Great experience. Professional, nice, digital check in, clean, the doctor was nice. I got my blood results in only 2 days. The dr left a message since I couldn’t pick up, gave the results and called the pharmacy with my medication. I would go again even though it is not too close to me.The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the long wait, i was gone after 2h. Maybe a lot of places do that, I have been to an urgent care by my house and I didn’t wait so long.

Despite feeling icky, I had a great experience here. I went first thing in the morning when they opened. It was not too busy and they were very transparent that they were short staff so may be awhile. I was in and out in 45 min. Since they told me upfront it may be slow, I was expecting it so didn’t mind. The facilities were so clean and well kept and staff was very professional and nice.

This place definitely needs to remove care from their name. They really dont care about you; perhaps they only care about your money. If you know exactly what you need from them, go for it. Its good if youve already been diagnosed and need specific medication and treatment. Otherwise, I would not go to this place again. I have been going to this location since its close to my apartment.First of all, there is no such thing as follow-up, and I experienced zero accountability between different shifts of doctors. Each doctor has their perspective, even if they have diagnosed and prescribed ineffective medication. In my specific case, they intentionally asked me to finish my antibiotic and wait two more days to register as a new patient, even though I was already 10 days into my antibiotics, and my symptoms didnt improve; in fact, they got worse. I guess the only time there is follow-up or accountability is when they need to remove stitches. I also had to give a sample again because some of the tests were not performed correctly.Yes, the staff is nice with big smiles on the front door, great. However, the staff also gave vague and general statements like you need to finish your medication; we cannot do follow-ups until its done, and we dont have follow-ups since your treatment will be done by finishing your medication and if your symptoms are worse, please go to the ER or your primary care physician, just to avoid responsibility. Its such a joke, there is no care at all.

I had a terrific experience here last week. Had a laceration wound and came in around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Dr Lunsford saw me right away, cleaned the wound out, and stitched it up. The whole thing probably took less than an hour.One week later the wound is healed with minimal scarring. Thanks Dr Lunsford!The office is clean, well lit, and the desk staff and nurses were all great. Would recommend this place 100%.

I went today at Exer Urgent Venice Blvd. and had my check ups because I’m having abdominal pain last night and couple of weeks ago and had to call paramedics because I can’t ease the pain and it triggers whenever I ate something or maybe I’m full and I can’t even walk or talk properly because the pain is so severe and like it goes away the pain like 10 to 15 mins that’s why I don’t get it. Anyway, I went to have my check ups and Ms. Monica who assists me was friendly and also the medical assistant who check my blood pressure and do my blood test was very accommodating and she makes me feel comfortable and lastly the medical attendant whom Claire Dodson was very nice too and makes sure that I’m okay and she told me what was going on why am I feeling that pain its because of gastritis. So she gave me some advice and prescription to take if that happens again and overall I’m totally satisfied on the service of the team. I will recommend this clinic to my family and friends too.

This is my go-to for medical care for my whole family. It’s close to our house, open on weekends, we always get in and out pretty quickly, and the nurses and doctors are always super nice and helpful. Then we run next door to CVS for prescriptions to pick them up right away. Highly recommend!

Very much understandable when your going to close and don’t want to answer anymore questions it’s 2:28 you mentioned you close at 3 and I’ve been on hold 11 mins I just needed redirection from what another exer clinic told me as your online states your open all day today.Very unprofessional and this is why Front staff needs more training not young girls or immature adults who don’t know how to use your words and explain or simple say we can’t help you today.

Everyone that works there is also so sweet and accommodating. I always come here if I need to go to urgent care! The doctors are very good and patient, and always answer any questions I have. The place is very clean and nice as well. I highly recommend coming here! 10/10 service

This Urgent Care facility is very efficient. They handled me with sensitivity and compassion. I was seen within an hour. The office is very clean and quiet and they are quite professional.
