Paige did a great job putting me at ease and stitching up my laceration. Eliot, who took my vitals, was also great. In general, I had a very positive experience; both me and my thumb are very happy with the care we received.

I went in with my son and I for a couple of different issues. The office was clean and roomy. The front desk was able to get us signed in quickly. We were seen very quickly and the NP, Tracy Henry was amazing. Kind and helpful. She addressed all of our questions and concerns very thoroughly and we were in and out in no time! Best experience! Exer Urgent Care in La Canada has been a wonderful experience each time we have had to visit. Very efficient. Excellent patient service.

I received excellent, thorough, and compassionate care from the doctor, nurse & technician who helped me during my visit. The facility has the capacity to run various medical tests and check results for patients who, based on their conditions, may need them. I chose this particular urgent care because many doctors are affiliated / rotate through this center (while others which I researched were staffed by nurse practitioners). Outstanding!

I appreciated the kindness, compassion and expertise of the doctor and medical staff at this clinic . I was in discomfort and the wait time was fast and the visit was very efficient and helpful . They took extra time to find a pharmacy that was open late. With gratitude, Anne-Marie

This used to be my go-to place for urgent care but I had such a horrible experience the last time I was there that Ill never go back.Long story short, I went in with a sore throat that felt like strep throat. Blood and throat culture samples were taken and sent off to the lab. I got a call the next day that the samples were inadequate. I went back for more blood and throat culture samples. And then nothing. Never got results. Out of curiosity I stopped by to ask what ever came of those samples. I was told the lab couldnt process them because they were inadequate. So apparently the lab rejected them twice. And I was never told. So apparently this place doesnt know how to take adequate samples for a lab to process. But of course they will charge you a co-pay. Their patient/customer service is pathetic. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.To be fair, the office manager said she would look into it and get back to me with an explanation of what happened. But she was quick to blame the lab. Its been a few weeks and Im still waiting for her to get back to me.

An Exer contracted radiologist misinterpreted my spinal x-ray as a possible neck fracture which triggered a scary 4 hour, $450 ER visit for a CT scan.This was a silly finding as they new that I did not experience any trauma which led to a muscle spasm diagnosis.I was on my way to a chiropractor when I got the call to divert to ER. A lot of drama and fear for no reason.And what if I did have a neck fracture and got the call 30 minutes later after getting treatment? I have no idea why it would take 24 hours to fully analyze my x-ray properly.The ER doctor said that Exer were using a new outsourced radiological service. I wonder if this is why I got a bad interpretation. Yeah, better safe than sorry they say.p.s. 2 hour wait - never had to wait this long at their Huntington location.

I walked into the office, very surprised by how large the waiting room area is. Very clean. The receptionist was very professional and took his time helping me. My wait time was short, maybe 8-10 minutes. They took me to a room. The Dr was amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She ordered a flu and RSV test that came back negative. She also ordered bloodwork and chest X-ray. She then ordered the nebulizer. They had me do a 2nd nebulizer. I had to stay until my oxygen level increased. I was very impressed with all of the staff I interacted with. I felt like they did everything they possibly could without me going to the ER. I definitely feel a little better than earlier today. Thank you so much Exer La Canada.

They never pick up the phone. Ive received voice-mail to call back for important results on my lab culture and when I call back at opening hours or any other times they never pick up the phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing. Youd think if it was an important lab result theyd be quicker to answer their patients calls looking for answers.

All staffs are very caring. Very compassionate. My mom cut her thumb last night and had to rush to an urgent care. Despite of a bit of a wait due to being a walk-in, they thoroughly treated her with compassion and heart. Loved how they did things there. Thank you so much for the help and the reassurances.

I highly recommend Exer Urgent Care in La Canada! Dr. Taline Kilaghbian was an absolute delight and had the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen or experienced. She was able to help navigate and accurately diagnose my daughter’s illness while reassuring me and my young daughter that all will be well. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I definitely felt confident in her plan of action and recommendation. The staff was also very professional and kind!Thank you Dr. Taline Kilaghbian and the Exer team for helping my family and being so kind, compassionate, and informative!
