards and put an offer on a new home out of state before we even started preparing our California house for sale. Ray was up for the task and helped us get completely ready for the sale (no small undertaking) in record time. Because of Ray, we were able to meet our timeline and goals. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs to either buy or sell a home.

We couldnt be happier with our experience working with Ray Henson. We were first time home buyers and relatively new to the Sacramento area. Ray is always available, willing to answer all questions, and incredibly knowledgeable. His experience living and working in the Sacramento area helped us narrow down the neighborhoods that were the best fit for us and he was able to act quickly on our desired homes, making sure we were putting in a competitive offer. Buying a first home was a stressful decision for us and throughout the process Ray made us feel like family. We will definitely use Ray for any real estate needs in the future.

Ray is worth his weight in gold!! I could not have pulled off such a successful sale of my (very complicated) CA property, all the way from my home in TN, without him! He took care of every detail with exquisite communication throughout the entire process. I knew I was in THE BEST hands from the beginning ... to the end. Ray made sure I knew exactly what was going on, and provided me with a thorough understanding of every detail, every step of the way. I enjoyed working with Ray so much that I was sad when I realized the sale of the house meant we wouldnt have a reason to talk anymore. He is that FABULOUS to work with! Even since the sale though, Ray has been sure to stay in communication with me to help navigate the final hurdles of a 1031 exchange investment in FL. just to ensure my success in achieving my goal. Hes truly intelligent, honest, kind & caring. I could not have done any of this without him.

Ray makes you feel comfortable with him immediately. His approach makes you feel like you are dealing with a trusted friend even if you just met each other. He is a great listener which in turn makes him a great communicator. He is patient yet persistent and is willing to take the extra steps to make sure all your questions are answered and you have a thorough understanding of your business transaction. There are a lot of realtors out there, but there is only one Ray Henson. I highly recommend him.

Ray Henson, is a very personable person. He was great to work with. Very accommodating to my work/life schedule and was very active in scheduling showings to the houses I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and well give you his honest opinion. Ray has definitely shown that he is working for the best interest of his client and I definitely have no regrets having him as a realtor. Anyone looking for a positive experience in their real estate ventures I would highly recommend Ray Henson.

When you hire an agent there are so many things to consider. You need someone who knows the ins and outs, but most of all someone you can trust. Without a doubt, Ray Henson was the ONE. He guided me through every step of the way when it was time to sell my fathers home. I didnt know where to begin, but Ray set everything up for me, explained it all to me and made sure things were done efficiently and smoothly. He went over and beyond and I could not be more grateful to him. Selling a home can be very stressful and I appreciate Ray for all he did.

I am a 19 year home inspector and have had the chance to experience many different realtors in my time. Raymond Henson is top notch. Not only is a professional who knows real estate, he is a very good and kind human being. He always has his clients best interest at heart. Ray Henson helped me prep my moms house for sale by advising what changes would help move the house fast. With his help we had an offer with in 3 days and close in 21 day. This all happened in October which was a slow month for home sales
