I saw Dr.James a few weeks ago for my rib pain issues. His office is very clean and the receptionist is welcoming. Dr was very knowledgeable and I am having relief and am so grateful. I recommend him highly!

Dr George really knows how to pull and push on the body to help realign itself for your better health. As Im growing older, my hip often hurts from arthritis, and he knows how to help and what exercises I should do to improve mobility without pain. Ive been seeing Dr. George James for the past couple months to help with shoulder pain that was caused by a prior injury. He has helped me eliminate the pain and gave me exercises to help regain full range of motion in my stiff shoulder. Dr. George James does much more than just Physical Therapy and would strongly recommend him to anyone that is having pains.

I had screaming pain in the middle of my back that was sending shooting pain down my leg. Dr George worked his magic and set my pain free.What can I say about Dr. George. He is AMAZING. Not only did I dislocate my shoulder in the worst direction but I also broke it at the same time. I own a carpet and flooring business and I need my shoulder to work. Dr George spent a lot of time, energy and patience with me and helped me get back to 100% mobility. Dr George has also helped 3 other member of my family including my wifes hip and arthritis. We use Dr George for Physical therapy as well as Homeopathy. At Excel Physical therapy they go above and beyond for you. They dont advertise to be the cheapest but they are going to be your best value. Thank you Dr. George. You are my hero.

Dr. James has an intrinsic wisdom about the human body and how it works. It’s almost as if he can see all the bones and muscles working together and can tell where they’re out of sync. His wisdom and intuition provided me with almost immediate positive results. His kind and gentle demeanor allowed for pleasant appointments every time.

Dr George is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and empathetic. He really cares for his patients in how he is thorough in studying the patient. He treated my mom when she was presenting stroke like symptoms and the doctors could not diagnose her condition. And Dr George was truly a blessing to us in how he gave her a holistic treatment and that helped her a great deal.

Dr George James has been amazing through my journey of healing. Ive went to multiple physical therapist and I havent been satisfied much. But here not only am I satisfied I dont want to stop. He has helped me heal get my range of motion back and strengthening has come a long way. I would highly recommend him for therapy.

I went to many professionals to get help with my sciatic and no one could help me. Dr George James told me he could help me and did! I have known Dr. George for 5 years, maybe more, referred people to him and have heard back nothing but Thank you Woody for sending me to see Dr. George! Everything from back issues to allergies, he has helped my friends with their healing process. Knock on wood, I havent needed his services but it is a great comfort to know that he is there should the need arise. If youre not feeling right, have unexplained pain or looking for physical therapy, I highly recommend you set up a consult with Dr. George. You will find out what I and so many others already know; he is there for you and your well being.

Dr. George is awesome physical therapist. He deserves nothing less than a 5 star. I can’t thank him enough for getting me back to my normal life. I went to him earlier this earlier with terrible pain in my lower back and hips. It was so bad that I wasn’t able to sit in my chair for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. It was getting impossible for me to do my job - having a desk job. I had already seen Chiropractor for this, which would give me some temporary relief but will get back the same pain.In my first meeting with Dr. George, he said he’ll work towards his first goal - I’ll be able to sit continuously for an hour after 6 weeks. Although I was amazed at his confidence, wasn’t too sure if I should believe him! He was right. He identified the root cause and suggested the exercise regime, which I followed. He also did few manipulations and suggested posture correction to get the back in order. I experienced significant improvement in couple of months.

I went to Dr. George after experiencing more than the usual aches following some yard work. His diagnosis was on point and confirmed by subsequent x-rays ordered by my primary doctor. Dr. George employed certain manipulations and progressed me through a series of exercises which I continue to do. His patience in explaining everything he does and the purpose and correct form of the different exercises is to be lauded. He gives you the opportunity to ask questions and he is never rushed. Through Dr. George I am now engaging the correct muscles for my movements and I am very much aware of my posture. Thank you so much Dr. George for your patience and guidance! I will not hesitate to recommend you very very highly!!

I can only give 5 stars however I would give Dr. James 10 stars if I could. Dr James is an amazing physical therapist who is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of his patients. I have been meeting with Dr. James now for about 2 months because I have a sciatica issue going for 15 years. I have been to multiple chiropractors throughout the years and they could only temporary fix my issue. With Dr. James, he was able to pin point the issue and develop a strategy to permanently correct my sciatica. I feel better and stronger due to Dr. Jamess therapy in the last 2 months compared to at least 10 years in seeing chiropractors. Dr. James is a great blessing and I pray that the Lord blesses his business for many years to come. Thank you Dr. James!!!!

Meeting Dr. James George has transformed my life in many ways. I came in with a broken heal and was told I’d me running in 6 weeks and have exceeded expectations! He worked on my knee, which I’ve had ACL surgery on, which was hindering the way I was walking. We tackled my diet and overall health and I’ve dropped weight. His speciality in homeopathy has reset my kidney and liver and I’m on the path to wellness moving forward! The rehab care & exercise program provided by Dr. James George has done wonders to reduce my hip and leg pain. Dr. George fully diagnosed my physical condition and helped me overcome most of my limitations. He is a knowledgeable health professional who has the ability to explain complex matters in a simple way. He is very patient while showing you the correct way to exercise and improve your posture. Dr. George is amazing! I have struggled for 3 years with sciatic pain - I made an appointment once I read his reviews. My life has changed! Pain is gone, I can exercise again, go on walks, bend my knees and my energy level is off the charts. I also started his homeopathic care and the results are just incredible! Dr James George with Excel Physical Therapy and Wellness has done an excellent job of rehabbing my right knee after a partial replacement. He has been able to get the range of motion and strength up using his expertise with stretching and targeted exercises. His receptionist Noble is very polite and helpful.I will definitely be rehabbing my left knee back and shoulder with them.I will probably use his wellness services as well.Just cant say enough about the quality of care you will get here.

Dr. James George taught me how to walk properly after my stroke. I no longer fall down or walk like a drunk. I dont need my cane or walker. His techniques and patience are remarkable. I am stronger and healthier than before the stroke. Now he is treating me with Homeopathy. I highly recommend him.

When I went to see the team at Excel physical therapy I was experiencing near constant neck and back pain. I had tried numerous things and my situation was only getting worse. During the course of my physical therapy I noted a significant improvement after only a couple of weeks. After completing my office visits I was experiencing nearly NO PAIN and even better I had the tools to continue my recovery on my own. It is now a year later and I feel great. I am back to my normal activities and can do things I doubted I would be able to do before working with Excel physical therapy. I have sciatica and stenosis. Before my therapy sessions I could hardly walk more than eight hundred feet. Dr. James is realistic, informative, and personal. He started by guiding me to set an attainable goal. Then he showed all the stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles and reduce the pain. After twenty four sessions, I attained the goal. Not only I don’t need to rely on pain killers, I can walk more than one mile now. My posture is also a lot better. Highly recommended.

I will be going in for my 12th visit and looking at how I came in for my first time with excruciating pain from sciatica and disk herniation I am feeling 80% better. Dr is caring and listens to everything there where many times where I felt discouraged and dr said we will get you better and that is what he has done. A week ago I had trouble taking deep breaths. I would inhale normally for a few breaths and then feel the need to take a deep breath. It would take me several more breaths to get a satisfying deep breath and the whole process would begin again. On the third day of doing this, I went to the ER. Several tests were run including Covid, blood tests, chest x-ray and EKG. All tests were normal.I made an appointment with Dr. James on the 5th day of this distressing problem and by the end of the appt. I could take a deep breath without struggling. He also gave me exercises to do to improve my posture and help me breathe easier.I have had anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager but this was a whole different situation. I think the ER doctor was going to diagnose it as anxiety since all tests were normal.I am extremely glad I continued to search for help and found Dr. James.

Ive been dealing with chronic knee and shoulder injuries. I recently had a flare-up but my usual go- to PT did not have available openings. I saw Dr. Georges ad at my workplace, and decided to give him a chance. I walked in with very little expectations. He got me back to running and swimming within no time at all.Dr. Goerge helped me fiigure out the root cause of my injury, and used a hands on approach to help aliviate my pain. He built a personal set of stretches and strengthening excercises for me. He kept working with me one on one to make sure that I do all my stretches and exercises correctly, while making adjustments where needed. Always with a pleasant, calm and attentive attitude. I really like his holistic approach to problem solving. Combining hands-on and personal attention, and following up with stretches and exercises. More than anything the results speak for themselves.

Dr George has been treating my daughter for an extreme allergic condition with a homeopathic regime. Minutes into our conversation he was able to ask the right questions to uncover the most likely culprit for her allergy. Three other allergists have been unable to identify what she is allergic to. I was in pain for over 3 years and now I have no pain. I had such bad hip pain that I wouldn’t be able to walk the mall, amusement parks or just down the street. After 10 sessions I have been pain free and can run, skip, walk miles and miles with my kids. I am so thankful for what they have been able to do for me. Before I went to Excel I had MRI’s and a ton of physical therapy with other doctors and nothing helped.

Only a quick review as I didnt manage to get an appointment because they wouldnt accept my insurance (a major provider- risk management). They were very short and rude on the phone and endedup hanging up. Only a short interaction so I cant comment on their services. Other reviews appear to rank them highly so maybe I caught them on an off day.
