The wait was horrible. This business advertises the ability to treat 80% of cases seen in the ER without the wait, however my experience was different. I had go wait over an hour and 40 minutes just to be seen. And there were supposedly only two people in front of me. To the business: please consider getting more doctors and less staff members. I asked, and there was only one doctor available.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this urgent care. There was no one available to help with registration, resulting in a frustratingly long wait time for no apparent reason. When a nurse practitioner finally came in, they spent less than five minutes with me and rushed through the consultation, making it clear they didnt want any questions. It feels like theyre BUYING POSITIVE reviews because its impossible for anyone to have a good experience here. check their yelp account and you will understand. I guess that can not remove their negative reviews from yelp vs google.Sadly, my experience isnt unique. Many other moms from my kids school have had similar terrible experiences. The medical care is abysmal. I waited a week for my test results, only to be told they were inconclusive—something they never bothered to notify me about. They also claimed to have sent a prescription, but it was never called in, and I had to call four times to get it sorted out. The pharmacist recommended a different urgent care on Tampa and Rinaldi for next time, and that place was amazing.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Its clear that nobody here cares about you; youre just another number to them.

Everyone was great. Dr Gill was great didnt feel anything. Nice clean felt very comfortable. They are my new go to Urgent Care

The electronic check in was efficient. The wait was short and the staff is kind, efficient and professional. The facility is beautiful and clean. Everyone was helpful and made my experience pleasant.

The facilities were clean, it was new and the staff were respectful and very helpful. The radiologist was great as well as the urgent care doctor. There was a bit of a wait but the care was fantastic, I really cant complain. Overall, great experience despite the reason I was there.

Their new QR code system is absolutely terrible and made things even harder and impossible to deal with and they don’t want to realize that this is too much unnecessary stress on their patients not a help or upgrade in anyway! Why do you think your new check-in system is convenient or has any benefit? Maybe is good for your staff not to have to scan insurance cards and patients ID’s. Before this QR code system it was nice to go to this place but now It is a nightmare to go here. They ask you to scan the QR code and sign up to register but it doesn’t work and keeps kicking you out and you have to do it all over again. The staffs are nice and they are under lots of pressure because they see patients being upset with their new system. Dr. Pham is very nice and the nurse is very nice too but their new system made it impossible😑and their staff has to follow the corporate’s protocols and can’t really help you with checking in right away and make it seem like they don’t care to help. You have to wait 3 hours to be seen and they only had one doctor!!!!!!!!!!!

Always expect 2+ hrs wait time. Website said no patients in line at the time I was checking in but at check in the counter said 6 patients in line. On top of that there is only one provider always. And the provider goes for lunch for 30 mins. Total time to get service was 3.5 hrs. RIDICULOUS!! Will not come here again.Also they tell lies after lies. First Lu ch time then patients at back then filling out charts. NEVER VISIT HERE

This place can be so frustrating. my family have been there several times, they SHOULD have all relevant info on file, yet they text me as im waiting for them to see my son, information needed to complete registration. following the link i find a LONG series of forms to fill out, address, name, insurance, drivers license etc... i ask weve been here several times, dont you have this stuff? guy replies you always have to do that, every time. thats STUPID. i fill out all necessary forms on my phone, get a text that says registration complete... then im told i have a 2 hour wait, but i can leave and theyll text me when theyre ready. i go all the way home, within 30 minutes i get text, come back, we need more info to finish registration. i text back that ive come home, can i just fill this stuff out when i come back?... the reply says yes but we dont know how long the wait time will be later... i think huh? did they take my son out of the queue until i finish?now more than an hour has passed and i call to ask whats needed, (sons date of birth, AGAIN, theyve seen him many times before, how is it POSSIBLE they dont have this?)then they say the wait is TWO AND A HALF HOURS...once we saw the doctor, i did like him, so they redeem themselves with friendly service when you finally see someone...

I went to this urgent care yesterday at are 7-7:30 pm as I was bleeding from my hand and needed stitches, but the doctor who was working didnt bother to see me. Front desk staff went and asked him to see me but I could see this doctor shake his head and sent me to the ER without even seeing me.I required a simple laceration and this doctor refuses to even see me to find out what I need. He is actually an ER doctor and exer stands for executive ER but the service and care was non-existent. Do you guys just see cough and cold?!I tried calling exer but no one pick up the phones. This is terrible.Ill be reporting this doctor, Dr. Pham and this urgent care clinic to the medical board and will also file a grievance with my health insurance, Aetna PPO, for their refusal to provide care.

So unprofessional!Don’t waste your time and money here. Your health matters and this people simply don’t care.I came in with my 9 year old daughter as she was sick and needed immediate relief, I did not want to wait for a pediatrician appointment.They ran some tests and told us the results would be ready the next day. The doctor rushed me out the door while I was still talking to her.The day after, I did not get a call with test results, so I called them to follow up. All I got was attitude from the person who answered the phone, as if I was doing something wrong by calling them. I was told, again, the doctor will call me by 2 pm. Long story short, I had to call them 3 more times 2pm, 5 pm and 7:30 pm, just to hear that the results were still pending and will possibly be ready the next day!!! Here I have a sick child who possibly needs antibiotic, just sitting there waiting for people to do their job.No one followed up with me, I still have no prescription for my kid who s sick, no one apologized for the inconvenience, simply not professional.
