Hai and Excel have been troubleshooting my builds and putting rigs together for me since the early oughts. My family and I have been going to Excel for about 22 years now, I dont trust anyone else with my hardware. The owner is whip-smart, gregarious, never lags in his work and is more than fair & reasonable in his pricing. Hes also got a lightning fast turn around, almost always getting my equipment back to me the same day that I bring it in (unless hes absolutely swamped). Forget Geek Squad and the Geniuses--Let Hai @ Excel bless your system instead.

Hai has built many computers and servers for me and he has done all the IT work for my company for years. He does a great job at a fair price and cares about his clients. I have recommended him to colleagues and will work with him for the foreseeable future.

Owner is trustworthy, reasonable, honest, reliable, and, let me tell you, does he know his stuff! He keeps current knowledge of the ever-changing computer industry (networks, virus protection/treatment, VPN, hardware, software, etc).He installed an SSD drive and made some tweeks to my slow PC and now its 10 times faster. Its like a new computer! Dont have to purchase a new one as I was starting to lean that way. We also started talking about graphics card and he gave me several recommendations according to my needs. I feel confident to take my computer to Hai anytime.

Went in to check it out since Ive never been inside before. It is fairly small inside, not a whole lot of parts but a decent amount. Nothing modern as well. Owner seems like a nice guy but the parts are a bit on the expensive side in comparison to online retailers. Nonetheless you cant complain to what it is.

This is a fabulous business. My computer died...paid for a very agfordable diagnostic to discover my hard drive was gonne. I was given several options/price points to fix the problem. Outstanding customer service!
