We did a walk-in to this clinic to do a chest X-Ray and the process of checking in to see a doctor was easy 👍🏼! The place was clean, well lit, and well maintained. Customer service was also great 💯; the insurance lookup was quick and the nurses were friendly and assuring. In terms of payment, they didnt try to add weird or hidden costs, which I am sure everyone would appreciate.The only issue I had was the wait time, it took us 2 hours before a doctor attended to us. Nevertheless, I did a walk-in, so its understandable!Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would recommend it to anyone needing emergency care.NOTE: Everyone probably knows this, but get your health insurance. I paid $20 in total for this particular visit. Without it? Its probably going to cost above a hundred bucks.

- no summary of care- no contact info for reaching out to doctor- doctor misdiagnosed me (she said my bursitis was not infected) because I didnt have fever symptoms, but the spot was red and she didnt feel it to see if it was hot, and she also did not consider that, since I could not think of any trauma or overuse cause, it could have been due to an infection. I told her I popped a pimple on my elbow 6 hours before the pain started, so she prescribed me an antibiotic just in case. But she didnt prescribe a strong enough one nor for a long enough period (should be 10 days minimum), so I had to go to another doctor 4 days later to get a stronger antibiotic.

Jose at the front desk was really quick with closing my registration thanks to the trainer that was helping him!Got called back and was greeted by Candace which she was very kind and caring of my issue. She documented my concerns and reached out to the provider Alice Chang.Alice Chang was great, her bedside manners were professional. She answered all my questions and concerns.Overall, I was really happy with my experience.Thank you Exer!

The worst Urgent Care I have ever been to. I never write reviews so this should speak to how awful of an experience I had. They were so rude and made me wait a long time when the office was empty. I knew I was sick (fever, chills, cough, running nose) and the Doctor pushed it off as if I wasnt sick and wouldnt give me the medication I needed. They took my swab to send to the lab and they said it would take 24-48 hours to get back to me. It took over 72-96 hours to get my results back to me. They then said I needed an antibiotic which they never called into the CVS -- so I had to wait 120+ hours before I could even receive the antibiotics that I desperately needed from the moment I walked into this Urgent Care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and I am very beyond upset with my experience.

Dr Samantha Sweeney was amazing. So thorough, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Everything from check-in to leaving was super efficient and bedside manner was great. Best urgent care I’ve been to in the area

This place deserves a five star however, Cadence who’s part of the front staff really impacted the experience I had on Monday. Cadence was not smiling nor was emphatic of my health problem. Although, I came in at the same time with another patient who was in less pain than I was as they were on their laptop doing work, I submitted my paperwork before that patient. However, that patient was given precedence over me as they were both African American and I was not, although I was really sick and was required to wear a mask.

Amazing and expeditious care. Unheard of in these times. Dr dodson was super helpful and explained the best steps to take for my care. Ms Blackwell made my admittance easy and non stressful I saw a doctor in less than30 min. Big 10 for this healthcare team. Thank you a thousand times

I went the EXER Urgent Care facility near my apartment to get checked out for a health issue. The front desk staff was great and when I was examined by the doctor I was given a referral for the next steps for my issue. Highly recommend EXER as I also went to one of their facilities near Culver City and had a consistently great experience.

Don’t go to this urgent care, they truly have no desire to help anyone especially in time of need. We arrived at 8:45PM and was told they can’t help us because they close at 9:00PM. I felt like all they were interested in was closing and going home. Nowhere in the website does it say they dont take patients after 8:30 as we were told. If I could give less then 1 star I would

People very nice but none of their equipment (lab machine, ekg machine) were working. Spent 3 hours there waiting for bloodwork results that never came, and attempts to get an EKG that were in vain. I got home with my eye starting to hurt and it turns out I got conjunctivitis from something or someone there. It is quite painful. Must go back to an urgent care place for meds for it now - but definitely going to a different location.
