I was quite sick for 6 days before coming here. I had a terrible cough and congestion that I wasn’t able to manage at home. The Exer staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. I saw Dr. Long after a short wait. His exam was thorough and he prescribed medications based on his assessment. I felt very well cared for at Exer Urgent Care.

I had another wonderful experience in this office. The entire staff, at the front desk, Jose the Rn and dr Long where super efficient and caring.. thank you from bottom of my heart!

After ten days of a poison oak rash not getting better and only getting worse, even after treating with a slurry of OTC oral medication and topicals, I decided to go to Exer Urgent Care. I was struck by how bright, clean and modern the facility was. I was the only patient there so I was seen immediately. All the staff were very friendly. I saw Dr. Long and he had a calm, cool and caring demeanor to him. He prescribed me prednisone which is the one thing that is finally getting my rash to go away. I’m very grateful for my visit.

My wife and I both went in for COVid testing this morning. Our wait was a bit longer than hoped for, but our PA Ashley K. was friendly, highly efficient and just plain excellent overall! As good as any PA or NP weve worked with at Cedars-Sinai or any of our doctors offices. We were very pleased overall.

I would like to share a very unpleasant experience we had the other night at this location, READ IF YOU WANT A REAL LIFE SENARIO ! (NOT just someone telling about their Covid test here). My 5 yr old daughter was experiencing congestion, pain in throat and ears. at 5:50 pm We decided to give this clinic a try for the first time. the staff were welcoming at first, took our information and told us to wait. My daughter got busy coloring the books provided, but soon got tired and sick and impatient. patients came and left. one particular case, an older woman was even admitted ahead of everyone. After an hr and half my daughter asked the front desk when her turn is because it was close to bed time and she was hungry and tired, they said one person ahead of you! we waited a good 30 min before they took us to the room. the PA took her vitals, then again we sat in the cold room for over 20 min, by now it had been close to 2:30 hrs at an urgent care that wasnt even busy. I lost my patience as this was ridiculous and unlike anything I had experienced. I opened the door to find out if we will ever get the Dr. in! I had to yell and ask if there was a Dr. and why did they have us wait in the room for so long. my daughter is ony 5 yrs old and had I know this would take so long (8:20 pm now) I would have took her to another urgent care! They all gave me a look and a man behind a computer paniced and walked towards us, he was the Dr. he claimed they are short staffed to which I responded then they shouldnt admit patients if theyre gonna have to wait 2.5 hrs! I also explained. my daughter is Hard of hearing and is prone to ear infection. He proceeded to check her ears and saw fluid build up and she has congestion and a sore throat. I asked if he would write a rx on file so incase on our trip she experinces fever and severe ear pain we could call it in, he said He cant and wont because she doesnt have ear infection now. Again I insisted that it is critical we have immediate access to antibiotics during our trip because anytime she has had fluid build up it lead to ear infection and since she can lose her hearing from the infection she would go DEAF! He said he cant and wont even write the notes for future emergency. To which I said you may be a Doctor treating from books but Ive been her mother for 5 years and I know better! I took my daughters hand and left the clinic very upset. It is only common sense if you take a patient history to acknowledge it during the visit and for possible treatments. I am a medical professional and this was truly sensless practice! I felt that all this clinic cared about was to claim insurance money and the staff and Dr. had no sense of courtesy, common sense or understanding of the urgency of the situation! such a shame that a clinic claiming to be so top notch, is short staffed and Dr. is further so resistant to hear a simple common sense request.update, I took my daughter to her Pediatrician this morning and who had similar observations but did assure me that as soon as I saw signs of infection I can call in to fill the medication so my daughter wont suffer!I hope my experience help other patients and also bring some attention to the areas lacking in this clinic to bring up to speed with others as I had never experienced such lack of compassion and understanding and value to human life and time!Also, SPEAK UP when you feel undervalued as a patient! They are taking your money! YOU have the upperhand here! This is why our healthcare and value of life is going down the drain!

I was very pleased with my visit. I liked the fact that you dont have to sit there and wait. The texting option is great. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and thorough. Doctor explained things well. Was totally satisfied.

Great Dr. Babek Adili-Khams He was personable, great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of my situation, I told him I am flying to New York next week, today is 2nd days i’m already feeling much better.

I hate give me a great review to an urgent care center because in the line becomes long if I need to go there. But these guys are incredible its fast its clean theyre very kind extremely knowledgeable everyone has a great sense of empathy and compassion. Im really glad the location is so close to where I needed to be thank you for so much for your help I hope more people come to you quickly

I appreciate this place so much. The doctors have helped me out 3 different times and diagnosed my issues just right. The facility is spacious, quiet and clean and the process was remarkably easy. 5 star for sure.

Had a small knife accident on taco Tuesday was going to go to the emergency room but went to EX ER instead great doctor super fast in and out of there. I highly recommend if you ever slice your finger off go there.
